flow1759: Foxy pls do me a favour, can you suggest it to Cuddlemii. Am finding it difficult. Pls do it for me. Just like Damex has suggested "barack boy". @DAMEX, Thanks
I had recommended it in the past.

And, I just recommended it again.

I am sure it would be on frontpage soon, considering that it's a unique write-up.

Thanks

jackbauersballs: I don't know really....

My 1st ever poem was written hurriedly on my iphone and uploaded here only a few days ago...

I suppose I should try other stuff...
Yeah, you could!

Stick to the genre that makes you happy(.i.e. passion and fun)

Keep up the good work!

jackbauersballs: This was actually very uncomfortable to write especially cos I adore my parents who are very alive.

I just try to capture images in words by writing stuff you can see in your head...,

If that makes sense
Ok, fair enough.

Disturbia comes to mind, lol!

I have seen 3 or 4 of your poems and I am just curious.

Do you write any other genre(s) apart from poetry?
CelebritiesRe: Nollywood Actor Justus Esiri Is Dead by Cuddlemii: 5:16am On Feb 20, 2013
OMG Justice Esiri. Rest in peace sir.

Just last week, 2 other actors were reported dead.

Chuksgeo: please can can someone me where I can download books like'The Wealth of Nations'by Adam Smith
With the aid of Google, I found a copy & downloaded it.
The file is obviously too large to upload, so here is the link http://political-economy.com/wealth-of-nations-adam-smith/
I have also taken a screenshot of the webpage and circled the button or field you need to click on.
Alternatively, I can email a copy to you
I hope this helps!

I must confess - you make bold statements!

You always leave an impression!

How do you do it?
PoliticsRe: Pictures From Scene Of Explosion Under Festac Bridge In Lagos by Cuddlemii:
bookface: See everyone standing there watching the dude writhe in pains. No paramedics at the scene, no first-responders, Police are nowhere to be seen, not even a damn community healthcare worker is out there attending to the wounded.

Only amebos, and gbeboruns, who will rather stand there and take pictures (for Nairaland threads), then they come here and say "God Help us oooo". Why can't humans help themselves first?
I was just thinking the same thing
It's only in Nigeria - an injured victim would be under interrogation by amebos, agberos and wanderers.
Should that be the priority? What if his situation gets worse. Some people are just stupid.
I blame the guy for answering, he must have enough energy to burn.

Btw, what has Nairaland got to do with it? The pics were supplied from a blog.
The source could have been from anywhere and by anyone.

I don't think she hid the fact that she was once married to a white man.
She schooled in the UK and the marriage is an old one.
Can't you see the date and all?
I think she had separated from the guy a long time ago.
Where do you think she got her wealth from?
She was extremely rich before she started singing or before she released Komole(her first single)
In fact, before she hooked up with Kennis music, she funded all her music stuffs with OJB.
I think singing was just for fame; a past time.

amberacious: Why has none of my poems made the frontpage? I think i write good poems situable for frontpage or whatelse is the criterium for an article to be on the front page?
Gradually, all good poems would get there.

Its part of the awareness process.

We barely begun this journey a week ago, give it time.

Keep up the good work!
...Continued from series 1 & 2 posted some days earlier.

Hnm, hnm, hnm, hnm, I have not finished bearing your demise: look at what your children has just done! They have just given me a bitter pill that I cannot chew nor swallow alone! No mother can bear this, Derrick. Which mother on this earth can bear this consuming and better-wished-or-dreamed misfortune? No good mother! No good mother at all!

This is a bombshell! The sacred dish has been broken; and the sacred viper is now let loose. Who will bail me out of this debacle? Who will bail me? Derrick, my Derrick! Trouble has put on mini-skirt. Derrick I am finished.

It is better I joined you and leave these children alone to rot in this shame all the rest of their cursed lives! Yes, it is better I joined you! Yes, it would be an easy payment of the debt of nature; just fifty tablets of Paracetamol, or one small bottle of KILL IT ALL, and I wouldn’t even know that I have kicked the bucket, and lo, I would be beside you again to continue in the savory of the glory of our intimate live whose introduction we only tasted before those boys wey thunder go fire their head and nyansh just came to spoil it all.

...To be continued
Oh, there was a first and second?
Why don't you compile all the short series into a thread.
Creating a thread for every short post or update seems disorganized and stressful.
It means if the series are up to 20, then we have to go through 20 threads? Ha!
People will loose interest traveling back and forth just to read short posts.
Please, look at other stories on this section and observe them.
Thanks.
EducationRe: OAU Rated As Best University In Nigeria by Cuddlemii: 11:51am On Feb 12, 2013
Cuddlemii: OAU is top notch.
You can hardly find an OAU graduate that does not stand out.
Brains, Intellect, linguistics & fantastic English skillz.
Plus their men are always fine, clean, cool, calm & collected.
This was my comment then and I still maintain the opinion.
Up OAU, you are forever Special! Keep it up! smiley
