Another embarassing moment for me; i had my 'crushest crush',   visit me one faithful day, i was the only one home with my youngest sister, she was 3years old then, (still looking for admission into the university then). So we were in the living room together (all three of us) listening to music and chatting away, then all of a sudden, i had a knock on the door, i inquired who it was, lo and behold!! my DAD!!! , i did not know what to do, so i asked this crush to hide in my room, since my dad never goes into my room, he  (daddy) actually came to get something he forgot in the morning, and he was like, ' let me relax a bit, Ronke, give me a glass of water, i ran to the fridge grab the cup of water sharp! sharp ( so that he can drink and leave). After he drank, he stood up to leave and on his way out, my youngest sister was like, " daddy have you seen sistermi's friend? he is in her room!!!!. My God!!!! i almost died. , and my daddy, said,so you have your friend in the room and you did not want me to meet her abi? laughing, he went into the room to find a [b]boy!!!!!!!!, [/b]that one (boy) was prostrating on the floor, like 20 times, greeting him, my dad just turned back without saying a word and left the house.
  I could not sit or eat through out that day, i had to first of all, ask my sweetest crush' to leave that we would meet later on, then in the evening after he (my dad) got back from work, i faced DC (disciplinary committeee).

I was in JSS2, my class captain (Jennifer) was very pretty and sexy. My school was a military boarding house. On a Saturday, I came to class with my best friend then, and stupidly wrote I love Jennifer underneath her desk. The following Monday, she discovered and reported to our class teacher. He asked all guys to confess to the writing. It became a very big issue. I begged my friend not to confess.
We (all boys in my class) were to be flogged 12 strokes each, everyday until the perpetrator confessed. This continued until the 2nd week. Eventually, my bestie broke and told the class teacher it was me in front of all the girls in class, halfway into his strokes while crying.
I was flogged 24 in front of all the girls and cried, not because of the strokes, but the shame (a fine boy like me).

Back in the hostel, my house prefect called all the blue house boys to the quadrangle and told me to confess my sin in front of everybody. I was given a cardboard (with the bold inscription: I love Jennifer) to hold while I dance and respond to the song being sung after me in humiliation.
