MKO4ever:
Salary = Income/head count

Salary cut becomes necessary under the following circumstances
--When Income remains constant but head count increases
--When income reduces while head count increases or remains constant
--When both income increases at a decreasing rate when compared to head count
How come all these circumstances do not affect the security allowance of state governors huh

All the space booker above, please drop a few pennies in the bowl below so we use to pay civil servants salary.

PoliticsMessage From Pastor Adeboye To Aregbesola And All Governors by cuteboy2(op):
Today's message from the highly revered Pastor to all governors who refuse to pay their workers, but keep collecting their own Security Allowance.

If your employer has a habit of finding silly excuses to reduce your salary, including minor offences you know nothing about, forward this to him/her anonymously.

Pastor Adeboye: Topic: Return Reduced Wages!

[Wednesday July 1, 2015]

Memorise: Owe no man anything, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. -Romans 13:8

Read: Genesis 31:36-42 (KJV)

MESSAGE: God is a righteous God, and as a result, He hates all forms of Fraud. According to Leviticus 19:13, it is a crime to delay your workers salary for 24 hours. Do you promptly pay your staff – whether church or secular?

Another aspect of fraud is manipulating your workers’ salaries. One Bible character who was a victim of this was Jacob. All the years he worked for Laban, he suffered a great deal. He was deceived, cheated, made to bear the losses his boss should have borne and earned an ever-decreasing wage. Laban was extremely wicked. But do you know that some employers today are like Laban?

They take all the gains of their businesses and push all the losses to their staff, irrespective of what caused such losses. Also, while they plan to make more profit and push their staff to work hard at it, they hardly ever plan to increase their salaries. If anything, they continue to come up with excuses as to why such salaries should remain at the same level, or even be reduced.

Laban reduced Jacob’s wages 10 times. If you are happy to cut down your staff salaries rather than increase them, though your business is not diminishing, you are toying with Hell. If your business cannot afford an employee anymore, it is better to let such staff go after paying their entitlements.

Take note of the words of Romans 13:8:
“Owe no man anything, but to love one another. For he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.”

Every cent, kobo or penny you fraudulently cut off the wages of your staff amounts to a debt you owe them. Also, the fact that you owe your staff shows your lack of love for them. You cannot be cutting down the salary or wages of those you love, while your business is doing fine.
Do not be surprised that some employers who claim to be believers in Christ will die and get to the gate of Heaven, only to be told that they cannot enter in because of the debt they owe their staff. At that checkpoint, the entire amount owed will be found on them. They will then say “I am sorry; I am now prepared to pay the debts I owe my staff”, but the angles will say “Sorry, it’s too late.” The money such persons fraudulently stole from their staff will follow them to Hell-fire and torment them there for eternity. For your own good, go and restitute all the wages you have cut off without just cause.

Key Point: Besides pride, another vice that God cannot stand in people is breaking of agreements. If you make a promise, you must keep it.

Akande make a valid point, but these is actually not the right time to have say that.
I still blame President Buhari for all this rubbish, if as the leader of the party he insist on remaining quiet then am sorry APC is heading to france
But Lai Mohammed (APC Spokesman) was very emphatic that Buhari is not the leader of APC, regardless of his status as the President.
Lai says Buhari is merely a product of the party just like a House of Assembly member who emerged on the platform of APC.

It is really sad that people could stoop so low to use anything to achieve political aims.

PoliticsBuhari Dissolved A Non-existent NNPC Board - Sahara Reporters by cuteboy2(op):
Difficult to tell how genuine this story is. Most times, this "unnamed source who prefer anomimity" thing is a smokescreen to cook up any story.

Though, the source of the story ( 2 unnamed GEJ govt officials) may have been cooked up from SR kitchen, the underlying fact of Buhari dissolving a non-existent NNPC according to the provisions of the Petroleum Act, maybe factually correct.

SR :
Source: Sahara Reporters
Some members of the outgone administration of President Goodluck Jonathan have said President Muhammad Buhari was out of order by dissolving the board of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), contending that, according to the “Petroleum Act,” the board stood dissolved the moment erstwhile Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, left office.

Two members of Mr. Jonathan administration, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told SaharaReporters that there was no reason for President Buhari to send a letter to the board of the NNPC to dissolve. “That act [President Buhari’s dissolution of the NNPC board] is null since there was no board in place after the former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, left office,” said one of the sources.

Mrs. Alison-Madueke, who constituted the current NNPC board, officially lost her cabinet position on May 29, 2015 when former President Jonathan’s tenure ended.

A second source, who served on the disbanded board, claimed that Mr. Jonathan’s administration left $5 billion in the kitty for the incoming Buhari government. He said the funds were yielded by dividends from Nigeria’s sales of liquefied natural gas.

Last weekend, Babs Omotowa, the chief executive of the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Company (NLNG), claimed that the company paid $1.6 billion in dividends to the Buhari government. However, one of the two sources who spoke to us claimed that said the amount was $5 billion. He added that President Buhari was either hiding the correct amount paid to his government in order to justify his claim of inheriting “an empty treasury” or that the NLNG was playing a game on Nigerians.

The NLNG is a joint venture between the Nigerian government and multinational oil companies.

Please let's not make this a TAN/APC discussion.

Elections are over. We now have a government, and a President on seat who has tried 4 times to rule Nigeria. That means he has been prepared and ready for leadership 4 times.

Nigerians, expect far more than what we are getting. To begin with why are all fuel subsidy thieves not being summoned to EFCC huh
Instead, the new government seems to be cozying up to the subsidy barons (see pic).

Praising God indeed!!

More like blaspheming God angry

If you steal public money so wantonly the way your principal, Uduaghan has done, why won't you go on "thanksgiving" spree. After all, it is the Nigerian way. The most despicable public officers are those who pretend the most to be religious. angry

Look at how wretched Delta State is today. All because a thieving Governor was plundering his state, and using a portion of it to buy goodwill in the Lagos press. Even the road in front of Uduaghan's personal house, where he holds court with his political minions and foot soldiers like @tpiadotcom is perpetually flooded every time it rains.

All the streets in Ekerurede-Urhoboh where the governor's house is located in Warri is in a sorry state of disrepair, with sewage running in the streets. Ex-Gov Ibori, tarred roads in Ekurede-Urhobo, but the idiotic thieving Gov Uduaghan did absolutely nothing to improve on what he met on ground.

For Uduaghan it was zero maintenance, and zero new projects. Every of his so called projects, were avenues to siphon money. He has a rule. No reputable contractors like Julius Berger or RCC are allowed to execute any project in Delta throughout his tenure, so they can siphon almost 100% of the contract sum.

I challenge Uduaghan's transducers like @tpiadotcom to come and list Uduaghan's projects here so we can analysis them to see their value. Let's start with the silly and criminal project called BRT in Warri. Or should we start with the vacuous propaganda based "Delta Beyond Oil"?

@tpiadotcom
over to you. Come and defend your principal with facts.

Gov Uduaghan and his wife had a ball during their 8 years in govt house, Asaba.

Meanwhile, the people pinned in penury.....

PoliticsUduaghan Left Debt Of N636b: A Detailed Analysis (delta Took In N2.2 Trillion) by cuteboy2(op):

It was widely reported in the press today that new Gov of Delta State lamented that his predecessor, Gov Uduaghan left debt of N636b.

Some Analysis to ascertain how much Delta got in 8 years under Uduaghan:

Assuming he has been paying 50% of that amount in interests and capital, that means Delta was overburdened with a debt of at least N1.2trillion

Delta had some the highest allocations from FAAC. Monthly net allocation (including 13% and VAT) = N10b. Annually, this amounted to N120 billion. For the 8 years he was in power, Delta got N960billion from Federation account.

When you add the amount borrowed to the FAAC allocation, Delta under Gov Uduaghan got (wait for it):

N1.2trillion + N960billion = N2.2 trillion.

At today's average exchange rate of 1$ : N200, the N2.2 trillion Delta got in 8 years = $10.8 billion

There is absolutely nothing on ground in Delta State to show for such huge resources expended by Uduaghan.

Sad aspect about all this that Deltans known to be very vocal and assertive are plodding along like zombies. Nobody raises a whimper to ask a simple question. WHERE DID ALL THE MONEY GO??

#ShameOnDeltans
