@Fwesh101, I would advice you visit the place first, don't commit too much money into it, the number of check points on the road will overwhelm you, and Tomatoes is highly perishable
Agriculture › Re: A Basket Of Tomato Is 150naira In This Village by confluence: 8:21pm On Jul 19, 2018
Those thinking about the business side of it , you need to think twice, transportation will finish you, you hardly will make anything out of it, that is main reason the individual from that area will not even bother to transport it to where it is highly needed, you know tomatoes very highly perishable, Don't get burn, I have been there before, the security personnel with local government people collecting revenue will finish you before getting to your destination, the only way out of this mess is processing

Fwesh101:
ok not that bad,can i get a bus to convey the tomotoes from there down here with your arrangement, though i will be there

Food › Re: Lessel In Benue Where A Basket Of Tomatoes Goes For N150 by confluence: 10:29am On Jul 16, 2018
like i said before, for tomatoes, it is not worth the trouble, for example i was invovle with a friend moving yam to lagos from zaki biam , the number of check points on the road is more than 60 ,literally all collecting one kind of revenue or the other, in some cases the driver will have to pack his truck while you argue with those thieves on how much you are suppose to pay, think of it if you are carrying perishable item like tomatoes and somes places the armed personell will even tell you what you pay is small and you are left for like 30 to 40 minutes unattended to.
I give up on Nigeria matter
Amberon11:
Processing is not the only way out of this.
If they can be transported in solar powered cooling vans it could last week's or even up to a month.

Broaden your horizon.

If you get 10% per year on #2M looking at the prevalent rate that should be #200,000 per year, divide that by 12, you should have about #16,6666 per month, then for 3 months you will have about #50,000. for 90 days tenure.

2m for tbills what shall be the interest for 90 dayd
Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by confluence: 9:46am On May 25, 2018

Gavrelino123:
Thanks.....but how's the interest calculated..?using 10m for example at an interest rate of 15%.

Politics › Re: $16b Power Project: I’m Ready For Probe, Obasanjo Dares Buhari by confluence: 4:56am On May 23, 2018
You don't seem to understand how capital intensive the power project is, building wind turbines that can can generate that much without building as adequate transmission power lines to evacuate what ever power that is generated is highly capital intensive
BigBrother9ja:
Do you have brains?
How much does a wind turbine cost?
16000 installed would even generate more than 30k mw....
It seems your brain does know the worth of 16 billion DOLLAR!

hello pal, am willing to learn how you do it on seoclerk and fiverr. trying contacting you, seems your number is not on your profile
obajoey:
Arbitrage, best way to make money on fiverr now.
Check up on a gig on seoclerks, set up the same gig on fiverr. When you have the order on fiverr, quickly go to seoclerks to purchase the gig and give them the customer's requirement you received on fiverr.
t will pay off after 2 to 3 orders.

Konker should have been the best instead of seoclerks, but konker is having issues presently.

The answer was directed to the guy who wanted to live on the returns from his stock market investment, that was why I recommended equity mutual fund to starters.

You can google dollar cost averaging or naira cost averaging.

Hello sir, happy new year
What do you mean by this statement +234 705 877 4815
emmanuelewumi:
People live on dividends, it depends on how long you have been investing and reinvesting.

N10 million should give you a dividend of between 500k to 1.2 million depending on the stock, you also have the possibility of earning between 0% to 200% capital appreciation.
It is a knowledge based investment, and one needs to be informed and knowledgeable about finance, economy, business, entrepreneurship, political economy, management, strategy, management etc.

I recommend naira cost averaging and equity mutual funds for newbies.
