Jobs/VacanciesRe: As A Hr/recruiter Share Your Candidate Funny Experience by culf: 2:51pm On Mar 27, 2023
brain54:
I once employed an employee…

With similar character. The dude ended up interviewing us the interviewers (I and my manager)

He got the job ( manager convinced me to employ him. I didn’t want wahala ) and we needed someone urgently at the time.

But funny thing is dude went on to be one of the best staffs we ever had.

Great guy Ralph… even though his over sabi might have cost him getting the job initially!
waooo, Hmm. Some over do it, some under do it (if they is anything like that).
I think when I become an employer I might not be doing all these interview (if possible), come and work for some time, if you deliver, carry go.

Stop talking rubbish, can you stand ordinary crisis talk more of war? Stop saying things that can cause disunity.

Whatever is the final decision of the court, everybody will abide by it and Nigeria will move forward peacefully, simple.

PoliticsPlease I Have A Question... by culf(op): 2:07am On Mar 21, 2023
I have been following discussions online and I'm wondering, with all these hateful words, anger, tribalism and so on... what then happen if court fault the election (or it's process) and either nullify or declare another person the winner...

We need to chill, we still have a long way to go, our leaders have achieved their aim and with what is going on I know they will only do worse, without accountability because we are not united and can't hold them accountable. Who then loses?

All this tribal war and sentiment is not needed. I once met an Igbo lady working in a Yoruba state owned establishment, employed by a Yoruba man and vice versa, now between that person and your tribal person, who should be your right hand person. All this tribal sentiment don't really makes sense, it should be who will do better, who will bring more benefit to us.

I feel pained seeing all that our youths are saying and problem they are causing for us. If this fire is not quench now, it may burn more deeply than we could ever think. Already, friendships, relationships and bonds are being broken...

May God help us.

Just like a mistery, the people have reinstated the continuation of bad governance but good luck to you all.
fasten your seat belt and get ready to continue your trip to the next four years of hardship because you cant expect less from APC.
APC is the only government that will only promise $1 to N1 but you got $1 to #800.
NigeriaAir but you will never see none of that
Job that equivalent to unemployment
add yours
point of correction, Nigerians didn't reinstate them, they rigged and reinstated themselves, that's why there is so much distrust in the govt today more than ever before.

Its unfortunate we couldn't resist them because they brought up sentiments and a lot of people accepted it....
PoliticsRe: 2023 Election: Can Nigeria Unity Still Be Sustained by culf: 1:27am On Mar 21, 2023
Its only by God's grace, our leaders have so much divided us and we allowed them. Nigerians have lost so much faith in our leaders.
PoliticsRe: My Views On The 2023 Elections by culf: 12:36am On Mar 21, 2023
xenten:
Even when say Obi does not have structure, we are not saying that people do not want him. People want others too. The only one to win is the person who can harness these eager people through visible local leadership. LPs achievement in this election cannot be overlooked. But it must be organised and widespread.
Even without structure I still believe he won. People are the structure and he have people. Buhari with his level of popularity and love especially in the north does not command the widespread love people showed this man.
For the record, the structureless Man won but the powers that be took it by force. PDP with its structure does not have the love Nigerians gave this man. I'm saying this because I was opportune to talk to people especially northerners that took his matter very personal.
I believe he have a good case at hand...

Our problem is not about structure but institutions that don't work, impunity and corruption. Structure or no structure, what some Inec staff and some personnel did in the last election shows that Nigeria still have a long way to go. Today, I can bet you that over 90% ordinary Nigerians don't believe nor trust or have faith in Inec again, myself inclusive, part of it is the low turnout in the last election and Nigerians tearing their passports. Its too obvious, see what happened in nasarawa state and even kaduna, oh God. God will judge our leaders...
PoliticsRe: My Lessons From 2023 Elections by culf: 12:03am On Mar 21, 2023
Abagworo:
1) The most detribalized and realistic Nigerians are the people of Edo State. They always stand with the truth without fear of favour.

2) There will never be a free and fair election in Nigeria where the winner of an election will reflect the true desire of the masses. It will always be about negotiation, intrigues and manipulation.

3) Nigerians will never truly love themselves and see beyond tribe and Religion especially the Yorubas of Southwest.

4) The Yorubas from other Southwestern States see Lagos as a cash cow and will do anything to prevent the real Lagos indigenes from controling the politics of their State. The so called "No Man's land" saga was a smokescreen to prevent natives from getting power and insisting that the Governors henceforth will be natives as done in every other States besides Lagos. That's why Ambode was stopped from getting a 2nd tenure and replaced with Sanwo Olu from Ogun.

5) Going out to vote in Nigeria is a total waste of time since your votes will never count.
I disagree with number 1 and 2.

but I trust God, things will change in Nigeria, it may not be with these set of evil men but God will always be God.
PoliticsRe: My Views On The 2023 Elections by culf: 11:40pm On Mar 20, 2023
Thank God you said your view. As one who have being following this election keenly, saying Obi has no structure or did not win is a big lie. Saying he does not have nation wide popularity is another lie.
I was shocked to see non Igbo's, northerners working for obi with passion. I, for one never knew that an easterner will command this much popularity and love this soon going by what was happening in the country.
Till now, I have try not to comment on election matters but this your assertions are mostly not true, that your candidate or principal was able to rig his way in doesn't make him the people's choice. Only very very few people declared winners truly won their elections.

The recent gubernatorial election shows how unfortunate the whole process was, it was shameful really, from nasarawa to rivers, from Lagos to ABIA, etc, its a disgrace really. Some of us may have respect for some of these men but this is shameful.

I'm happy some things may have changed, our politicians are exposing their divisive and dubious self more now. I pray God turn things around but certainly not with this set of rulers.

Let's wait and see...
