forgiveness is key. Its likely the affair didn't continue after marriage, as such, I will encourage you to try to forgive her.

Two wrongs doesn't make a right. Cheating on her won't make things better and if you must cheat (which I'm not encouraging you) it shouldn't be with her friend.

I wouldn't describe my self as the complete reticent type.....because I talk with few friends and course mates at sch. I just don't go out or have friends at home....If I'm not indoor, then I'm at my mum's shop.

you need more than talking with few friends. you need friends you can easily make noise and talk loud, expressing yourself around them.

you also need platform that gives you opportunity to talk in public, that is why I suggested one. if you know other good ones, you can join them.

get involved with a good social group like rotaract. be active, take elective position if possible. Mingle more with people, talk more, hang around with good friends that you're very comfortable with and you tend to talk more when you're with them. gradually, you will change.

I use to be very quiet (though not low self esteem), some people said I'm snubbish, others said I'm proud. Now....

you should try other betting site that do cut-1. if 1 game cut, they won't pay full amount but you'll definitely get something.
