Bhlessing iyeke: Am an nce graduate,i studied accounting education,pls i need ur advice,pls which university can i choose for my 1st and 2nd choice when i buy direct entry form,am 4rm delta state

Accounting is a course that requires zero practicals...mainly theory.

So the issue of an equipped practical workshop, lab and all that wouldn't come up. (Meaning you can run your accounting program in a school with poor infrasture but very sound lecturers)

I expect any serious prospective masters student to have at least have 3 areas of specialization in mind...his problem should arise from trying to select the most suitable one for himself.

Unfortunately such cannot be said in your case.

And for your second question, yes its possible to get a Masters in a related course under your faculty.

For your information...the masters program is totally different from your regular school program.

Your ability or inability to round up the program in the said 18 months lies between you and your supervisor.

It has nothing to do with the school.

I don't know if they've changed the whole system...cos the last time I had information on WAEC marking scheme, the physics practical and chemistry practical marking scheme were similar.

The practical carries 50marks, the obj carries 50marks (biology pratical carries 80 marks I think) and the theory 100 totaling 200 of which would be divided by 2 to determine your percentage.

That was years ago...it might be different now.

Awka is a nice town where the standard of living is reasonably low...the people of awka are nice people. To live and work in awka is fun

Yea Awka is clean...and most things are quite affordable.

Note: there are two major markets in Awka...Eke Awka and Nkwo Amenyi. Commodities sold at those markets are quite cheap compared to those sold in other mini markets across the town.

A self-contained apartment is quite easy to come by provided you have enough cash to pay for it.

The cost of accommodation is reasonable compared to other states in the country.

A good self contain in Awka falls between 70-120k. Depending on the area where its located.

Ogbeche77: Not quite sure on the transport ish, some states in the north are 30 times larger than lagos in size, so T-fare aint that cheap across the states, except within the LGA
In katsina, Funtua to Bindawa is like 1h30min, the fare is N1500
In Yobe, Potiskum to Damaturu is lake N2500. Transport is not that cheap, and in the likes of recent happening in the north, I don't expect anyone to anticipate serving up north..
South all the way, be it West or East

Lol...you're really conversant with the north. And I used to think that transportation there was quite cheap...my bad

Anyways the South is still the best place for any corper...so much instability in the North, wouldn't advise any prospective otondo to consider it as an option .

For tranquility, I would suggest the South...its quite safe for coprers.

For transportation and accomodation, the North is ok. Truth is with a thousand naira, you can move across almost every LGA in the state...and also their houses are quite affordable. Same cannot be said in the South.

So its up to you to make your choice.

It depends on how you go about it.

If its properly done, you won't encounter any problem in regards to your allawee.

I know dozens of corpers who relocated during camp, and they started receiving their allawee weeks later.

The Bible never directly mentions smoking.

But there are principles, however, that definitely apply to smoking.

First, the Bible commands us not to allow our bodies to become "mastered" by anything.

"Everything is permissible for me—but not everything is beneficial.

Smoking is undeniably strongly addictive. Later in the same passage we are told, "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?

You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Also smoking is undoubtedly very bad for your health. Smoking has been proven to damage the lungs and the heart.

So with or without biblical confirmations as to whether christians should smoke, it would be wise to refrain from actions that could damage your health eg smoking.
