Actions speak louder than words, most times. It's better to show than tell, depending on your audience (i.e. the individual involved)

well, different strokes for different folks. But from what you're writting, am beginning to understand that an apology can be given verbally and none verbally. But even if you chose the latter, it won't be complete without the former. There are times verbal apology wouldn't be enough, there has to be corresponding actions.

you must be an introvert spending time with your love once at least on weekends is not a bad idea.

tell me you have never expected an apology from an offender. Yes some people will want to take advantage. In such cases you would have to avoid them especially when they continuously hurt you.

THE POWER OF AN APOLOGY

Jas.5.16 - Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.......

Notice it didn't say 'Sin' rather it says 'faults'. You confess your sins to God because he alone can forgive sin, but in your relationship with others, you can offend them and be at fault.

And whenever your at fault, and you realize it or you were told so, you should learn to apologize. Never underestimate the power of an apology and forgiveness.

Now not apologizing when wrong is a sign of pride, It corrupts your heart and this can be destructive it can give Satan an entrance into your life. Always apologize when you offend someone because you never know the extent of hurt you caused them

Thats why it says pray for one another that you may healed because when someone forgives you, the person let's go and wishes you good luck.

So learn how to apologize to friends, family, colleagues, your boss, your subordinates etc. When wrong there is power in an apology.

The word confidence comes from a Latin word 'fidere' which means to trust. We can define confidence as a believe or trust someone has on someone or something.

We can therefore say that when you believe God's word, it means you have confidence in him.

A lot of people talk about self confidence but that is superficial. it is like building a house on sand rather than on a rock. Our confidence is in God. He is our source.

When your confidence is in God and his abilities, and not just your ability, you tap into divine energy. When others with self confidence begin to doubt their prowess and fail, you just ride on, on the wings of he who is greater than anything in the world.

Knowing the greater one is resident in you is a sure confidence booster. 1John4:4. so you can overcome, and face tomorrow. Hallelujah.

Not sure if Yonggi Cho visited RCCG of Pastor Adeboye. But he visited MFM of Olukoya where he toured the whole facility in the prayer city in around 90s. He was a man of prayer. I read in his books that he would stay up in his room praying and seeking God's face on Saturdays for what to preach on Sundays. I guess he connected first with Dr. Olukoya of MFM who is a prayer warrior. Olukoya can pray while sleeping. And this was the reason he named MFM biggest facility "Prayer City". That's a place you attend and pray till you get answer. You battle and fight in the spirit in that arena.

But it beats my imagination he was convicted of corruption. He embezzled 12 million dollars. Whether he was lied against, I do not know. Or whether it was not deliberate, I cannot say. The reason I talked about this issue is that I seriously do not understand how pastor Yonggi Cho fell into such. And he eventually had stroke. Hmmmm! Things actually went wrong.

Well, and this might sound weird & cocky to you, but I never found a reason to be interested in religious figures outside of the U.S.
The church I attended as a child was simplistic and didn't suggest foreign preachers to watch and/or listen to. I also wasn't interested in religion anyhow.
I wasn't deeply interested in religion until graduate school...
It was then, in my early 20's, that I started following the very popular "prosperity" preachers (T.D. Jakes, the late Eddie Long, Joyce Meyers, Joel Osteen, Creflo Dollar, Noel Jones etc.,)
This was before I eventually became a baptized member of the SDA church.
The only, and I mean only, foreign religious figure that I heard of was the late T.B. Joshua...and that was through a snippet in a documentary (about religion in general) several years ago once I started being more interested in and wanting a deeper experience in Christianity..
..Not even recognizing, at the time, that he was a Nigerian..and also not putting 2 & 2 together about how enormous the man's popularity was. I was focused more on other aspects of the documentary and kinda rushed through his part.
Anyhow, in the U.S., one tends to be in a bubble where there sometimes doesn't seem to be a need to venture outside of it. The fact that there's a whole other portion of the world which is so culturally different is not so significant to many Americans.
