Also it's about time Victoria Island was given some attention. Left to me a N50bln master plan review and infrastructure upgrade for VI is not out of place. Adeola Hope well, Adeyemi alakija, Sanusi fafunwa, ahmadu bello and the one opposite eko Hotel exit gate
are roads that need urgent attention.

There also needs to be a review of parking arrangements. Again left to me I'd take over some abandoned buildings at strategic points of VI, knock then down and turn them to multi story car parks and force everyone to park there. Cars parked everywhere are an eyesore.

My issue is that why do government agencies and parastatals only respond to a new government? Why can they do their work with passion, dilligence and creativity regardless of who the governor is.

On freedom way most of the holes to take water off the road are blocked with silt. It won't take more than 3 hours for a team of say 10 people to clear the sand and plastic bottles blocking them and open them up, yet local government or state government won't do it.

Lol. I know it's hard to take but calm down. Lacazette was OK today. Auba was less in the game. I think the problem was the midfield and ozil in particular. He was meant to be the one provided the intelligent hazard like passes, but he was invisible tonight. The other midfielders focused on defensive duties. Even though arsenal had the better of the first half, not sure Auba or lacazatte had a really good defence splitting pass laid for them. And truthfully iwobi always seems to play better when he's a sub.

Surprisingly arsenal lacked bite up front. They really should have scored in the first half were dominating. Its always dangerous when you dominate and can't score. Then arsenal's defensive frailties came out again. 3 of the goals needn't have happened. Only the first Chelsea goal was well worked. The rest were give aways.

Dude, I lived in pH from 2006 to 2017. Amaechi did more for pH roads than probably any governor before or after. He dualised the following roads.

Ikwere Road
Old aba road
Stadium road
Airport road
Elekahia road
Rumuola riad
Slaughter Road
Nta Road
Also reconstructed the road to owerri up to imo border.

He also built excellent schools across rivers state. If wike continued with the education vision, rivers state would have been better for it.

This kind of loop flyover is what should have been done on the Lekki expressway instead of just removal of roundabout. That way junctions would have been eliminated. With about 6 of these (3 for each direction) along the Lekki expressway traffic would be much better. One between 2nd and 3rd roundabout. One between jakande and igbo Efon and one between VGC and Ajah.

So if you are going left at freedom way you go straight ahead, loop to the other side of the road and come back and then turn right at freedom.

This is exactly what we should have on the Lekki Epe expressway.
