Lavishing Bauchi state money on his own wedding to more wives.....

Politics22 Vehicles Seized From Ex-Governor Isa Yuguda’s Wives, Several Not Seen (PIC) by cuteboy2(op): 9:23pm On Jun 23, 2015

“We have so far, recovered a total of 22 cars from the wives of the former Governor, Isa Yuguda. We recovered 11 cars from his first wife, seven from the second wife, and four from the third wife. We are yet to recover the remaining cars from his fourth wife who is currently out of the country.”

The Bauchi State Government has seized 22 vehicles from the four wives of the former Governor of Bauchi State, Isa Yuguda, of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The seizure was part of the government’s operation to recover all properties that belong to the State.

The Chairman of the new government’s Transition Committee, Senator Mohammed Mohammed, spoke to the media at the State government house regarding the seizures yesterday.

He said, “we have so far, recovered a total of 22 cars from the wives of the former Governor, Isa Yuguda. We recovered 11 cars from his first wife, seven from the second wife, and four from the third wife. We are yet to recover the remaining cars from his fourth wife who is currently out of the country.”

Mohammed reaffirmed the new government’s commitment to clamping down on all corruption from past administrations.

“We will ensure that whoever is in possession of government properties will be forced to return them. We urge public servants and the general public, especially those involved in the disposal and allocation of the property in question, to cooperate with the Committee for the effective discharge of its assignment.”

The new Governor of the State, Mohammed Abubakar, has promised that all funds and property that were allegedly looted during the past administration are returned to the accounts of the State government.

PoliticsBuhari Grants Special Assistance To Boko Haram States by cuteboy2(op):
Press statement from Presidency below, President Buhari acceded immediately to one out the six requests by the Governors.

Quite instructive to note that as this reprieve is being given to the North East Boko Haram ravaged North East, who have not made any commitment to lay down arms, the government is launching fighter jets to bomb defenceless villages in South-South. Meanwhile, oil pipeline busters to steal crude oil in Bayelsa, Rivers and refined petroleum products in Ibafo and Isheri areas of Ogun/Lagos operate undisturbed.

Femi Adesina: Special Adviser to the President (Media and Publicity)

President Buhari Tuesday in Abuja assured State Governors that the days of impunity, lack of
accountability, and fiscal recklessness in the management of national resources are over in Nigeria.

Speaking at a meeting with the Governors in the Presidential Villa, President Buhari ..... promised special assistance for the three
North Eastern states badly affected by the Boko Haram insurgency.
.....................
.............

On an immediate lifeline for states that owe salaries running into many months, President Buhari said that a
committee headed by the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, will look at the Excess Crude Account and see what can
be shared immediately.

The governors, led by Chairman of the Governors Forum, Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State, had presented a wish
list tothe President that included:

Ø Obedience of extant Supreme Court ruling that all
monies go into the Consolidated Federation Account;

Ø An order from the President that all revenue generating
agencies must pay into the Consolidated Federation
Account;

Ø Review of the Revenue Allocation Formula;

Ø Refund of the monies expended by states on federal
projects;

Ø A special consideration for the three states of the
North East under Boko Haram infestation;

Ø Full details of the amounts that accrued into the Excess Crude Account from 2011, and how the money
miraculously shrank without official sharing

Senate President Bukola Saraki held closed door meeting with some top members the All Peoples Congress yesterday June 22, in bid to reconcile him with some aggrieved members of the party especially with the President, Muhammadu Buhari.

A top member of the party however revealed that the meeting like that with Obasanjo met with brick wall.

These people have not come to save us. They have come to complete the national rape started by PDP since OBJ's time

I repeat, the president should drive these photographers away. Major embarrassment is coming.

Buhari needs to look very carefully at what those Permanent Secretaries have been doing since the GEJ ministers handed over.

Delaying appointment of ministers, just gives these Permanent Thieves, more time to dip their hands in the treasuries and blame it all on the departing ministers.

There was this hilarious story I heard about Zimbabwe.

A man went to the market with a wheel barrow filled with Zim dollars. As he was pricing the yam he wanted to buy, some miscreants just emptied the money on the ground and ran a way with the wheel barrow.

Obviously the wheel barrow was worth more than the huge bundles of Zimbabwe money !!!! grin grin grin grin

I sincerely believe too much picture taking and photographers are irritating and distracting President Buhari.

I think it is time to kick out these guys, and allow the man to settle down and do his job.

Too much photographers crawling all over Buhari and the first family, will eventually cause major problems and bring embarrassing situations to the public.

I hope someone is pulling the presidential ears oooooo-o-o-o! I no wan hear story for the gods later grin grin grin
