They are not group of people but elected lawmakers.

What they did is backed by the Constitution and their number met the two third to form a quorum.

When a quorum has already been formed and signed.

Fubara can only reach out to influential people to prevail on wike and the House members to tow down.

Anything outside this, nothing Fubara can do.
