RomanceRe: Shattered But Strong However What Would You Do? by cuteass1(f): 6:10pm On Jun 07, 2007
@ kratos

My dear, it pains my heart to hear read what you're going through . .yea, shit does happen but atimes its to our own benefits  - - -even though we don't see it that way at the time, when we're in a better place in future, we'll look back at it and see it as "one of those things" you pass through to reach a better height.

If you want to talk to her, fine but i don't think you guys have the trust and compartibilty to make it work. It was good undecided while it lasted, but hun "that" just broke the camel's back sad

When you love or even care for someone, you'll say no rude evil about them no matter where you are, whether its your real name or just a cover-name, its of no consequence - - your feelings don't just change, to lead you to the extent of talking down of someone you "supposedly" love . . geez, i'm still baffled!! angry

If she had the heart to say all "that", hmmm . . if half of what she said is what you can relate to, then why would we not believe the restb unpleasant ones?? I'm all for love, but i don't advice people to bury their heads in the sand, all in the name, esp. when your partner isn't living up to it sad

@ bebe2007

I admire your responses, and i would have been coming from the same direction if the poster's thread suggested what you're saying. I understaand she's said a lot to condemn him and his way of things in their relationship?? undecided
I understand what you mean by being free Cos of the anonymousity, but dearie i'm sure you wouldn't talk in a careless manner about the guy you love, all in the names of "jokes" and "nairaland".
I've said things too, but if you really love someone, and love what they stand for, you wouldn't have the heart to diss them. If she can't come clean to him, bearing some contrary thoughts in her mind, what good would it do for them??

Afterall like things seem, her bringing it to nairaland hasn't made their sotuation better, or give her the courage to stand up to her guy and point out his faults . . with the way they're going, the more she bears the rage in her, the more she hates him and wishes she had something else.
I go weak when its "love" talks, but i wouldn't forget to be realistic too!!

RomanceRe: How Do You Make A Woman Fall In Love Wit You. by cuteass1(f): 9:47am On Jun 07, 2007
The truth?? Every girl is different and might fall for different things but the most important thing though is that she falls for "you", i mean the real you,  not the pretending one

You can't pretend forever, can you? so better she falls for the one person you best at being wink

Continue taking it easy and slow, maybe she has her reserves, has been heart broken before and wants to take her time, isn't ready to love someone yet, isnt cut out for a relationship, wants to know what stuff you're made of . . all these and 1001 more reasons could be her case undecided

But at the end of the day, the end justifies the means. You can't force someone to love you, just show them all you're about, if there's any chance of both of you being together, believe me sooner or later, fate will bring you together wink

Don't force to make it happen, it just doesn't feel the same when the lights are turned off!!

I dont think you should make her feel unimportant, because she isn't - - she is important to you, make her see that cheesy

FamilyRe: Abortion: Who Commited The Crime/sinned? by cuteass1(f): 10:40pm On Jun 06, 2007
When you lead someone else to sin, you equally committed the sin.

Both are to blame wink And remember no sin is greater or less than the other, all sins are considered equal in the eyes of God, and even though its the girl, lying on the operation bed, and its her the issue in her womb being aborted, the boyfriend is just as guilty, wink
RomanceRe: Is It Proper For Me To Kneel Down And Beg My Girl B4 She Reconsider Me? by cuteass1(f): 10:29pm On Jun 06, 2007
@ jamzy 1

Dear, i adore you so so much, for the ability of pushing your pride aside to show your girl she's worth all your time (my signature says it all) wink Ver few men will be so humble, kudos pally!! cheesy

Regards your question, if what you did, really did require the action, there's nothing wrong with it. It would make her fall in love with you all over again, for the exercision of humility, some guys will rather have hell freeze over

If she's worth it, then she'd do nothing short of appreciating you, and believe me, looking down on you wouldn't be an option. In a relationship, there should be times of compromisis, not minding to go over the edge just to show your "love" they mean so much to you wink Please keep it up oo (wish all guys understood the word "relationship" to this level angry )

It shouldnt matter who it is doing the job, thats why you're in love. If her behaviour indicates the opposite, then she wasnt worth the treat afterall sad

my boyfriend once knelt down to ask for forgiveness on an occassion, i tell you this, my heart sank in love smiley

HealthRe: What Could Be Wrong With Me? by cuteass1(f): 9:57pm On Jun 06, 2007
@ amaikama

Dearie, have you always been like that, or it just suddenly started??

Either way, i think you should visit a doctor, it sounds like you have some system imbalances, but you still need a professional with the right experience and maybe a test or two to tell you what and how your own case could be bettered.

I'm not sure its anything serious, but it couldnt be comfortable having all those strange and weired upsets, do go to a hospial, or you can try a training sports cordinator, for a potensial food list and work-out routines to lessen the "easily getting tired" situations wink Talk to God too, he's the greatest healer!!

I wish you the best hun!!
HealthRe: Should Smoking Cigarette In Public Be Banned? by cuteass1(f): 11:15pm On Jun 05, 2007
Hmmm funny, smoking has been banned in all public places here in Norway , . No more smoking in bars, at clubs, in diners/restraunts, at work, in schools. offices . . name them

Before, there were diners with half the building for smokers and half for non-smokers. But for sake of "being social", people who are non smokers, will always join suit with the smokers. But now you have to walk outside whatever building you are in to smoke
I guess they banned it for different reasons:

1) For the non-smokers to stop inhailing it
Tests show that the smoke inhaled from someone else's carondioxide is twice or even thrice more dangerous that the one inhaled in by the smoker from the cigarette.

2) I guess to lessen the number of smokers (cigarettes and tobacco is one of the most expensive things here, yet its one of the most sold goods) I don't actually think they succeeded, they've not actually achieved this goal. The people don't mind the suffer, as long as they inhale some grin

3) And most important - the main reason behind the law

The workers and employees in these public places - at least your family member joining your table, had a say in it . . they could choose either to sit or not not to talk of the fact that they only inhale a few, but these workers are subdued against their will to inhale that of each smoker that enters the building sad

This one have been achieved thankGod, so the poor souls have control over their own health wink
PoliticsRe: Why Banned The Old Currency by cuteass1(f): 12:54pm On Jun 05, 2007
Thats just absurd . . why Nigeria will always be Nigeria grin

Are they banned from the banks too?? If thats so, then they're not thinking straight.

What do they expect peeps with the former notes to do??

Here in Norway, you can buy things with it, and if youwant a newer one, you could always walk to the bank and declare your request. And yes they'll grant it with a smile cheesy

RomanceRe: Do You Believe In A Lifelong Happy Marriage Between A Nigerian And An American? by cuteass1(f): 11:38am On Jun 04, 2007
Yea like any other thing in life, there is a great chance of survival. Both parties have to be willing to compromise, endure, have a level of understanding, and ready to adapt Cos obviously there'll be a deal of difference in culture and understanding and have a unite spirit

But like my sister BabyO said, lots have gone, seen and conquered cheesy

I do get what you mean by Yahoo boys though and then there are the ones that are just in it for selfish reasons like getting their papers and citizenship, but there are some who go in for dubious reasons, fall in love and live happily ever after

Some go in for the right reasons and end up not so happy . .

Yes its very much possible, its all about luck and destinies, if they're meant to happen, come rain come jupiter they will work, their cultures regardless wink

Parents are becoming too busy chasing money than bringing up their children in the right way. This is only the beginning!
Well its only in the cause of robbing Peter to pay Paul, Or owing Paul, and let Peter be grin

They struggle for the money to put a smile on their kids' faces, to give them that life they didn't have a chance to dream of sef, to present them with the best.

The up and doing ones will cover both aspects, but then there are the "not so good in it" ones, that neglect the kids in the cause of chasingmoney, some of such kids grow to be a dissappointment in the society, who should be blamed??

@ topic

Well yea kind of . . Kids no longer have respect for their parents and older relations sad

Giving family in exchange of fame?

Hey mba nu (no now) how can? Not even imagineable . .how long will the fame last?? Fame will fade away, But family last forever wink They're the shoulders you cry on in bad times, the laughter you share in good, the rock of your existence

Not even in a million years kiss

now if you have the most dispeakable family on earth, that might be a different tone of music undecided
Jokes EtcRe: Do U Like This Man by cuteass1(f): 6:08am On Jun 04, 2007
Hiya oo - - why is everybody interested in what cute-ass has to say??

I don't like the man (his personalty to be precise), short and very simple wink A question was asked to everybody, with the freedom of speech writing, attached to it, abi?

I don't like the man for what he did to my country
I don't like the man because he had the power to make my country a better place for the inhabitants, but he decided to do nothing
I don't like the man because the money you should have used to make my country a welfare country, he squandered
I don't like the man because upon all the natural resources Nigeria has, and as rich as it is, he make us look like loosers campared to others (who are not halfly blessed, but are making good use of the little they have)
I don't like the fact that he couldn't organize a better security and system in the country, not with his money oo, ours
I don't like the man because . .

Now forgive me if you don't see with me, but NO i don't like him, that he handed over is of no consequence (afterall he wouldn't hae if he didnt have to, so?), he could hold the "seat" for as long as i breathe, jeg gir blaffen (i don't care), the damage and dent on the country will take a decade to rectify,

Forgive him, i have but forget . .not yet. Now pleaze be so kind to drop your YES or No, but don't mind cute-ass, ok? Its just her opinion wink You can't possibly like evrybody anyway undecided
