The only place a corper is not allowed to serve is in his/her state of origin and d state that houses his/her institution.

If it were to be by counter-region system, prospective corpers would have been asked not to choose States from their region.

But for the service, she can serve anywhere in Nigeria without paying officials as long as it is not her state of origin( the one on paper cus she can still be Igbo and be claiming Adamawa) and the state were she schooled.

I guess for the hospital transfer to PH, I think some hospitals have certain specialists on certain areas. May be her condition could best be managed in that hospital.
