dedeike: Post sack blues by Azazi ft Bello Haliru. You want Gej to arrest a former Head of state abi? Pls when ever they want to effect such arrest on Buhari, they should tell me so that I will pack my bags and head to my village. It's not as if Gej cannot arrest Buhari but he acted very right to avoid such arrest. Let me tell you the likely consequences of such arrest. 1. Buhari himself will never co operate with the security agencies so the real aim of extracting information from him will be defeated. 2. While he's in detention, the opposition in Nigeria led by Tunde Bakare will mount a groundbreaking Occupy protests in Lagos and so many haters are beckoning for such opportunity to come so that they will rubbish Gej. 3. ACN and CPC will heavily poiticise the issue as a deliberate witchunting of the opposition. 4.The entire North West will explode in protests and thus draw more support for Boko Haram. 5. Buhari will come out from the detention and earn more popularity overnight. 6. Renouned Gej haters on Nairaland will now have more ammunition to attack the president as being clueless and vindictive against his opponent. Abeg I no follow. Now I even know why Azazi was sacked.Funny, but true... Its good the way the president is handling those who have turned blind criticism into a profession.. weak oo...confused ooo...it will be easier for you to relocate to another country because he will not resign.. |
TroGunn: "[b]Mr. Azazi, who was speaking at the South-South Economic Summit in Asaba, Delta State, said the festering insecurity in the north eastern part of the country, which has been exacerbated by the frequent and deadly attacks of the extremist Boko Haram sect across the country, could be traced to the politics of exclusion of the PDP in the region. In addition to your comment, if PDP using the same tactics in north east lead to BH, then why did it not lead to bombings in other parts of the country...that statement by the former NSA was truely a lousy one.. |
werepeLeri: Give us your own antidote for Boko Haram - I tell you, the President will buy it. Oya - begin, one by one.He said it already aasog1: |
auwal87: Lagos residentsOk then, the answer is simple, thats where the business is... unfortunately as previous federal capital, the federal government centered so much development there, to the detriment of other areas...such as is being done in Abuja today. |
ndu_chucks: I wouldn't make that up. That was Azazi's reaction to his sacking, via his media spokesman. Here's the source. But did Azazi have hard evidence against Buhari? or he just wanted to ridicule him, Buhari seems like a hard man, I don't think he will spill any beans except under rigorous physical torturing...can someone as high profile be tortured? I really don't know? I personally believe Buhari has some links with the violence we are experiencing at the moment, but If I was GEJ, I still wouldn't arrest him without hard evidence With regards to your negotiations with BH haram, while I can agree in principle, i am racking my head to know what the basis for negotiations is going to be... BH sponsors want to do away with a southern president, and GEJ for 2015 while the foot terrorist insist on islamization...so where will the GEJ government find the middle ground? With mend the middle ground was rehabilitation of the militants and a promise to develop the 9ja delta region, as against the demand for resource control by militants It will be interesting to know what will make the BH mmilitants seize their raign of terror. |
ping pong: So what's your point? Those of you who wine and dine with GEJ can you please tell us why he was relieved?Bro, i don't know why he was relieved, my guess is that Gej has lost confidence in him..... But my point is that perpetual blind attacks on the president renders you irrelevant.for instance Bakare |
In reality, the only way to stop the demand for states is implemention of true federalism......lets say each state is required to pay tax of 50% on internally generated revenue, where 50%>= a minimum fixed monthly amount...say =N=3billion, And monthly cash calls to states is stopped then attitudes willl be forced to change |
Demdem: ^^^Only ldiots would toe a path of certain failure....obviously Gej is not an ldiot...ur kind is the most dangerous to be around....sing and shout one thing but when it comes to action, you do another....yiu honestly need to repent from ur evil ways |
maasoap: Jonascam Jonafraud is learning gradually that Nigerian affairs do not literally means Ijaw affairs just because an Ijaw man happened to be our president. Is this all you have to offer, i think you better hit that soap again.. |
Ngwakwe: I used the word "Illegal" in the sense that they were not recognised by FG.Its all about the benjamins |
~Bluetooth:Guy did Igbo people rape ur wife? Almost 28 states are mistake |
Good one fashy boy, i woukd even go one step further to advocate merging of states into 6 or 8 regions... I wonder y fash didnt mention this |
maasoap: Jonascam Jonafraud is learning gradually that Nigerian affairs do not literally means Ijaw affairs just because an Ijaw man happened to be our president. Is this all you have to offer, i think you better hit that soap again.. |
ifeci: He was fired for saying the truth! In your bid to pull a man down by all means, the man is always wrong.... Azazi is sacked...you say he was fired for saying the truth.... Azazi retains office...you say gej is a tribalist that will never fire his ijaw brother..... When people just yap for the sake of yapping...they end up making themselves irrelevant to the scheme of things... Can you imagin any body taking shymex, the retardeen crew (dayokanu and dumbdumb), kobojunkie serious whenever they criticize gej? |
auwal87: I have been trying to figure out the reasons why most Nigeria's developers haled from Lagos. Being most developed state in Nigeria, doesn't mean it should produce all the developers. This is not a criticism, I want to know how Lagos came about to produce such number so that the same method can be applied in other states. When u say from Lagos, do u mean by ethnic group...i.e awori and others or by residence? |
DumbDumb, Either your strategy is to deceive the general public or your dumbdumb name is a reflection of your true nature, The truth is the country is in need of structural change to eliminate the waste and corruption that the GEJ government is exposing today, The problem with achieving this change is that those who will form the majority of any session (SNC or NC or senate) will oppose the change vehemently. Who are those..the average SWer and the Northerners.... we have seen them at the national confab...we have seen them at the senate(where SW is represented by ACN but not pushing for true federalism), we have also seen them at the rowdy parties organized in Lagos where the demand for subsidized fuel was taken to new heights Strip the meat from the bones, and we really know that the Boko haram issue is the norths way of fighting against true federalism, the south west strategy like I have said before is via the media (deliberate mis-information and mis-direction of those who don't know better).. Your advise that GEJ takes true federalism/resource control to the Senate, and try to achieve such through blackmail if possible might just set OPC on his govt, imagine the govt trying to contend with OPC and Boko-Haram at the same time.. Saying that the SW is interested in true federalism on NL or pages of newspapers is not as strong as the actions they carry out against such moves...despite your feeble attempts to discredit the sessions on the national confab where the North and SW clashed with the SS and SE over resource control, every sane man knows better...every explanation you make is as fake as you are...it was stage managed, it was SW PDP, it was a sham etc...you should, and are actually smarted....but the deceit in you has gotten the better of you. Go to Bakares original post, where is he interested in restructuring this country? all he wants to do is replace GEJ, so he can control funds at the center, even if it means partnering an Islamic fundamentalist, even if it means fellow Christians will die. You should actually be ashamed of yourself |
maclatunji: You GEJ apologists really know how to get low, there's no degree to which you will not sink just for Nigeria's most incompetent leader to stay in power without achieving anything tangible. So in your thinking, GEJ's intelligence is tied to the opposition because that is the locus of your post. How lame and pathetic! The office of President is not a place to start learning about leadership- if GEJ's army of advisers cannot guide him, simple logic dictates that he fires them and borrow that same intelligence from the opposition that you seem eager to point out. When you are perpetually shallow, how do you even know if GEJ is performing or not? that is the bottom line of my previous post... What corruption is exhibitted under GEJs watch? activities that have been going since now being exposed abi? you r probably angry that they are now being exposed? |
U nor just dey try at all....even if you feel the whole confab was a sham...the part were resource control was discussed was very sensitive and it potrayed the innermost thinking of the average SW and Northerner...vis a vis the average SS and SE man... It was a sour point not missed by many, attampting to dismiss that component of the exercise is quite dis-heartening... Is lagos the same as SW? You ask me If Lagos keeps its money to its self, if Nigeria did not spend so much money on Lagos, would you even be in the position to ask such a stupid question? The fear of GEJ driving for true federalism is the reason why SWeners are seriously wedging this media war against GEJ...we see through all your lies, you and bakare organised parties on the streets of lagos demanding for free fuel and you say SW is interested in true federalism...the devil is a liar |
Demdem: And which party is OBJ located? are u blind to see that i stated that anyone from this party stands for the status quo and nothing good as regards true federalism/resource control can be acheived with them in power. no matter how good and humble (retardeen) with good intentions the person may have. it can never materialised.Who were the people that attended that confab? y do u refuse to be wise? Ok if you say the SW people that attended the confab were from PDP, what party did the SE and SS people come from...since PDP is against true federalism? Havent you heard Tinubu and Fashola demanding for more allocation from the federal Govt? That is how SW want to practice true federalism abi? |
Pukkah: May I seize this opportunity to correct this wrong impression that is mostly circulated by free-market economists. They tell us that 'government has no business to be in business'.The best way to drive an economy forward is enforcing regulation, modulating and updating policy to reflect current releaties....... Govt should not do what people can easily do for themselves, that said...nothing stops the government from temporarily steping in to help a sector...but with a finite timeline and aim....to permanently remain there and continue to spoil things perpetually is not it at all..... Take a look at all the sectors govt has been runing since 1960...tell me where you see any remarkable improvement? |
Kindly tell me what happened at the national confab organised by OBJ, where Clark led the SS and SE out in protest? Maybe you have a very short memory |
Pukkah: What do you mean by this - 'divestment of government from people's businesses'? Do you care to shed more light on it?I mean govt should concentrate on its core role of policy making and regulation enforcement.... Govt has delved into businesses that everyday people can run, and this has become an avenue for the massive corruption we experience everyday.... Govt is running PMs supplies, pension schemes, health, railways, schools etc... Instead of my friends to be asking for these, thay are demanding that you replace mr A with mr B, after a few months we start the same rounds of complaints again... |
Demdem: Dumbo Dacrazy, The retarden promised transformation however what we all can see going on isnt transformation but instead the status quo remains so stop deceiving ursef iidiot. Nothing has changed because the retardeen and his PDP cohorts wants it that way. I also want True federalism but the retardeen cant give us such. Infact he hasnt done anything so far to suggest its work in progress.Dumbdumb, forget about PDP, ACN CPC etc...nigeria does not have parties set up along idealogy lines...The opposition to GEJ are both with PDP and outside PDP...don't come here and tell me that PDP is one happy family...that said... You cannot be wanting two opposite things at the same time...true federalism and state sponsored livelihood Ok just imagin if true federalism, resource control issues were to be put on the floor of the senate or HOR....the opposition to such a bill from the SW and North would be regardless of the party PDP, CPC or ACN? You still choose to stick with personalities, thereby trivialising the issues involved...especially when someone of average intelligence sees that members of all the other parties were once in the killer party. I sincerely hope you are not pretending to be dumb...cos I am not find it funny |
nagoma: To be fair. I don't think BH ever mentioned SS in their( actually nonsensical and crazy ) statements. What you said is only your impression and the impression of others like you who are tribalists. But can you put your hand on your heart with all sincerity and say that GEJ is Good Enough. GEJ is "Goodluck" , "Goodenough "is another person all together. As far as I am concerned you the SS tribes can bring a better person and no one will complain , but it seems that Jona is the best you can offer.R u for real? So you mean to say that the escalation in the BOKO violence does not have anything to do with GEJs presidency? if so your slumber is so deep, I can't even imagin how you would wake up out of it... The country was presented with 3 people, Buhari, Ribadu and GEJ...and to my knowledge and GEJ remains the best of the 3....Throwing bombs all over the place will not change that fact. GEJ has his flaws, But Ribadu and Buhari...have not come out to say how they intend to wean this country of the cause of laziness associated with dependence on oil...At least GEJ is attacking the free oil, subsidy mentality that has driven us to levels of unproductivity last observed when mankind first evolved into two legged creatures |

farouqzaib: U couldn't be more wrong. Like he said, be careful what you wish for. Why didn't America go into Rwanda during the genocide(or the numerous genocides), well cus America has no financial or national interest there. Hell, they can't even have a military base there. Why were they so quick to remove Ghadaffi, actually the guy's time was due and they wanted Libya(there's this black thing there they call oil). Nobody is doing anything about Bashar Al Assad and he has killed as much people as the Libyan dude did, well they control him already. From my own point of view, there is no difference...nothern generals and SW colaborators exploiting oil resources vs USA exploiting oil resources....one using Islamic violence and media attacks, the other using drones and F15s... |
BBDelta: All what you have heared and listed is what politician and govt of PDP wants you to hear, you think the American don't do their job very well, Dey there dey fool yourself, they name names of Buhari, elrufai as financier without evidence we all will stand before God and give an account.Evidence ?Just imagin a senario where Buhari speaks vehemently against the actions of BOKO HARAM? Invoking the hearts and minds of his supporters against the Boko Haram militants who live amongst them? What will it take for him to do this? absolutely nothing!!! instead he prefers to wait silently, hoping that Boko-haram will bully GEJ out of power, so he will have the opportunity to step in.. It all about the oil mannnnnnn |
dasparrow: How can the american vultures bring drones for only 3 men? It is not the whole organization that was labelled 'terrorist' but rather the 3 men listed in the article. Let's be careful how we wish american drones on our country. If the drones come, all of Nigeria will be affected and not just the northern part as it is now. Carcinogens will be let out in the air that will cause cancer and respiratory illnesses in the people in the not so distant future. If you know how much the same america invested into bringing justice to one man (Osama bin laden), then you woouldnt ask such a question.... Anything they want to turn the north into, let it be? They are said they will not relent on the bombings because a SS guy is the president..meanwhile they intend to use resources from the oil to fund islamic government in northern nigeria...other misguided bigots here feel Goodluck will be bullied into resigning his mandate...Instead let the country burn up...I can't live in a country where someone from my area is automatically not good enuf to be president. |
Demdem: Dacrazy, is not about hate u iidiot. i live with NDeltans and love the NigerDelta but when i see inefficiency i speak out unlike u. Even the ND people themselves are suffering so once again:If you are not a mugu as I have observed, then y r you insisting on the merry go round of changing personnalities while maintaing exactly the same system? The clear difference between me and you is that you are advocating for change in personnalities and political parties, while I am saying that nothing will change soon except we all agree that the system we run is what encourages corruption.... Ask Bola Ige's spirit. In the 9ja delta we are asking for true federalism and divestment of government from peoples businesses...you bigot on the other hand are askin to replace the PDP with tribal parties, lead by tribal champions and religios fanatics...how does that solve our problem ![]() |
Demdem: Dacrazy, how many times do i have to tell u that whatever the retardeen is doing presently isnt working and bringing more deaths. is it until your entire household becomes part of the statistics before u stop sucking his cocck? U are very useless oooo, chaiU r just a nincompoop hiding behind bombings and security to express your hate for the nigerdelta.... |
rhymz: Mac's position is hypocritical, he represents the problem in our government, his position of course takes the burden away from him and his thieving gang and place on GEJ their favourite past time scape goat. But we all see through all that veil of pretense and hypocrisy. Nigeria is a failed state today because of the actions and inactions of him and his gand at the NA. He has no moral ground to call anyone to order or even give any advice. He is better off shutting his mouth. For someone like kobojunkie and the retardeen crew...all these make no sense.. Countries with far advanced technology and organisation like Isreal and UK spent years dealing with the same terrorism scourge.. Before a solution was eventualy found... When u ask this same group of 1diots what GEJ can do differently to address the solution they immidiately display how empty they are...either gej personally knows the sponsors or he should arrest prominent northerners for the sake of it....intelligent opposition brings out intelligent leadership...how then do ignorant people constructively criticize the government? |
Kobojunkie: If they arrest him with VALID evidence to show he is guilty, OFCOURSE people will not wail. Whether Tinubu, Buhari, Obasanjo, Lawan, Jonathan Goodluck and Patience Goodluck even, you only arrest when there is sufficient evidence to bring up a charge.Oh, so you can reason like this? |
