Insensitive government. This is the worst government Nigeria has ever gotten. I hope it doesn't gets worse than this in the future

Too bad there is no other party strong enough to contend against apc and pdp, multi-party system indeed

There can never be as most people in those other parties have no structure or funding. If we truly want a third force, all those small parties will have to merge to form a third alternative. Three party system.

Very sad. Why can't you just work and earn good money? People are in Nigeria seeking opportunity to just travel to earn dollars from the work they engage in. Fraud is a no no. The youth needs to slow down.

Is it apple's fault, they're being killed?

Wth

It is not apple's fault they are been killed, but knowing people are been killed because of using your product is enough reason for them to issue a statement condemning the actions of the police. Those who have come in solidarity with Nigerians, it wasn't their fault Nigerians are been killed too.

Nice. Apple shouldn't just sit on the fence on this ENDSARS matter. If only they know the number of Nigerians who have lost their lives because they just own Iphones, they would have released a statement by now.

You see why restructuring is good? Let every region do on to do what is best for them. Here in the south we say #ENDSARS If it is good for the Northern Zones, then they should take all of them there!

These labour leaders are useless. They have eaten so much that they have lost their senses. What happens after the 3 months? Will the take home pay of workers be enough to pay for the increase in fuel and electricity? Will the N30,000 minimum wage be enough for a man with family to feed his family, pay the electricity bills and pay for the new fuel tariff? This country is sinking deeper and deeper everyday!

What did he do with the huge pay? No investments? I think the accountability lies with him here, not necessarily the company. I also find it strange such a company does not have a pension scheme.

According to him, he built a "big house" which was big then, but not long after the company sold off it's assets here in Nigeria and relocated back to Italy.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: State Civil Service Job Or Multinational Company Job? Which One Is Advisable? by Creamz(m): 1:00pm On Sep 24, 2020
I had the same option some time ago and I chose the state job. One of my old uncle had the same option while he was young. Took the construction company from Italy with huge pay, left the civil service, today he has no pension and he is almost struggling and would be totally broke if not for the children!

Politics / Re: Akeredolu Purchases N1.2 Billion Cars For Ondo Lawmakers, PDP Blasts Him by Creamz(m): 4:44pm On Sep 07, 2020
When those in government are spending stupendously like this and they have the nerves to increase electricity fee and fuel prices so that the " ordinary man" can suffer the more. It goes a long way to show that Nigeria is only made for some selected few. Nigerians are not ready to make progress because we are a docile people. Our leaders knows this and they will continue pushing us to the wall until we break the wall because we are not reactive.

Am not against d emergence of a visionary leader as u are hoping for. I also agree with u that religious & ethnic myopism is a grave issue in d country. But all in all, u will see that religion & ethnicity and d greed of d "big political parties" are just a distraction & d symptoms of a much larger & complex problem. D problem is that d average Nigerian is politically ignorant (but thinks that he knows), docile& selfish. Let me give u an instance.

Edo state governorship elections are upon us. We can see people trooping to campaign grounds and cramping themselves like sardines. If these same people are called out for protest against d govt, would they come out? Can Nigerians demand for better governance? Can Nigerians demand for their rights? How then will they be able to identify a visionary leader?

I totally agree with you. The problems of Nigeria are multifaceted. I heard someone say, if you push Nigerians to the wall, instead of them to react, they will break the wall for you to continue pushing them. Not until that national consciousness is there for most Nigerians to know that we hired these people and can fire them, the status quo will never change.

So were is d visionary leader going to come& when is he going to emerge?

We have lots of visionary leaders in every zone of the country, but the major political parties wouldn't give them the platform because they despise those who wants to make the country better. The people of Nigeria are themselves not ready to let go of enthicity and religious sentiments to back someone who is visionary irrespective of his/her religion and enthicity. We cannot move this country forward without letting go of things.

Why are you so confused- asking government to build refineries while simultaneously asking that the existing ones be privatised? You better clear up your head and say what you want clearly- government ownership or privately owned?

Jonathan licenced Dangote to build the refinery in Lagos.
Obasanjo sold the refineries, but Barawo Bubu's fellow incompetent man from Katsina reversed the sales.

What i meant is a two prong approach. Either they build more and manage the ones the country have to optimum capacity or sell off the ones we currently have
