With the little allocation the state receive from FAAC, their amongst the states that can't even affort to pay and settle legally the 30,000 thousand naira minimum wage for their workers but ironically spending on white elephant projects and busy rehabilitating criminal insurgent thereby recircling them into the society to cause more mahemp to the poor masses of the state and forgeting that those criminal elements loyalist to their rehabilitators will further extend their activities beyound their enviroments to other states atlarge.
