Religion / Re: I Keep Seeing My Dead Nephew In My Dreams! by concept65: 4:34pm On Dec 30, 2019
iRyan:
Op pls ignore the fear throttling mongers for your own sanity.

I lost my dad and best friend four years ago and two years ago respectively and I still see him in my dreams every now and them. As a matter of fact, I saw my best friend in my dream just last week.

Stay positive and erase any negative thoughts whatsoever from your mind. Don't give negative interpretations to your dreams because it will solve nothing but instill fear and your mind will start to manifest problems you didn't have before.

In fact you should count yourself lucky that your friend comes to you in the dream, it shows your spiritual antennas are tuned into higher frequencies. Mediums can see dead people and even travel into higher dimensions to bring back messages from dead people to their loved ones.

Pls stay negatives free. Remember, whatever we feed our mind is what it plays out for us.

Thank you so much for this sensible and comforting post. I am so frustrated with all these prophets of doom busy messing with the OPs mind. @ Chef2000 please come read the above post

I do not intent to say anything on this thread, but this I can't ignore.. and I intend to do this. I don't know why in this part of the world we value stupid things like the number children you have. Our resources are over-utilized, universities and other educational institutions are chiming out graduates like birds laying eggs. Some employable, most unemployable.. what is wrong with us and the way we think.. to make matter worse..you see people hinging poverty, riches on fucking faith.. in the words of Paul, who has Bewitched you oh ye Nigerians? You don't have to sire a child before you can be a father or.mother... and u don't have to be one of you don't have the capacity to do so. The intense over population is the reason why employers are ruthless and demeaning. Pathetic.. having a child in this kind of environment without necessary succor to help the child overcome is waste of fucking life.. it's gambling. I would rather help the living than sire one in this unstable environment with little or no resources. Utter madness

I salute you and I respect your genuineness

Other than stating his own stance and asking you lots pertinent questions, I do not see corroboration between what you have said, and what the OP has been saying.

The OP is coming from a good place in saying what he is saying, he says people should have a maximum of 2 children, thereafter practice family planning due to the economic challenges facing the country, in the same vein, I am asking him to consider adopting. He will be hitting two birds with one stone - firstly by helping 2 children already in need and 2ndly by not adding to the already over-populated country.

But he is telling others how to lead theirs? Shame on him

I know this my thread might get some people angry but it’s a subject that surprises me whenever I think of it. How do normal Nigerians who are educated have more than 2 children in a country like Nigeria with all the poverty & hopelessness? I am still single but I have it in mind to lay a ground rule that whichever woman I marry must agree to family planing methods after the birth of the 1st child whether male or female. And if the 1st baby is male, we can as well wait for another 5 years before having a baby of either sex as the last.

But I wonder when I see Nigerians that are not so wealthy giving birth to 4 - 5 kids in the midst of grinding economic depression and in a nation that has clearly failed. Don’t these Nigerians know that the country can descend into war anytime due to the instability that is so palpable? I get afraid when I see couples who have 4 children in this day & age so I always wonder how they are coping with the stress & the bills. I also wonder why they are not afraid of Nigeria.

I totally agree with you OP, but may I please ask that you adopt the 2 instead of having them biologically. In the midst of grinding economic depression, please lead by example and take 2 children in in stead of creating more - prove your altruism.

Family / Re: How Best To Treat House-helps (photos) by concept65: 12:37pm On Dec 25, 2019
Couldn't agree more. This is absolutely child labour and how other people find this ok and even defend it is mind boggling and very upsetting to me. The above pictures dont prove anything we have absolutely no idea what happens when this child is not asked to pose for the camera, what treatment she really receives.
Acidosis:
Again, the craze about househelps won't end in this country.

Treat your house help the same way you would treat your employees.

Take it or leave it, YOU cannot love your house help more than your FAMILY. No employer loves his employees more than his family. My family comes first over any house help, PA or manager. In fact buy them (househelp & your children) same ankara, deep down, we all know who you LOVE more.

The only thing we should fight against is CHILD LABOUR. Any adult should be free to take any house help job and be proud about it, the same way graduates proudly carry the 'PA' title. If you want to work, WORK! Do not expect your employer to love you more than his family (I WON'T). And to the employees, PA, or Househelp, you have a family too, love them more over your job. Do not kill yourself over a job, if you receive bad treatments, RESIGN.

Enough on the house help craze already. Nobody will love anybody more than himself/herself. Do your job, and get paid, mess up and GO!

The earlier we see HOUSEHELP as a JOB, the easier it will be to get over this hypocritical disposition to a normal, usual and paid job.

Meanwhile, I STRONGLY condemn CHILD LABOUR. What I see here is CHILD Labour, if she isn't related to you in anyway, ADOPT her legally or employ an adult who IS READY TO WORK & GET PAID.

Ankara is not the reward for a job well done. Pay an adult MONEY and let him/her decide on what to do with the payment.

Okay, If you say so, The good thing is I don't have to Agree. now, please give me the name of Just one Dancer.. Who pays bills or lives in a mansion with Just Dancing In Africa, Remember, that child is African There are no such opportuinities over there.

As for traveling, I am going to book a return ticket to Kilimanjaro tomorrow. And reading, I read the Daily mail UK this morning.

Lastly, Is Dancing a stable Occupation?
There always plenty opportunities to progress from just being a dancer. African dancer who made it big in Africa? Google Somizi Mhlongo, he was the head choreographer for the FIFA 2010 World Cup opening and closing ceremonies and the African Union 50th Anniversary in Ethiopia. He has worked with numerous stage productions, tv shows etc earning him millions and it all started by just being a dancer. Read.

Enjoy Kilimanjaro, and as for that Daily mail.... roll it up, light it, take a really hard pull and choke on it embarassed tongue

I have a 6+plus year old son ho is very, very well-behaved. I can literally count how many times I've spanked him on the fingers of one hand. He has never, I repeat, never misbehaved in public. When fake, failing parents such as yourself don't know how to train children you tend to think everyone is a failure like your incompetent selves.

My friend, I am one of the best parents in the world, and I say this without any iota of prevarication. Just because you cannot train children properly doesn't mean everyone else is a failed parent.
I don't mean to be insultive to u sir but your child has a psychological problem and u need to get him checked, it is extremely abnormal to have a 6 year old child that u can count the number of times u have spanked him with one hand.

Children are naturally rebellious and they love freedom and to explore, they get highly excited in unfamiliar places such as malls, hence the misbehavour.Though a little annoying, it brings so much joy to see them happy and lively. Its not normal to have such a young boy who behaves like an ice queen & beat your chest calling yourself the best parent out there, go get your son cheked out.

Extra sensory perception.

Our brains, which is actually the engine house of the mind, is actually an electromagnetic device. If for instance someone is thinking ill of you, that thought flows through the universe. When you sleep, for instance, your brain can pick these thoughts if nature created you with a high frequency brain. Just like your wireless TV can pick images from your neighbour's DSTV if it has strong reception antenna. Premonition works that way. Nature made us different. Some have high frequency brains while some doesn't. Those that have are the so called prophets of religions.

Thank you for this. Is there a way to maybe fine-tune one's esp? If one has a in gift clair abilities, is there a way to grow them?

Rubbish, what if after taking that 360° turns u reach a deserted cul-de-sac and u have no where to go ,they can corner u and harm u if that was their intension. Stopping on the highway, really? And give them an opportunity to pull out a gun, shoot u and quickly drive off. this write up is stupid and unsafe.

The best thing to do is drive to a crowded place, its much better than the two mentioned options, but then, if that day is The day to return to your Maker, there's nothing u can do about it.
