the worst part of the whole thing is that the little miss poster hasn't even shown face to explain or respond to replies.

I've come to the conclussion that some either come to nairaland and take us for fools, or think this is some kindergaten where the people have nothing else to do than speculate and conclude *sighs*

why else will someone put up a semi-story (a story that lacks details, that it looses its storiness lol) and dissappear, and then leave us here to be making assumptions and wasting our typing-energy,

when she could just come and tell us the exact happenings, get the advice she needs and everybody is happy

My boyfriend is presently lodging in a hotel with another girl (who is one of his many admirers), though it was not his intentions to do so. so lets take it from the beginning: like many before me have asked, why is he in the hotel with this lady? are they on a business trip? are they lodged into the same room? is his job the one that requires hotel-lodging and sruff? how long have you guys dated? what character has he portrayed in the time you've been together? how far is this hotel from where you are?

before someone can help you out of a situation, you must let the person into the situation in and out, after that then we an talk dear

you don't want some wrong advice, and how can we not give you just that when we only know half of the story??

Now i can't actually say one of them was at fault, because obviously they come from different worlds, and it would take the extraordinary to make "them" work.

Something your friend should know in case of next time is this, even while in a distant relationship, you can still make your partner feel as if you're there with them the whole time. Maybe that was what the girl was asking for, and though it might not have been his intention to hurt her, he couldn't read in between the lines. Its not his fault, because not everybody has that "thing" which it takes to make it work.

The girl might have loved him too, and some would say "why didnt she now remain in the relaionship out of love?", but love is actually not all it takes, when partners are thouands of miles apart, then they have to come up with something, solutions and devices to make up for the distance
Despite the distance, don't allow your partner to feel neglected and ignored. Being frustrated in a relationship is the worst that could happen to someone, and not having the other to pull you through, is even worse
