@0balufonlll I think the OP is right because merit isn't mutually exclusive to Federal Character inclusion. You failed to state how the centre can be rendered unattractive. IMHO, meritocracy can render the centre unattractive. @VULCAN Merit (in a form) is what is currently used in determining the Federal Character principle. This form of merit is lopsided, as it does not consider State population or place of birth, for instance. For one, it considers the birthplace of parents, attributes that to the child and predetermines what level IQ the child should have. The time for presumptions that supported this is past. For example, a child from Southern Nigeria, but born in the North will have to perform better than those he schooled with, because it is assumed that his parents are better educated (This is even when school-teaching cuts across board) The form of merit currently practised needs to be equalised. The standards are high enough for some subjects and so poor for others. The presumptions that created this form of thinking need to be reviewed, and reviewed by standardised merit. Nothing stops Federal inclusion by equal standards. I believe the population size for each position is large enough to cater for equal standard, merit-based Federal inclusion. |
ONNYX, so you own a bakery? I look to help poach good staff from GR*ND. Their bread rocks! No adverts. |
Director Dee & the Phantom Flame... |
Breasts at 8years? OK. |
Hmmm. Safe delivery. |
In your opinion, ONNYX, why was the result of growing a local wheat specie discouraging? I have work experience in Pulp and Paper, and there's that problem, too. Start-up raw material importation. We should have both long fibre pulp and short fibre pulp here in Nigeria (based on climatic conditions). I would also like to get a lecturer's input, especially one from a University of Agriculture. |
@jaymarius Might be helpful to take orders if you number the pictures... |
Well, ivory, you may as well hand it over, after requesting cost estimates, of course. I suggest you also keep the electronic upgrades as secondary until more mechanical restoration/ refurbishment/ recovery/ repair/ rejuvenation/ remediation...is carried out. Chai! I go school! |
Thanks, naptu2! |
@HungerBAD Wherever he is, there would be Northerners and Westerners to leak same information (in the corollary). He was last seen publicly the day before soldiers invaded his family house. He could have run or he could have been taken. (I am interested in Sen. Abaribe's defence...) |
@beegodson: Please complete the title of this thread, so people can form better opinions. "Nigeria's inflation drops to 11.14% from 11.23%" month-year trend from last year... |
3pages in and I'm still not sure what State Bakura town is in. Any help? |
AutoElectNG, thank you. Email sent. |
Thanks, AutoElectNG. I didn't know brake fluid was hygroscopic. I now know. So, inside that plastic cup, rubber- covered, hydraulic can attract up to 4% moisture/ water in volume? Inside that engine temperature? Isn't it presently the farthest away from rushing air and even under the windshield air/ water drain? 4%? BTW, I don't have any device to plot long. and lat. to get your actual location... |
Thank you, Piyke. Does that mean brake fluid degenerates into water? How does the water get in? |
Piyke:Please can you explain to me how it works? |
Uncle calls Kamaru and his assistant Piyke picks the call... |
@Piyke: Does that brake fluid tester also test battery charge level? |
I hereby nominate lexus460 to be the jumper... with adanny01 trying to pull him off! |
Nice thread! Interested in meeting older Christian ladies, though. 28 to 31-ish. Friends first. You wouldn't be disappointed... |
Irikefe for Nurse Jo eventually. Who else thinks so? |
Coming next season: One witch vs. One baby wizard (without Father Wizard's help)... Well done, Centino! |
Starting indigenous right from the head of government brings the political will to local industries. Starting local means treating ear infections in Nigeria and actually having a design request to challenge local professionals. Nice read, well done! |
Like Nnamdi Kanu, he is here until "they" visit. After their visit, I hope his whereabouts would still be known... |
@Bibi294 I don't think there's a "k" in theYoruba word for "call". I think it's "pe". It's Igbos who spell as they pronounce. Is this part real, too? It's getting a little theatrical for me. Great work, though. More grease! |

2-0, NGR- ARG Goals by Moses & Iheanacho. |
Ishilove:That's one way to look at it, prone to fear. Another way is to believe the 70 yr old will be employed as a Pilot Trainer and that "mama" will have a successful assisted birth. Prone to fulfilment. Caveat: I do not accept delays, denials or delays as denials. |
What a thread! I see that most people have ignored the full-page explanation of Innoson. GT Bank has no mention of the payment of judgment fees, preferring to highlight "malicious lies". It is beginning to look like that unauthorised deduction story was the actual happening... |
@IamLucy That your comment on stuff being error-free is repetitive. Did you (really) think so for all the stories? Is Jan. 13th really your birthday? I know someone born on that date... |
Why cover his face and forget the nametag of Mr. Ranjit? |
Well maintained! Nice. |
