^^^ meaning? |
Are you serious this thread is still up? You're still debating this? Why would you think you ladies are finer than us guys. In fact there is a saying that it is only worwor ladies that you find in social networking sites and dating sites. no be me talk am oooo. Ok poster; give the names of pretty/good looking ladies here on NL Romance section. |
@op Who knows maybe you are even messing with our heads. Maybe you need to give more hints. |
Pweety4me:What else will my answer be? This is a true or true question. I usually let people find that out about me themselves. In fairness, comparing my friends, colleagues and relatives; I think I'm a good guy |
odiaero:Odiaero; I'd like to humble you in a game of online scrabble. How do we play? |
Pweety4me:8% - drop-dead handsomely looking men; (category 1) 15% - handsome men (category 2) 45% - okay-looking men (category 3) 24% - almost there-looking men (category 4) 8% - ugly looking descendants of Obasanjo, Oshiomole etc (category 5) In as much as I'd prefere to fall in category 1, I think I'll honestly say I fall in category 2 (handsome men). I no fit shout. ![]() |
Pweety4me:Take a look at my stats again. I am saying; about 23% of men are handsome; 45% just okay (ie average), while about 32% fall in the range of worwor. |
pendo89:plenty sense rokiatu:Thanks for the compliment |
Pweety4me:Very nice |
OMG; Another thread asking for handsome and attractive men? What is the problem with you ladies sef? mshew. |
roki; I think all the men's responses here will surely tend towards a particular direction. I doubt if you'll find anyone to tell you he prefers outer beauty to inner beauty, although this is NL where anything can happen. Speaking for myself; I must confess, I almost have a weakness for pretty ladies with great smiles and eyes. (In fact I still smile back to every smiling female images on bill boards on my way to and from work. )It always starts with the face, eyes, then shape, hair, dressing, gait etc that would readily attract me to a woman. In as much as a lady would need to keep these features up and running, the true value I place on her would be her inner beauty. The inner beauty dictates her behaviour, her attitude, her responses, her sensitivity, our compatibility, her support, our offsprings, our future etc. Why would I trade all of this for a pretty looking, 8-figured, expensive dressing senseless woman? I dey craze? In fact, if we wont deceive ourselves, we never find the wifey in them, we only find that woman that we can always use to show, and boast amongst friends and colleagues, together with a possibility of producing beautiful children. But then, since God dey, I can always find her with both inner beauty and a well complimenting outer beauty. Most importantly, I love intelligent women that can seriously engage me in a sensible discourse repeatedly across different works. If I find one, I fit sell my papa house marry am. (in your minds abi?) |
I actually think you should substitute "men" in your topic with "humans". Its the same distribution for both sexes. We generally have less handsome men as compared to average-looking and worwor guys. The same goes for the ladies. If you distribute intelligence amongst all men, definitely more of worwor people would grab intelligence more than us handsome ones. ![]() For example; Out of 100 men; you'll most likely find about; 8 - drop-dead handsomely looking men; 15 - handsome men 45 - okay-looking men 24 - almost there-looking men 8 - ugly looking descendants of Obasanjo, Oshiomole etc So, if you distribute intelligence equally in fairness amongst this stats, you'll have your answer. |
^^^^I'm very sorry. I actually mistyped. Guess its time for bed. In fact its deleted. One love bruv |

Pweety4me:Awww, I'm sorrryyyy You should understand na; that my head was already swelling from your previous comment. Still smiling sef. Thanks. If not for Akanke on board, I would have given you ehm ehm ehm---- okay choose one; Alake, Ayinke, Abedo, Ajiun. ![]() |
Pweety4me:Uhmmm. If Akanke should catch you ehn---uhmmm |
Pweety4me:excuse me? ![]() |
Nayah:Its okay. I only know the basics from my primary education. But the ones that stuck includes; j'adore, je t'aime etc ![]() Sure you can teach me, but I warn you; you might end up falling in love with me. ![]() (In my mind abi?) |
I really wish I could say something but don't know what to say. Okay isn't there a possibility that she's really scared of her parents' reaction as much as you are almost feeling insecure. something tells me we don't have enough information to condemn her actions or her sacrifices for the relationship. I believe this did not start today. --But where she doesn't score any point is her not coming around for at least comfort, when you lost your dearest mom. Maybe what you can do is to let her know her attitude towards the relationship is beginning to threaten the relationship and she might lose you if she doesn't gear towards her relationship success. |
Why am i feeling jealous of this French language? It somehow sounds sexy to me. And you can feel the pride in Nayah even as she writes. but please don't derail our thread. |
@dammytex Thanks for your comment and advice. I must honestly say that my view of marriage is sacred and i have far too much dignity to cause another persons divorce but things seems to be going so well between me and the said lady and that tempts me to consider that idea. The whole relationship is based on friendship at the moment but i fear things might change.
Is she having problems in her marriage? If yes, has she been discussing the issues in her marriage with you? Does she discuss her husband's shortcomings with you. If yes, then you are taking advantage of her.She is very vulnerable now and she'll most likely see the correction to her husband in you. Its not fair. I personally don't believe in ladies having very close male friends when they are married or are with someone else, except if its a family friend thing whereby the husband is also very close to the male friend. Feeling is always a state of the mind. When you have strong likeness for any girl, you can always control what that feeling germinates into. So, you must have fantasized about her and wished she was yours. (Someone else's wife). If you think its not easy, think of her as that your sister you love so much. You sha no fit marry your sister na? |
If you are not married to him/her, then he/she already belongs to someone else. Help yourself by trying to stay away from him/her. Its not gonna be easy letting go of that same thing you've wanted all your life. But then never take part in the fall of someone else's marriage. He/She is already covenanted in another marriage, so don't bring curse on yourself. If by any chance, he/she got separated from marriage, okay; that's something else entirely. Stay away, find new lover and move ahead. |
toba:And why is she talking in parables? Spit it out. |
Cuddlemii:Uhmmmm. How do i answer to this? Uhmmmm. NL? NL? NL? NL? Uhmmmm--- Okay write me an email. Something very important about headache. |
Cuddlemii:Why did you mention Alcatel-lucent and Ericsson? |
Unbelievable, so Nairalanders could be this warm, helping and supportive without mis-yarning. Better days Poster, I think you are dating them for the wrong reasons, probably physical. If its that, it'll probably continue like this. You are a good person to identify that its wrong and you'll like to correct that. Look out for other qualities in women apart from appearance. Try intelligence, friendliness, good companionship, exposed, informed, funny, goal-oriented, smartness etc. These features keep you coming back and busy with them even when the beauty fades. |
At least a number of guys here have proved their abilities in terms of looks. If we match these, with what the ladies have shown us, guys are way finer than you girls here, which proves my earlier stated statistics. But then be aware, This is a faceless forum over the INTERNET, where any copy, paste, photo-edit and download can happen. All the same sha, we still dey rep pass una. THUMBS UP TO ALL THE GUYS IN THE HOUSE. |
