did he do any crusade in Nigeria? Not sure. Maybe he preached at rccg redemption camp once, not too sure about that. But his books Successful Home cell groups, HolySpiriit my Senior partner, the fourth dimension, are all world best sellers. I wonder why you haven't heard of him.

He was a force to reckon with in Christiandom. People travelled all around the world to his church to learn church growth and home cell/ fellowship systems. The top men of God in Nigeria who have big churches have in one time or the other, visited his church. And they area all using his recommend home cell structure.

A TRIBUTE TO DR DAVID YONGGI CHO

Years back, about 2007, I came across the book; Successful home cell groups, Written in the 1981.
I looked up the name of the author and it was Dr yonggi Cho, never heard of him then.
After reading that book, I knew a lot about Church growth and home cell groups, even more than my close relative who owns the book but have not gone through it.
His teaching on the Holy Spirit in the book was the foundation for his book; Holy Spirit my Senior Partner.

Please if your a pastor, layman, or you love the Lord, go through that book. You will learn much about Church growth, The Holy Spirit, Marriage, Family life e.t.c.

In as much as I am Patient because of my calling and apt to teach even the weakest, there are somethings I won't take from anyone, not even here.

I appreciate your contributions, questions, discussions, arguments and criticisms, but yesterday was something else.

Just like my moniker dangerous boy, am a terror and danger to the kingdom of darkness, and a joy to the kingdom of light.

I have the Spirit of God, and I can discern things. And what I know about her is that she's a good person.

If you or anyone care or prays for her as you claim to be doing, you will be encouraging and counseling her when you noticed those traits you mentioned. After all the word says we should bare one another's burden and pray for one another's healing.

Well I don't expect people like you to see beyond the surface but I do.

*WHEN GOD GET'S JEALOUS*

2 Corinthians 11:2 - For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin.

God gets jealous. Surprised? He even told us one of his name's, which is ''Jealous''. Exo 34:14. But why do God get jealous.

God gets jealous when we put anything above him in our lives. Its like the jealous feeling you get when your spouse spend much time with someone else than you.

He can't stand seeing us drifting away from his hands. And sometimes he allow those things that we place above him to burn us so that we can come back to him.

The Story of Abraham when God told him to sacrifice Isaac, is a classic example of God's Jealousy.

Family, Friends, Money, Entertainment, Food, and even sleep could become idols in our lives, when we put them before God. So let's give God first place in our lives. ( further reading, Gen 22:1-20,)

I was thinking @ the bolded, if also Daniel had said one thing but then flip-flopped and done another.
Like say, hypothetically, Daniel made an affirmative decision to pray for "21" days regardless of anything, yet had an unexpected opportunity to pray for half of the days -- only "11" days-- (without any repercussion and with the same result as if he had prayed for the "21". Would there technically be anything wrong with Daniel choosing the "11" day praying? Some would say "no". But I personally would say "yes" there would be a problem. The issue is with integrity. Daniel made an affirmative decision and needed to be an example not only to himself, but to God. He had to be a "man of his words"...even if something was seemingly harmless.
You get what I'm saying right?

One thing I'm trying to perfect is being a woman of my words...having the integrity of Daniel.
For example, like saying I'm not gonna say/do something adamantly and then switch up and do it anyway because a circumstance (although harmless) may be more favorable...you know what I mean?
Although the circumstance may be more favorable, I still need to keep to my word about a particular stance at least for the time being...
My "yea" has to be "yea" & my "nay" has to be "nay"...no flip-flopping.

Prayer does and can change things though..as you know. I appreciate the effort and this post though...

IT'S MORE THAN LIFE

Romans 14:8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

In One of the Communist country where religious gathering/activity were prohibited, a group of believers held underground meetings.

Their location was busted, and a group of soldiers invaded their gathering. They brought a picture of Jesus and asked that those who are for Jesus should move to the right side where the picture was, and those who are not, should move to where they were.

Now those Christians moved to were the soldiers was, renouncing their Faith, except a lady who moved to where Jesus was, and kissed the picture, standing by him.

The Soldiers thought to themselves; if these ones could deny their Master, then they can join forces with our enemies and fight against us. They killed those Christians, saving the lady who stood for her Faith.

Jesus, your faith, your salvation is worth dying for. Our hope is not only in this world because, the world and it's system will pass away, but those who stand for the Lord will shine like the stars � of the sky forever (please study Daniel 12:1-3)

Philippians 1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Sometimes, from a very tall building or footbridge, I look at the world, as far as my eyes can see, observing nature and how busy humans are.

And I begin to wonder; all the stress, all the fame, all the wealth, are all vanities. In other words, they are temporary. And a lot of people kill themselves and others to get acquire these things.

Someone said get rich or die trying. Acquiring wealth is not wrong, if it is gotten in the right way.

All these things will pass, and we will see the master face to face and give account of how we led our life someday. That's why living for Jesus should be Paramount in our Lives.

RECOGNIZE THE INNER WITNESS

Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

A man one day after praying for protection, embarked on a road trip. He had an accident and sustained some injuries. He wondered why God would not protect him even though he prayed.

He met his Pastor and told him what happened. The Pastor Smiled and asked him if he felt like not taking the trip after he prayed. His response was in the affirmative.

When he finished praying, he had this inner witness, deep down in his spirit, not to take the trip but he didn't listen. He didn't know that God gave him the answer and the protection he sought through the inner witness.

Aside from God's word, the second primary way God leads the believer is through the inner witness. Why? Because the Holy Spirit is in your Spirit, and your Spirit is his candle. Prov 20:27

Interesting claim which seems to run contrary to Jesus Christ's own declaration to us as given in Matthew 13 vs 10 - 13 .

Following what Jesus Christ said there particularly in verse 12, only those who reason things out will have more understanding given to me whereas those who refuse to reason things out will have even the little understanding they have taken away from them.

You claim you received 'sound' advice from an Mog, turns out the advice you received disagrees with that which Jesus Christ said.

Are you certain your are indeed able to discern spiritual things, as you claim, since you refuse to do even that Jesus Christ states must take place in order for discernment to be availed you? Did Jesus Christ lie?

' Reason things out' that's how you want to put it? Ok. But do you know why they didn't want to reason things out? It's because it doesn't seems reasonable. Why?because it is spiritually discerned. That's why the just lives and walks by Faith.

DISCERNING SPIRITUAL THINGS

1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Years back, I and a friend went to minister and he gave a word of knowledge and I wondered how and when he received it, so I questioned him.

His reply to me which I will never forget is; You don't reason spiritual things, but receive spiritual things. Back then I wondered but I know better now.

God is not in the mental realm, you can't figure him out with your mind. Spiritual things does not make sense to the natural man. For example you can't use your mind to understand the new birth.

That's why whatever God tells you, or promises you, stop figuring out how he will do it, that's up to him. Just believe and receive.

58 Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

There are those who can't pursue their vision because they are overly sensitive to what people would say or do to them.

In the pursuit of your goals, there would always be mockers and backbiters, but don't worry, they would always be behind you while you make Progress.

Be overwhelmed with the Joy of reaching your goals or the glory of what you would achieve. At the end when you realize your vision, they would be dumbfounded.

Discerning God's Voice

John 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

The Story of a young lady, made the headline of a Major Newspaper some time ago in Nigeria. She was reported to have heard a voice which she thought was God's, urging her to kill her Auntie's Child.

She went ahead to carry out the instruction she received. Neighbours were amazed at this act of hers because, she was very religious.

It doesn't matter how loud, big or deep is the voice, if it doesn't line up with God's word, then it's to be discarded.

When God speaks, it is always in accordance with what he have already said.
