There are two roads leading to Otuoke, Bayelsa State. The first one is from Edepie Junction - Imiringi - Emeyal - Otuoke. The second one is from Azikoro - Agbura - Onuegbum - Otuoke. Both roads have existed for at least 15 years. As at last week, the road being built by Buhari to Otuoke adjacent to the Bayelsa Palms had only 1km of sandfilling executed. The car likely has earthing problems. Check the earth cables for rust or other contamination where the earth cables connect to the chassis of the car, preventing a closed circuit. Even if the alternator is working, an earthing problem will prevent a closed electric circuit.
