But we freethinkers accept all ideas and reason them, we are like an open melting pot if ideas, if the truth can face resistance from different ideas and still remain then that truth is certain.

Religious truth is like a spoilt brat shielded from all the world's challenges that's why when it faces the light of different ideas, they go berserk, they feel surprised that such views exist and they feel unsettled.
But atheistic truth is like a child that has been sent to military school to learn the challenges of life. That child is not unsettled by challenges.

Well the difference between your position and those of us Christians is that we do not just love ourselves we also love others. This was why the Pastors who prayed for your grandma even cared to do so. Some strangers would have left you to your ordeal but Jesus teaches us to do good and love our neighbours as ourselves.

When you were a Chorister as you pointed out were you never a recipient of the holy spirit and did you never see God turn up in your situations? So your singular grandmas case made you do a uturn yet you never mentioned other events that led up to this decision..just one event.

This clearly shows that God indeed was showing up for you otherwise you would have listed out a lot more than just your grandmas case.

You can be very funny when trying to refute things. Names and titles and locations were given and you cannot get up and go and find out for yourself. You are busy here saying no proof.

So proof you need is what? To see the COVEN where the witches gather? Can you see spiritually?

Not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 but 8 kids openly confessed their actions as witches without being forced to do so. Nobody tortured them or flogged them but they were just arguing among themselves till it got ugly and coincidentally it matched when a man of God declared this would happen after he prayed.

Perhaps the Pastor bribed the parents of these kids to risk their own lives by confessing to something of this nature in the absence of security personnel. .

They confessed to things people have experienced which they thought was accidental but by their confessions they knew why such did occur. Can you say how it was that a woman who has had 20yrs experience with handling hot palm oil would suddenly get burned by the same palm oil just days after sending off a girl who lived with her and for the girl to later say she was responsible for what happened? What did the girl stand to gain by owning up to such an act?

Abeg make una reason am well. I now you are an atheist so will fight tooth and nail to discredit this but do yourself a favour, Get up and go and carry out your own findings regarding this story and let us know what you found out. At least make a conscious effort to finally prove Atheism right.

Can you show me this "History" of falsehood? History depicts a recurrent event so can you point me to them? Listen carefully this thread has nothing to do with you or Hardmirror . It was opened by someone who said he wanted to vet otems case so if you wish to throw a tantrum then kindly open another thread and say whatever pleases you there. Lets not derail this thread...although i know that is what this is aimed at achieving.

The other day it was a story of a 7 yr old who got lynched for stealing and it got pushed to frontpage when the truth was that it was not a 7yr old but a full grown male adult. People were already buying into the 7 yr old lynching story as truth until more evidence came up to prove that it was lies.

You do realise you are being the tricky one here. Lets backpedal to Hardmirrors sensational stories which were spun as truth without a single proof. He never offered to show any proof whatsoever and only gave verbal stories.

I on the other hand offered to provide proof and already dropped a few for anyone to pick up and verify.

This is how investigative journalism is done bro. Even if the story is 5yrs old it can be revisited for sake of credibility. I can call any sensational yarn a lie until proof shows otherwise. If there is no proof then its all lies. This is simple ABC and shouldnt be a hard task for you to understand.

A lot of Atheists who are busy trying to derail this thread know that they and sensationalism are 5 and 6 and if this is pursued would mean an end to the tales they spin which are mostly lies.
