Yes a church marriage certificate would be ok.

The sworn affidavit would serve as legal proof, and your name publication on the newspaper would be for the general public to take note.

Once you get those 3 documents, you're good to go.

Its very simple. If you want to serve in lagos, don't provide a medical report of a hospital in benue state.

Such report would only contradict your story. You should provide a medical report from a hospital in lagos, along with drugs for your said ailment. Its not so difficult.

Your reason for re-deployment would be to continue your treatment in lagos, and having presented a valid medical report which would be authenticated by the camp's medical director, you would be granted permission to continue your treatment in lagos, thus your request for re-deployment would be granted.

If you're married, they you must present your marriage certificate, along with a publication of name from a news paper.

If you're single, then a sworn affidavit should suffice.

If you claim to have an ailment and you're being treated in state A, and you present your medical report, along with some drugs for the ailment you claim to have, which would be verified by a medical doctor in camp, you cannot re-deploy to state B.

Your main reason of applying for re-deployment is to be granted relocation back to state A to continue with your treatment. So if your application is considered, you would be re-deployed to state A.

If you want state B, then work with a state B medical report.

If your call-up letter wasn't laminated as well, then you won't have much problems.

Usually some camps go as far as taking your call-up letter for VU mecury light verification to test the authentication of it. So if yours is laminated, please un-laminate it now.

But if its just your SOR, then no problem, but please try to get proper clarifications before taking action next time.

NYSC doesn't accept medical reports from private hospitals...if you know anyone working in a military, state, teaching or FMC, you can relate your situation to them, and hope for positive results.

But since you requested for pictures, I would remember to take some shots and post here when next I prepare my egg meal.

I don’t really know much about egg sardine, but I would provide you with a recipe on how to make another kind of egg meal.

Burst like a crate or half of egg into a bowl, add magi, salt, fruit tomatoes and pepper, beat with a spoon, then pour into a stainless plate and boil (the way you boil moi-moi)

after a couple of minutes, bring it down and serve...men that’s one of the best kind of egg I've eaten...don't know the name though, but it tastes really yummy.

I'm happy for him...it takes a real man to bounce back after going through such humiliation.

I don't enjoy banning people...that's why I encourage you guys to make use of the report button whenever you feel an insultive post is targeted at you.

When someone makes a comment about you, and you feel offended, the next advisable step to take is to report such post...this is the 100th time I'm telling you this.

This thread isn't the only thread I moderate on this section, there are other active threads, and other boards as well I have to clean up...I can easily hide an insultive post if my attention is drawn to it; but if I'm unable to see it simply because it wasn't reported, does that make me a tribalistic person?
