Travel › Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by cookies: 5:42am On Mar 31, 2022 |
I can confirm this information. My last visa B2 was issued for birthing purpose, at the time I had a valid B1/B2 but when I later got pregnant I reapplied and mentioned to the VO this time about my intention to birth in America, the grilling was much but it was issued with plenty warnings for me to pay my bills so that it doesn't affect the subsequent renewals. Basically, it's one's ability to convince the VO also evidence that you can afford to pay your bills. Kemo88: Im not sure I understand you fully sir. Anyway, the wife just got a B2 visa as she has had pregnancy complications in the past. People get B2 visas if they have had birth complications and can convince the VO they can afford the birthing in the US. If you go to Nairaland “give birth in the US” some people have been getting B2 visas if they are in this category.
Some on existing B1/B2 even inform the embassy about the intention to birth in the US and they are told it’s ok. This is recent times. You can check the platform For such testimony |

Congratulations. Did you mention your baby on your Ds160? stacey1994: Finally picked up my issued visa yesterday....the journey of many months has finally come to a fruitful end
Summary: Submitted IW application on the 25th Feb...refused on the 2nd of March and I was asked to resubmit a new passport photo which I did
I used my last visa which expired Jan this year to birth and returned to Nigeria this 2022....stayed 3 months and reflected this on my ds160 form.
I was worried this will result in a physical interview request but it did not....
For everyone starting out the process... please be upfront and honest in your ds160...fill it yourself if you can and avoid agents who many times fill incorrect information for people that lead to denial
This thread is a very useful thread....Read through and also gain from the vast experience shared by other people
Wish everyone else success |

Thanks a lot. Dampops: Well, they already know your child is a US citizen. You are just to mention her as going with you on the trip...it stops there.
No need to fill any DS160 form for her as she isn't applying for a visa.
Best of luck |

Thanks for taking time to respond to me.
I'm aware that my child who's a US citizen doesn't need a visa to travel but there's a part on the form where I mentioned her as and my other kids as other people that I'm travelling to the states with so I'm just wondering what might happen if they don't see her own DS 160 because there's no where on the form to mention her as a US citizen.
I would appreciate a reply.
Thanks.

Your child doesn't need a visa to travel to the US, so you wouldn't be able to include same in an application .[/quote] |

Thanks a lot. I would appreciate if you could share a link to the telegram group. puffmama: Yes it is possible. I am in Abuja and that's exactly what I am doing . I got an appointment date and I am submitting next week , as long as you are willing to travel to Lagos a day before your appointment so that if your flight is delayed, you won't be under pressure . Choose Lagos as your location to drop off and Abuja as location where your passport will be sent back to .
Iyou may wish to join the telegram group . That's one of the fastest ways of securing an IW date as a team work is done to ensure everyone gets a date .
I wish you all the best . |

post=111284239]Good morning All,
I'm based in Abuja but I don't mind doing the Dropbox in Lagos since the service is yet to be extended to Abuja and I don't want to wait. My last US visa expired in July 2020 so I'm qualified for an interview waiver.
My question is it possible to do it in Lagos?
Thank you. |

Hello, My skill is qualified for skilled worker visa, can I apply for the visa or I need to have a job offer from a UK employer first? Uzland: For non-health professionals, you can only apply for the UK Skilled Worker visa. But first, check if your job/profession is eligible by navigating to the gov.uk site, as stated on the first post of this thread.
