Boredom
Eyah...try watching a movie...I'm sure it would help ease your boredom. |
Kobojunkie: My life is miserable? Are you insane or have you completely lost your marbles? You made a FALSE claim and I corrected you there . .False claim you say...have you taken it up yourself to look into the Nigerian universities and see what parents go through to ensure that their kids get sound education? Do you know that there are some parents who sell their properties just to train their kids? Does that look like a false claim to you? Kobojunkie: immediately you suggest my life is the miserable one here? Isn't it miserable people that go around LYING and TELLING FABLEs so they can continue to escape the reality of what they continue to support? If looking into the world, and all you can see are bad and irresponsible parents, then its obvious that you need help...cos your condition is worse than imagined. Kobojunkie: I don't care for a debate on whether or not children makes parents responsible,Then keep shut...if you're unaware of something, it would be wise to seek other peoples opinions rather than jump into flimsy and irrational conclusions. Kobojunkie: since it does not take a genius to know that kids don't make parents ANYTHING they don't already have in em.Epic failure...a good child is capable of restoring dignity to his family. A child born into abject poverty can transform the lifestyle of his parents if he's hard working.. An educated child can decide to educate his/her illiterate parents...it happens all the time and I've witness such. So your theory is wrong, cos a child can make a parent greater than what they accomplished. Kobojunkie: I mean you don't need to look far to find that there is no cut-and-paste logic that applies to all cases.Pathetic! Kobojunkie: There are millions of parents out there who are simply parents by name but I guess numb-knots like you complete IGNORE That and the suffering those kids have to deal with so you can remain in fantasy world a bit longer.Millions you say...be specific stop making false claims. How many married couples can you say ignore the plight of their kids, abandon them and continue with their lives as if nothing is wrong? Are you saying that Nigeria parents, Nairaland parents and other parents all over the world are bad? That a child is living in the slum doesn't mean the parents don't care for him or her. In case you don't know...most parents who raise their kids in the slum work painstakingly to ensure that they get the best in life. So if you can't point out one case...of both couples abandoning their children like you claimed, please remain mute. Kobojunkie: And I certainly don't want to engage someone who makes up his facts out of thin air in any debate of that sort.On what grounds do you have your own pathetic facts? Kobojunkie: I will avoid quoting you when you get back into that vile pit(which you assume everyone else lives in) that you came out of and stop spewing vile idiocy all over the place.Fool |
Hello
Hi..what's good. |
centje: i don't usually quote bible. Moreover, bible isn't all in all.I'm sorry friend...if you claim to be a christian, and still maintain your stand, then something is really wrong somewhere. |
Kobojunkie: That is a bloody lie. There are so many many many more selfish parents out there than there are non-parents who are selfish. What does that tell you of your theory that being a parent makes one unselfish? RUBBISH theories like this should not even be given space on threads like this please. Do you realize how many people, parents out there SELFISHLY have kids they cannot fend for?? There are so many of them that in many countries non-parents are taxed so the Government can provide for those kids. That your life is miserable should not give you the right to throw your misery, bitterness and frustration at me. I was greeting an old friend and giving him my opinion of his question...the thread wasn't started by you, so I don't understand your unnecessary ranting. If you want a debate on whether or not children makes parents responsible, then start a thread, and I would be happy to defend my stand...if not...avoid quoting me and crawl back to whatever vile pit you came out from...you miserable god forsaken character. |
greatgod2012: I just pray hes found alive....I pray so too... |
ijebabe: Thank you! HeheheThat's really cool.. ![]() ayobase: Cancer ke? ![]() |
hmmm
What's with the humming sound? |
obadiah777:10 kids...that would be a hell of responsibility on their shoulders...are they ready for such...? But like you stated, kids are really nice...I myself 2 or 3 would be ok for me. ![]() |
Nice write up...I feel refreshed. |
@buzugee..brah, so you don't know the benefits of having children... Alright I'll tell ya...you learn not to be selfish when you have kids...you spend your life savings, apply for loans, borrow money from friends just to ensure that they get the best in life. Kids makes you responsible...it brings out the man in you. |
Awake. Hello y'all
Hi... Happy new month everyone... |
What anyone dances to within his room should be his/her business
Well said... |
Goshen360: You're welcome bro. Study the word vigorously. Be determined to know the word for yourself and don't forsake the assembly of the brethren.Well said... Also...you should note that the right church can be a wonderful blessing that brings us closer to God. And the wrong church can be just the opposite. Whether or not a particular church is "right" or "wrong" depends on whether or not it helps you. It might be the right church for you and the wrong one for me. However, I don't believe we have to go to church to be saved. All we have to do is seek a relationship with God through Christ. If going to church strengthens that relationship, by all means, please go. If it does not, put that same time and energy into something that does strengthen it, like simply talking to God through prayer, reading your bible...etc, like goshen360 suggested. Good luck. |
seriallink: But you have the list of pharisees/sadduccees on nairalandDon't mind him... ![]() |
ik121: Dun wif clearance.Congrats...and happy new month. |
joey4jo: Mornin every 1.Congrats...I'm happy for you... |
Ellylace: Happy nu Mnth to everyone...and merry Christmas in advance!Same to you dear... @all... Happy new month. |
onila: i dance 2 very loud music in my roomIts obvious that your house mates aren't complaining cos you dance....it may because of the loud noise that emanates from your room on a regular basics. I would suggest that whenever you feel like dancing, try and adjust the volume of your music to a moderate sound, then you can go ahead with that which makes you happy (dancing) |
ik121: Moderator my friend, No offense. To me ds's balderdash. Idc it bn necesry. Dis'nt d only thrd runin on on d nysc section, dia oda thrds as wel. Iz gun get boring... duh!Ok... And happy month to you too |
Ellylace: I'm aii...how was ur day?We fank God...my day was good...I trust yours was good as well..right? |
Fourcade: @Crazyman,its a welcomed development,if it's done in other sections, then NYSC section shouldnt be any different! An0nimus: @Crazyman I like the idea.Ok then...the thread would be opened next week. Ellylace: Alors! Seems everyone's online 2nyt...Sure...what's good? |
forgive my ignorance. Hws life?
Life's cool...I'm just counting down to christmas...i would want this year's christmas celebration to be remarkable. How about you? |
All is well, just taking a break. Lol. You re quite scarce yourself.
Really? That would be in this section then...cos I log in on Nairaland every day, but different time intervals, and I also post on different sections. |
you re totaly right C.man. I had wanted to creat a topic on it.
Thanks... How are you doing...its been quite long Isaw your posts...hope all is well? |
Hello pippo! Officially signing in..
Are you who I think you are...or? |
onila: my housemates thinks am weird bcus I dance alone in my roomDo you dance to music, or do you just dance because you feel like dancing? Note if you're dancing to a music, then its perfectly normal. But if you're just dancing to nothing, then that explains why they (your house mates) sees you as some weird creature that just crawled out of the grave. People have different hobbies...and from the way you sound, it seems you really love dancing...however I would suggest whenever you feel like dancing, put on some music so those around wouldn't begin to categorize you into the family weird psychos. Good luck. |
musKeeto: Camman sharrapIts common shut up... So that village primary school I enrolled you into has failed to give you sound education...and they charge very expensive...can you imagine ![]() Don't worry, I would take you to the city when next I visit... ![]() |
Good evening everyone...I'm glad that each of us has successfully completed the first 3 weeks of the NYSC exercise...I'm also happy that God granted each and every one of us journey mercies to our respective locations. I'm sure that most of you would have lots of testimonies to tell. However...as we all know, the NYSC section is a new section, so most of the things that seem stable in other older boards are yet to commence here One of such things is the award for the best poster of the year in this section. Now this exercise is just to say thank you to everyone that has contributed to making this section tick in the outgoing year - from the active contributors to the passive readers even to the unregistered guest viewers. As it has become traditional on Nairaland, I decided to raise it up in the house, and know your reactions towards it. If its ok by you guys, then we would start a thread and begin nominations...but if you feel it isn't necessary, then we would forget about the whole idea. Awaiting your contributions... Thanks! |
