This is an interesting read. Also I whole heartedly adopt his submissions. These are real solutions to some of the problems we have in the country. Rotational presidency between 6 Zones and that INEC needs to prove the Validity of results submitted not the candidate, because INEC is the umpire to determine who is qualified based on results submitted before now. Also I agree for a 6 years single term. Because this will allow who ever is the President settle down in 1 year and work 5 years for the people. The other 2 years that would have made it 8 years, is used to play politics anyways. So within 6 years you can plan your Presidency and leave a legacy for the people Nigeria really Dey Jaga Jaga the more everyday. This is so saddened to see |
She deserves it. She has sold a lot of records. One of the highest selling music artist in this millennium |
And yet they want the Nigerian masses to cut back on everything they get as a citizen. If they cannot cut back on the type and cost of cars they drive, why should the Nigerian masses not demand subsidies to remain and fuel sell at N189 naira? After all the masses don’t have enough money, they have to pay for school fee and use the same bad road he is complaining about to travel about. They are not the only ones that can come up with excuses on not cutting back. The Nigerian masses can also come up with excuses on demanding that subsidies remain. However, I pity the average Nigerian because they are not yet ready to make this so called leaders accountable. That is why they can come and say all these rubbish and get away with it. |
4KNGOATS:No problem. I will have a sit down with him and thoroughly discuss this. |
My flatmate for about a year now constantly boils eggs almost every day, and doesn’t end up eating it. I have joked about this being some sort of ritual and we both laugh about it. Now it is getting me worried because this guy doesn’t eat them. Throws it away and boils another new one the next day without eating it also. Is this normal or is it something that is some sort of ritual?? |
politicoNG:If the vehicle will remain with the Natiinal assembly after their tenure, why not use the ones left by the 9th assembly?? Why purchase a new one? Nigeria is just not ready. That “bigmanism” is going to kill that country |
While I think it is a good step for the country to avoid a shutdown through the strike action, I however think the government is yet to take its citizens and work force seriously. How do the elected officials earn so much yet those in the service earn peanuts |
It is bad for civil servants to come late to work. However, it is because most of them have businesses they have to attend to first before coming to work, and some of them live very far, as far as into Nassarawa state. They cannot afford the high rents of Abuja. The hold up on that road leading into Abuja from Nassarawa is usually crazy. Why not increase their salaries to a living wage and see if they will be late |
How many times have you as a government violated court injunctions You only want people to obey court injunctions when it suits you. Craziness at the top |
You increased cost of clearing! It’s not just the exchange rate that was the problem. Cost of clearing increased without notice. Why didn’t you talk about that? |
For equity, Edo Central deserves to be next governor. Not only Edo North and South that exists in the state |
We should try to send as much as we can to help those back home. Friends and family. Not just family members alone but also friends because a lot of Nigerians are having a hard time this period. |
Nigeria na film trick |
There’s no balance in the civil service. A CBN worker in a month earns what a Person in the ministry earns in 10 months. Under the same employ of the government. What is the justification?? |
FitCorper:Let’s try to see things beyond partisan politics. Is this judgment a win for Nigerians in that Region. If yes, then it’s a very good one. If no that the people voted contrary, then it is a very sad one. We should see things more in this light. Everything shouldn’t be about APC/PDP/LP |
For me, the President shouldn’t have the sole authority to appoint the INEC Chairman and all the electoral officer and returning officers. It should be done by open votes of the Senators the House of Representatives and all the state Assembly. Votes! Not let the aye have it. |
Needed |
Ddeliverer007:People who don’t understand what is happening here are laughing. This is the Nigerian judiciary on trial. They think it’s just about Atiku and the PDP. It’s not, it’s about us as a people and how the international community views us generally as Nigerians. |
Things like these make me angry at our leaders not doing well. If Nigerian leaders were doing so well and growing our economy, making Nigeria a force to be reckoned with in the world, there will be some respect on how its citizens are treated abroad. We need good leadership at every sphere of our government. This is not just about the presidency. It also involves the governors, senators, house of assembly members and more. If the so called “leaders” don’t treat its citizens right, how do you expect other nations to do the same. Charity begins at home. |
ObidenceNeckpre:Because my time is precious and expensive, I think this will be the last time I will school you. You need to break away from this shackles of irresponsibility and rascality you are known for displaying online. Learn to respect those who are FAR better than you in every sphere of life. Have a good life. Bye!!! |
ObidenceNeckpre:Your senselessness is very glaring for the world to see. I don’t blame you, you’re obviously possessed by the cheap wine you’ve drank, and now your reasoning is devoid of anything intelligent. The Tinubu effect has surely eaten so deep into your medulla. I didn’t think it will be this fast anyways. Plus for your information not every one Abroad is “carrying shit” like all your family members abroad. Some of us are really doing well for ourselves and making our country proud in our chosen field. If you want more, I am ready! |
ObidenceNeckpre:For your information, I am only weeping for my friends and family who are in Nigeria at the moment. The suffering the people are currently facing and people like you who can’t see beyond their noses. |
Nigeria is gone. Next elections are going to be violent knowing that the judiciary doesn’t work for the people |
We should be working hard to make the country a better place. Some people are just planning to rip the citizens off. Why not improve output and earn as more citizens are metered. |
You go to court to get a judgement! This isn’t how things are done! Why are we going back to Stone Age. Where the powerful oppress those who have lesser abilities! |
Going forward this is a welcomed development. I hope they get to have something positive out of this. |
I blame the Labour NLC leadership. The cost of everything had even increased 100% before this increase in fuel price. If they just want to increase minimum wage to 40,000 while the rest suffer in anguish, they have lost their mind. The salaries of every employee is suppose to be doubled! Even more than double… |
beautifulsoul12:When things were okay, you didn’t want to run o. Now he has lost his job and things are not so well you want to run. You both are to depend on each other. There’s no written rule that the man must provide everything. You both should work hand in hand and work things out…..what if it was him that wanted to leave you because you lost your job and don’t contribute to the family?? How will you feel? |
Na this show them go take deceive Young Nigerians not to follow the tribunal again, then extend this suffering. |
Lutherblaq:The irony of Nigerian politics. If we don’t lose our voices collectively when things are going good for everyone and find it when things are deteriorating, then we will never get it right as a nation |
Nigerians are not ready to take their country. These people knows this so they say what they like to make sure they undermine everything that brings happiness to the common man and put him in check! |
Nigerians are not ready yet to break free from the shackles of their Chain. This is a crazy thing. 200 billion for something not conducted?? Until we’re all ready. There’s no remedy for Nigeria. Plus we have to be ready as Nigerians, not Igbo or Yoruba or Hausa because these guys are not eating Igbo, or Yoruba or Hausa’s money. They are eating Nigerians money keeping us in hunger and suffering. |
You only want people to obey court injunctions when it suits you. Craziness at the top
