The resumption date is October. It's not an actual admission because they'll need you to send the verifed and legalised document after applying. They'll notify you of documents you need to legalise and send over to them, that's after you've written the entrance exams for bachelor's degree.

I don't know about master's degree though.

WES is the most reliable evaluation body but just be ready to go to your school for follow up once WES receive your documents.
