sexkillz: [color=#000030]Yes, provide everything for her, rent and pay for her apartment, pay her school fees, buy her food items, write exams for her, save all your money, buy her a car. . . Dumb mugu.Well said.... |
Richard Sheddy: Any hope for 2013 batch B going to camp mid dis year?Did you hear otherwise? As far as I can tell, batch B is valid, and prospective corpers would be mobilized at the appointed time (July). So cast out every form of doubt from your thoughts...once you're qualified for the batch, you'll be mobilized. |
Welcome on board...Nairaland is the best place to catch fun, so brace yourself cos you're gonna experience fun at its fullest. |
Can't really tell for now...you guys should be the ones to keep us posted cos you're still serving. But I feel its still a rumour though...cos no serving corper has confirmed the reviewed payment yet. |
Chilug: Do they give admission without jamb number in the first place?Didn't you see the name of the institution...I'm sure they won't mind; provided you have your cash with you. |
You mentioned just this 2 probably because you haven't had any encounter with the rest. I'm sure that by the time you deal with the Nigerian customs service, the Nigerian fire service, the Nigerian postal service, FRSC, VIO...etc, you'll re-edit that your list. Nigeria as a whole is bad just like a poster pointed out. |
Its one thing to announce, its another thing to implement. You guys shouldn't begin celebrations just yet...wait until the money has been paid, and you've confirmed it...then you can party. ![]() |
You can contact fellow corpers serving in Niger state on this thread...I'm sure you'll find someone who would help you out. Good luck. https://www.nairaland.com/1090317/thread-corpers-posted-niger/ |
Emusan: I saw a small banner where they wrote "GSM call is #20/min". I ask myself do people still visit this place?Call centers are very rare here in the east...infact I can't remember when last I saw one. What exist here are just recharge card dealers, sim card sellers...etc. But you would hardly find someone here that's into phone call business. So its almost impossible to patronize them. |
atymat: Thanks guys.....its a polytechnic examination 1st semester 2nd yearGo to your department and notify them... JAMB is a national examination, you must ensure that you sit for it. That of your department can be moved to a more convenient date for you guys, so go there and make your complain. Good luck. |
atymat: Pls i'm having 2 examinations on the same day....sch examination on the 22nd of April nd my Jamb computer based examination on the same day. Pls Advice!!!!Why not take your time to supply full details of this your exam so we can know the kind of advice to render to you. If its a school exam and you're a diploma or polytechnic student, then you shouldn't panic...just assemble those affected and contact the hod of your dept, your hod would contact your course lecturer and look for ways to move the paper to a more convenient date so you guys would be able to take it. Good luck. |
lolzie: Hello everyone, I would appreciate stories of people who got back with their ex. Why did you break up? How long were u apart for? And how did you get back together. Also, did the relationship succeed at last?Start by sharing yours with us, and am sure that after reading your story, most members would be compelled to share theirs. |
Rocktation: So welcome onboard Seun and please tell us your birth date. Do not re tard the flow.So you don't know our oga at the top's birth date madam events... ![]() Ok I'll tell ya, but store it in your database so you won't forget it...its on Eke market day (17th July) ![]() |
eddy1977: And what if he is not the father? He should confirm the pregnancy claim first...the parental issue would be sorted out later. |

I wouldn't do such. The Nigerian police lacks the professionalism and training to handle such cases. Imaging reporting a notorious tout in the area to the police...he gets picked up, and after a few days or weeks he's released after parting with a bribe...do you think you'll be safe after he learns that you were the one that advocated his arrest? Its the job of the police to arrest perceived and known criminals. If they want the co-operation of the public in fishing out this hoodlums, then they must guarantee informants their safety. If that cannot be established, it would be wise learn to mind your own business and steer clear from people affairs... As for the issue of fights, robbries, trouble in the area...etc, I can easily pick up my phone and give them a call... |
ypzilanti: Your response to that text should have been: 'Whatever'.Well said...I couldn't agree more. |
Donicobone: Hi frenz pls i need ur advice my supose ex girl friend is pregnant for me it was last month i broke up with her and she called me yestaday just to tel me dat she is pregnant dat she want to abort it dat i should bring money am afraid o i don't no wot to do pls mature advice plsFirst, I would suggest that you go see her and talk to her. You also need to make an appointment with a doctor to confirm the pregnancy and establish that it is viable. Secondly, she has presented an option to you (Abortion), of which seem to make you uncomfortable. You need to think long and hard about what it is that you want and if there is an overlap with the reasons behind her suggestion. You should know that sometimes you do not choose who you love, it just happens. I'm strongly against abortion so make up your mind on what to do with her...if she has what it takes, you should consider marrying her...just an option though. |
Flashaldrin: if you open your eyes, can you see what you look like??Its an emotional look...it doesn't mean you'll see yourself physically. Keeping your eyes open during a kiss can make you see yourself through the eyes of your partner. How if you may ask...by his/her reaction towards your kiss. |
Antivirus92: Just asking because it run across all races. Europeans, africans, indians, americans all do it. Does it add flavour to love?Cos you wouldn’t want to see what you look like while kissing. |
ogugua88: [size=13pt]Yes, you're too slim. You're so slim that I can't even see you.Lmao... |
shymexx: But why do women always have to wait for the "last hour" to start acting right?? - I need answers!!!Truth is during their teens and 20s, most women compete for the most highly desirable men, the handsome guy, the rich guy....Many will readily share a bed with the sporty, attractive, confident men, while the ordinary and responsible ones who truly love them miss out. Also, most women are arrogant...they labour under the impression they can have it all. They can have their career irrespective of how their partner feels, they can have their carefree lifestyle and since its their life, they don't give a damn about what people says behind them. As these girls gradually approach their 30s their loneliness becomes more visible...it becomes obvious that they can't cling to a man for more than one week. Then they begin to lament that men don't seem to be around when they decide it is time to settle down. They become more desperate and begin to yell at men to 'man up' and stop shying away from commitment...but the raw truth is that they're only reaping the fruit they sowed during their blossom years. A wise and decent girl would stick to her man irrespective of his status...but a foolish girl would date a guys looks and pocket, and while she's doing so another would steal his heart and make her yesterday's news...so its up to them to make that decision. Do you sincerely want to love a guy, or do want to keep on chasing money, looks and swags? |
That's why mothers need to be vigilant...you musn't let your guard down on your female child...this world is a wicked world. |
