Y not send it to a company, institution or organisation you know someone pick it up, certify and send to uniassist... So u can use the transcript for other direct applications and enrollment when admitted...
No issues tho if u want your school to send it directly to uniassist.. So far its authenticated and sealed properly

Go to the school website and apply as many courses as you want; only this VPD is enough for all the courses. You will have to print the application confirmation and send it to them as a simple copy. The vpd cam also be sent to them later by Email. The school has very high acceptance rate but the resumption deadline of Nov. 14th can not be extended in any way. Best of luck and shalom.

You need to read thru the application process of the Course u applying to properly and carefully before even applying
From the screenshot ...you would get a vpd from uniassist after they process your documents (which takes 3-5weeks)you would then use the vpd with other documents(check the requirements
and procedure on the course page) to apply on portal of the school(that is where u would select the course)

Relax.. there is nothing to do next if you have made payment and sent certified copies of your documents

The processing takes 3-6weeks ....
So your status would change after 3-6weeks

No need to change the details then. You can always contact uniassist to explain the issue. Then they will know how to go about it. You can always upload the scanned copy of the certificate with the real date(Month&year) on it also. They can then refer to that as a proof of the correct date of the certificate, I believe.

Please don't forget to include waec/ neco scratch cards in the envelope. I think for this winter they want to use that as well to check results. If you did not, no need to worry. Anything they need they will get in touch with you.

Use the Uni-assist contact form and mail them about the issue. See what they'll say.

I made a mistake as well while filling the form but I had not paid the fee as at that time so I withdrew the application and filled the details again.

If you have not paid, it means they won't start to process your application, you can simply withdraw the application and I create a new one for that same school. It will be deleted retrospectively. I have paid the Uniassist fee and they only charged me for the application I did not withdraw. The one I withdrew for that same school was deleted and no fee was attached to that.

If you have already paid the fee/ they have started processing your application. I don't think it will affect the chances still. Uniassist will check everything and they will get back to you incase of any error. You can also contact them through the contact form or call to explain the issue.

Yes the printed application form. I signed at the bottom right corner of every page except the last page, there I signed at the bottom of that declaration bla bla bla and included my name as well in the middle of that page.

Simply upload them. Only officially certified copies of (educational certificates, Language certificates)+ the signed application form are required in the envelope.Other documents that do not need to be certified( CV, Internship proof etc.) can be uploaded to your online portal.

Personally I prefer using the official transcript for applications..
But a lot of people here have used the student copy or electronic copy and still get admission.. So once you get the electronic copy, print it, make photocopies(depending on the number of schools you are applying to), take the photocopies to a notary public(preferable) or High court and notarize..ensure the notarized/certified copies has a red seal, then forward to your schools with other application documents if the school requests you send by post

Someone in Germany paid for me. It's pretty easier and better when someone in DE is making the payment for you.

I certified mine at the hight court.
