Nairaland / General / Jungle Justice Vs. Lawful Justice by Cornel88(m): 8:27pm On Oct 10, 2012
Jungle Justice vs. Lawful Justice.
People believe that the jungle
justice is more positively effective
than the lawful justice because if
police should catch a thief today,
the next 2...3days you see that
same thief on the street, as free as
a bird. For that reason they take
the law by their hand by beating,
burnin, killin etc. them (thieves)
rather than handin dem ova to d
police. Look at the Mubi marsarcar
case, they are still investigating
while the family and friends of the
victims are waiting patiently for
Justice after some culprit are in
police custody. Imagine these
Mudi culprit to be in the hands of
Aluu community, by now their
case would be like that of
Solomon Grunding. I'm not saying
that the 4 Uniport guys are guilty
neither am I sayin that the jungle
justice is better than lawful
justice. But i'm sayin that there
should be an effective lawful
judgment that wil warrant death
sentence after proper
investegations proved a person
guilty so as to reduce the rate of
jungle justice. Imagine this
Uniport guy's case in the hands of
the police, investigations would
have proven then innocent if they
truely are. Kill is geting too much
this day in Nigeria o... I wil advice
dat we stop hope wen we hav not
act. Let us act and hope.
Politics / Bakassi Peninsula Review Still Open But 2 Day To Go... by Cornel88(m): 12:01pm On Oct 07, 2012
9th of october 2012 will make it
complete 10years since ICJ gave
its vedict, favoured Cameroon in
expense of Nigeria in the Bakassi
peninsula case. All these years the
window for review on the ICJ's
judgment is open till 9th Oct
2012. Uptill today, 7th oct 2012(2
days to go) Nigeria is yet to fill a
case not to talk of presenting it to
the ICJ in Hague, Holland even
when there are fresh fact why the
territory is ours(Nigeria). Late
efforts have be made where the
present who at some point was in
a dilemma whether to make the
move for the review or not, after
being urged by the lawmaker to
make a move, set-up a committee
on wednesday to file the case for
the review. The people of bakassi
where relieve to a limit as they
commend the president for his
move. Now the Attorney General
of the federation, Mohammed
Adoke is standing our way for
this review move on the ground
that there is no enogh time for us
to file the case. I ask this question,
is the attorney general in a
position to turn-down the
president's directive? Is it the
attorney general that put the
president in office or vice versa? If
at the end of the window we fail
to foward our case to the ICJ,
Mohammed Adoke is solely
responsible. He must not go free.

99.99999999999999% of all Ojukwu's properties were inherited from his late billionaire father, Louis Ojukwu: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Odumegwu_Ojukwu

Ojukwu never own anything through out his existence. Let's be realistic here: Name me one established business owned by Ojukwu while he was alive? Name me one, just one? I can assure you: you will not come up with one. Why? All he had was from his Billionaire father. And his children want a piece of that too? Is there anything wrong with that?
In one word, "NWANKPI" Thank God Louis Ojukwu is not a yoruba man.

I am not Igbo but I believe in Igbo culture, it is the firstborns who are given the right of inheritance in a family.
ehhh... You hav tried 4 believin in igbo culture, but dis has notin to do wit 1stborn. Even if it depends on d 1stborn, dat means a 1st born(woman) can hav sole right to inherit d fada's property. Not in the Igbo culture dat i knw. In dis case, Bianca is expressly Ojukwu's next of kin, which means dat, wen Ojukwu dies (lik he is dead already), bianca wil b entitle to retain his property.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Thomas Vermaelen Is The New Arsenal Captain by Cornel88(m): 1:07pm On Aug 19, 2012
1025:

be a fool and get what you want. when u are a wise man and loose all the best players around u, what is the need of such wisdom?
uncle, ferguson and wenger are great managers but one is greater than the other. madrid, barca, chelsea, man u and man city to mention but a few release their weak players and add new forces to their key players in anticipation of better seasons, but wenger is the only wise man here that releases his best players everyother season and then buy new ones and come around to tell his followers that he will compete. do not forget your statement that WENGER IS WISER THAN ALEX and am here to tell u that the wiser one here is a looser who has turned fans into perpetual sadists because of his attitude towards players.
D beneficiaries of wenger's wisdom r mostly shareholders of d club. In a match which arsenal is loosin, while a section of d fans is xtremly worid bout wenga's inability 2inject quality playas in d squard , d oda section wil maintain deir banna, "IN WENGER WE TRUSTH". Dose fans hav refuse several times 2 sel deir own posion of d share to Usmanov (whose intention is to become d majority share holda of d club) cos dey knw wat dey benefit 4rm d club. As 4 my statement,"WENGA IS WISER DAN ALEX" is limited 2 d deal dat saw RVP move 4rm arsenal to man u. Alex is wiser today is because of wenga's inability to win with his system, though he still maintain top position. Wenger may not be the best coach, but he is the best manager.

u are right brother and his wisdom has left the club celebrating top four finish every year. sometimes, wise men are more useless than fools. the alex u are talking about is a winner any day, any time. your wenger is a wise looser.
ur quote comprise of 3tins, truth (u r right broda), possibility( wise looser) and impossible (sometimes, wise men r more useless dan fool). Prove me wrong where u tink dat i'm wrong.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Thomas Vermaelen Is The New Arsenal Captain by Cornel88(m): 9:30am On Aug 18, 2012
With 1year left on his contract, 29years, high wages, poor performance at euro cup, injury prone (only 1 injury free season), risk playin him against his will 4 dis new season and go 4 free next season. WENGER IS WISER THAN ALEX. SHIKINA.
Politics / Re: FG Releases N300bn For Capital Projects by Cornel88(m): 8:17am On Aug 18, 2012
OYINBOGOJU: What kind of Project Name is Called Capital Project?
Capital expenditure is when the govt spends money on major projects such as hospitals, dams, aircraft, bridges, schools etc. If govt is to build a hospital now, that hospital that is to be build is a capital project, while the cost of building the hospital is called capital expenditure. The other type of expenditure is recurrent expenditure i.e. expenditure on running costs, such as wages and salaries of govt workes(civil servants) etc. There are also recurrent and capital revenue. With what I have given you so far, you could be able to tell what recurrent and capital revenue are.
