I have been experiencing this issue virtually every time I subscribe to my Startimes account. The subscription does not use the maximum period of 1 month before the prompt "No access, Not subscribed" is displayed on the TV screen.

My previous subscription did not even work at all until a day after subscribing after numerous calls to their customer care. Now, barely a week after, I'm seeing "No access, Not subscribed" again. I have tried calling customer care many times but my calls keep being dropped (I don't know if this is a network issue, I have made calls to other people though).

I want to know if anyone has experienced this and how to possibly seek redress. Is there a complaint channel with National Broadcasting Commission (NBC)?

Please share your experiences.

It depends on your definition of nice. You can get a fair car for that amount though.
You should be looking at Nigeria used pre-1999 cars. Peruse the autos section.

luvinhubby, is the apparent communication deficit between you and your customers okay? You haven't said anything in this regard and that is the summary of this whole thread.

You have principles, good, but does this principle make you ignore calls and messages? Please make amends. You may consider employing an assistant if you are too busy.

A customer lost today, another lost tomorrow. This is bad for business.

Excellent piece. The use of tithes is to meet the needs of the church members and also the leaders. However, some churches seem to neglect the members and focus on the leaders. This is not good enough.
