benjackugo:It's imperative to state that what David Oyedepo is saying is purely addressing distraction in it's entirety and not literally saying use of earphones or pods is devil's device. Look at it in the context of the Church/religion it is absolutely right to refer to such item as a subtle distraction. In the work place context we can't say it's devil's way of cheating you to productivity rather it's very irresponsible to wear one as it's clearly not the norm in most work place if not all.... I think whilst we all think it's spiritual we should not forget it's a child thing - stealing. I did a measure of stealing and I know most of us do too growing up...the child needs talking too consistently and some reasonable chastisement plus prayers to help her stop. For three days consecutively this week I have witnessed an indiscriminate arrest of vehicles and vehicle takeover by officials of LASTMA in Lagos. Vehicles are stopped even on the express like I witnessed yesterday evening around Alapere knowing fully well that the entrance to the bus stop is not accessible because of a truck that packed there. The danfo driver helped a passenger remove his seat belt hook for ease of disembarkation and in the process of doing this he unbuckled his belt...this is offense the offense and the bus was packed on the express for over 25mins. I am not writing to shade the organization but I am asking for clarification on their job description if it is anything other than is listed below. I don't know much about building too but I have seen decked top of houses mostly found in high rise buildings which are covered with thick black materials that resist water - they look like leather but highly water resistance. You will have to consider a tilt design of the deck so water can run down and not be retained. With this, you can be rest assured of a perfect design as you desire. #eucane_storm |
