The problem is ladies make the fatal mistake of carrying the faithfulness of marriage into boyfriend /girlfriend relationships.
Reminds me of a story of a guy who had this girlfriend. They had been dating for 4 years and as na woman time dey waste, d girl kept asking his plans. The wailing of d guy was so terrible and he reported her to all who would listen and though they tried to console him, not one person blamed d girl.

But i think Nigerian women who marry foreigners especially white men live a better quality of life involving freedom, respect and mutual treatment compared to those married to Nigerian men who are highly regarded servants and emotional and physical punchbags for frustrated husbands.

That is a no rape issue at all! The prosecutor has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that there was indeed "rape". And owing to the fact that there has to be "forceful entry" for the hymen to brake then there is no case because: 1. He didn't force her to his house
2. He never forced her into the bedroom
3. Prosecutor has to prove there was torn clothing or some struggle at least.
