^^huh well with the missing letter in your NL handle, need I say more |
Dayum!I can't believe anybody took that story seriously I am shocked beyond words! It was a joke for goodness sakes! This simply goes to show the class of elites we call 'leaders'.Buncha idiotas! |
I'm torn between showing sympathy for these cops & saying 'they deserve it'.With the NPF you don't even know what emotions to display when they're killed |
So what if they met in the same company?Which means one has to resign so they don't cross paths in the office.Lonnngggggg hisssssssssssss |
Hang on a minute!Who are these policemen? Are they not Nigerians or are they some extra terrestrial beings? These just goes to show the state of mind of the average Nigerian,& we wonder why we're not making any head way. |
Phew!finally I made it,German no easy o .Best of luck to you & your baby |
Missy ★ B:Wow!Not sure what to make of this |
But how on earth do we even expect a functional police force with stations like that. How can anyone remain sane for long in that kind of structure? |
Sarahluv:And you say this because. . .?Stop making claims you can't substantiate. What did Obj do in his entire eight years in office that in your words 'eclipsed' IBB's? |
I think they're both going senile. But if caught between two fools (two evils) I'd take the lesser fool (IBB).It is hard to hate on a man who built the 3rd mainland bridge if you work or live in Lagos |
i_want_to:& how do you know he doesn't give? Some of you just come on here & spew fuckery.Funny thing is even if you give Nigerians would consider it 'showing off'.Damned if you do,damned if you don't |
If I were Mikel i'd call their bluff, they can go to blazes. If Mikel pays the ransom they'll kidnap again because they know the family will cough up the money.Where then does it stop? This is a vicious circle that must be stopped effective immediately!Mikel Obi do not fork out a penny to these idiotas, they can go to hell period! |
Mr Olawelebab,I see you complaining about 'error correcting posters',don't you think an exceptional (ok exceptional might be stretching it but good) command of the English language should be a prerequisite of every Nigerian graduate? The diction, grammar & spelling blunders of Nigerian graduates leave much to be desired,it's even more appalling to hear the much touted phrase; 'English is not our language'.Most disheartening I must add. |
If we had more vocational schools the desperation for white collar jobs would be reduced to the barest minimum & we wouldn't have too many people whining about lack of jobs on NL. Right now there are too many 'graduates' (if we can call them that) chasing too few jobs. But Nigerians being what they are, egocentric & all that, very few parents would want to send their wards to vocational secondary schools because they'll consider it 'low class' for the less privileged, therein lies the problem. |
Which one be rooster & bull story again .I think say na c*ock & bull, abi na spambot dey misbehave again |
Enough of all these sound bites on FB abeg,in a bid to get 1000 'likes' & 2000 comments.GEJ just get to work & stop whining about insufficient time. |
^^that one na small. My neighbour was urging the child to come into the house & the child replied; 'f* ck off mum' & the mum quietly walked in.These UK children don go haywire.I kept saying to myself 'if na naija this kid go hear am for my hand'. & we wonder why the world has turned on its head |
'Pickin wey wan spoil go spoil' na so my people talk am.It doesn't matter whether you take the whip to a child or not.If he/she wants to be responsible he/she will be. (in these gender sensitive days you can't even use 'he' to qualify both sexes.Oma se o) My mum & teachers did not spare the rod but I turned out the way I did eventually on my own volition.like someone alluded earlier; 'to each their own' |
The cold hard truth is that Nigeria/Nigerians & Africans in general are so anti-progressive it's unbelievable! If every country/continent in the world were stripped of everything they've ever worked for & we all had to start from the scratch, come 10 years from now we'll still be grovelling while other countries would be developing at lightening speed to make up for lost time.Is this a curse or what? |
News flash!Looting in Manchester |

Boris Johnson back from his holidays & addressing shopkeepers at Clapham junction now |
Big trouble in little London |
Things could get pretty ugly tonight with 16,000 police boots on the ground and a chance that the plastic baton rounds might just be used for the first time.Tell anyone you know intent on causing further violence in an attempt to loot to forget it |
^^Lmao ![]() |
paris10:Was that necessary?& what is the recent update?FYI,the most up to date info coming from the IPCC is that the gun wasn't even a replica conversion but was capable of firing live rounds |
kandiikane:http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/8690855/London-riots-Mark-Duggan-died-from-single-gunshot-to-chest-post-mortem-reveals.html Dated 9th August 2011 |
kandiikane:That is so not true though it was alleged he did draw his weapon which must have moved the police to act. This is the preliminary from the IPCC; The finding comes as the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) prepares to release further information about his death. It is understood that investigators have been told that Duggan did not open fire on police before he was shot dead, but that he had drawn a weapon. Duggan was killed on Thursday night during a police operation in north London. Today a post mortem found he died of a single gunshot wound to the chest. He was shot dead by a Scotland Yard firearms officer. Initially it was said that he died following an exchange of fire with officers. This theory was given credence by the fact that a non-police handgun was discovered at the scene and because a bullet was found lodged in a police officer’s radio. However, IPCC investigators have spoken to the officers involved in the operation and have received forensic test results on the bullet which hit the police officer. They have established that the bullet was a police-issue round which went through Duggan’s arm and lodged in another officer’s radio. Duggan’s firearm, a blank-firing weapon which has been converted, was not fired at the police. However it is believed that he did draw the gun. The IPCC is still awaiting tests results to discover definitively whether or not the weapon was fired. Firearms officers are authorised to open fire on suspects if they believe there is an imminent threat to life, even if the suspect has not fired his weapon. The riots in Tottenham on Saturday started after a vigil for Duggan was held at the local police station. Since then it has spread to all corners of London. Senior police officers have said that while Saturday’s violence was triggered by community grievance in Tottenham, where Duggan lived. But subsequent riots have been described as “pure criminality”. |
I think reports of his death have been greatly exaggerated |
