This 'ghost' sat next to me for close to seven hours! He spoke to me, ate and drank, watched a film and went to sleep and woke up again at a point. Everybody saw him. No, this is not a ghost, usually not everybody would see the ghost except the person it appears to. And ghosts don't stay for that long, they only appear briefly and disappear.

Where did the OP say the baby is three months old? She said she was on maternity leave for 3 months. Not the same thing.

If poster just went back to work after 3 months maternity then the baby would be between 6weeks(if she started the maternity early) and three months (if she went on maternity late - near delivery).

I would say look for a nanny/house maid to take care of your baby in the comfort of your home. Taking a three month old baby to daycare/creche exposes that child to contagious infections and health hazards.
