In 2027, if he does not reclaim his mandate now, you will have Peter obi to confront with.

And it is certain that he will be the strongest and most formidable politician in southern Nigeria by then.

In the meantime, you can keep dreaming scenarios that are not based on reality.

The cases are not different at all. INEC is joined as a respondent along with APC and Tinubu. It's one suit which concerns all the parties at the same time. INEC is not defending Tinubu - in fact, it's the other way round because INEC conducted the election and declared Tinubu the winner, so if you want to contest that, you are directly entering an adversarial process with INEC by saying they have done the wrong thing.

INEC is only, therefore defending themselves. If they were doing anything out of place, the Court would not entertain it, and if it did, then Obi's lawyers know what to do.

Obi is simply, as he always does, playing to the emotions of his support base.

I think we know the candidate that plays to emotions with Yoruba lo kan ethnic chants and Yoruba ronu nonsense.

I repeat, the cases for inec and tinubu are different.

Tinubu is being sued on a number of factors including his eligibility to run for office according to the constitution as a result of his past dealings.

That has little to do with inec. It's not the job of inec to screen candidates.
That is the job of the dss.

Though shettima is being sued for double candidacy, which I guess draws inec into the same boat.

But mostly, Inec is being sued for their failure to transmit results electronically right from the polling unit and many other irregularities.

It should defend itself and let tinubu defend himself.
