Felicity001: We have treated the issue with tint glass here not quite long ago.
The NPF through the IGP has illegalised thereby ban tinted permit for all vehicles till further notice. Understand the words in bold pls.
That is to say no more issuance of tinted permit to enable the installation of the artificial glass base dark nylon which makes the glass darken for easy eye sight for people outside to see inside of the car. However, should a car come with a tinted glass which is usually common with SUVs and some saloon cars mostly back glasses you've until 14days after clearance/registration of the car to get a tint permit to cover for just the factory tinted glasses.
Note that this permit does not warrant you to install the dark base nylon in the front glass as this was the main reason for the ban. Also this permit does not require a doctor's report as the case maybe for old tint or before rhe ban tint.
This recent ban was signed some time early 2021, March or June not too sure, therefore, those that already have a permit before this ban are not required to take off the artificial tint or dark nylon installed on their glasses.
So, should you have a fake tint do yourself some good, go take it off!
Should your car has a factory tint and you don't have a tint permit that covers it? Go get one by doing a capturing, its absolutely free!!! Yes you heaed me right. It's free! And can be gotten at the police command some where around Area F, Ikeja. dem no dey help person do am oooh na u go go do capturing by yourself. Just like drivers license.
How Do I Know My Permit Is Fake.
! The last i checked they don't even issue out to factory fitted cars for now. A vio officer called someone in obalende on my behalf, the lady stated that for now no issuance of tinted permit is on going at the moment except issuance of a certain certificate in lieu of the permit. |

Indriver: broke ass people's app
Uber: old people's app.
You can't be young and be using uber... Young people are not known to be patient. Indriver riders aren't broke ass. Carried a lady from one estate in Ikeja close to alausa secretariat, trip was 1025. She made some very quick stops...in all trip didn't even take 30mins...lady transfered 5k. Indriver is bae if you know how to use it. Although Indriver isn't in the league of uber wey dey knack rider 61k, for a moment I thought it was spacex uber version. |

Ibukun93: Good morning bosses, I need your advice. I started this hustle a month ago, and just this morning, I got a job of 170k at vi, I I stay at dopemu.
I'm thinking of doing the job then do uber Saturday/sunday.
But my issue is how to paying rent within the first one month of starting the job at the same time I dont want to lose this car I'm working.
Please I need your advice This is my take: Take the job and drop the car. If the job has job security then work for 6months and look for a bank that can give you a loan which you'll pay a certain amount monthly from your salary. Look for a good Nigerian used car and do your hustle with peace of mind. |

And a/c compressor that are bought in the spare part market have less than a week guarantee .... And most will last few weeks and u end up buying another again...... And this is why u see alot of manual conversions.. Which is not good for the engine of the car ... We discuss this in the past
We at dru23 will be importing our own hence fourth from now on .... How much for the freon? |

Btw, who witnessed the accident @ Freedom way traffic light btw two Coro boys and one tipper? Damn! Those guy feel they're invisible sometimes..smh I think with a 2.4cyl engine you'll be fine, especially if the car is yours. Comfortably you can achieve 9k net daily. |

Barbiturate: Please what do you mean by the bolded? How does indriver work? A lot of haggling goes on on Indriver between drivers and a lot of the time a rider will choose to ride with you if your price range is within what they can afford. How Indriver works is quite simple. A rider requests a ride at a fixed price, now you can choose to go on that request for the riders price or for a price more than what the rider is offering but which will be determined by the app. So by cherry picking I mean I only go for ride requests that are 2k and above, but that is not to say I don't take rides less than 2k. |

accept my sincere condolence. remember sometime back i mentioned here that i drove the length and breadth of lagos takimg my dad from one hospital to the other? well, he didnt make it. he died on the 28th of last month and has since been buried. take solace in the fact that she's in a better place. would have called life a bitch, but hey, what do i know! pope191: Lol, no one is asking u to change, let's just keep eyes on the goal without preaching hostility. I see folks here addressing another with disdain and to me it 's feel like, what's the difference btw the I have arrived drivers and the riders, like our ego is our only disease without a cure or what?
Yep u didn't mention me, but the essence of message is always to encode to decode and here is a public forum *smile*. Chucmoore is a good example that motivation can b pass without insults, but like u say, it's ur personality and good or bad is not really in my place to say.
Anyway: lost my mom this morning, kind of seeing the world from a whole new angle. Tempted to go drive, just to distract myself since I live alone, I don't even know what to do. So my nigga, it's really all peace from here. |

Why not reduce your headache and follow suite with the current car moove is using. However, if you're driving your car yourself, I believe you can survive the business with any car even if its a 2.4cyl with moderately priced and available parts. Felicity001: CC: Dmechy Radautoworks GAZZUZZ (This bros self no matter how much you call him doesn't seems to respond... So make I erase him name ) Blackbishop Izzuo Pearl1910 Pope191 Kanuisagoat Driverprenuer Tojah XGhost Gentle50 Others with useful and handy information and experience
Looking at the auto section one can't imagine the outrageous cost of buying a foreign used car.
Presently, cost of Corolla 03/07 is btw 2.2m-2.7/2.8m Cost if Honda civic 03/07 is btw 1.8m-2.4/2.5m Camry 03/05 is btw 1.8m-2.4m newer years are more expensive.
As an entrepreneur one has to be innovative, conservative, have a good managerial skills with a lot of critical reasoning.
The purpose of every business is to first satisfy cuatomers, to make and maximize profit but with the high cost of foreign vehicles and maintenance cost recently how can investor achieve that?
In the past 24hrs I've read threads on different platforms to see how Owner Partners complain of the lack of profit due to high cost of the popular brands (Corolla, civic, camry etc) couple with high maintenance/repair cost. What are the way out? how do owners reduce running cost? which other vehicle alternate/type should be considered competitive enough to match the standard or even beat that of the popular brands as listed above with lesser purchasing amount, equal or moderately fuel consumption, durability, ruggedness and most importantly meet customers satisfaction. Even if the resale value is not appreciable but at least the business purpose can easily be meet in at least 12months.
Lets use the following car brands as an alternative for this discussion stating the year and type.
1) Mercedes Benz 2) Mazda 3) Mitsubishi 4) Opel 6) Volvo 7) Nissan
Peaguot 9) Honda CRV
From my little research a foreign used of the above listed car brands is btw 1.2m-1.7m. Like we all know these where the prices of the popular brand - Corolla few years ago with profit being made at a lower rate, so now if one can change the narrative and be lucky to get a brand that will compete or compare with either the corolla or civic then it will be safe to invest again into the uber business.
Please your take on this issue is greatly needed and will be appreciated.
Thanks as you keep it coming.
