That's poor reporting from the OP, at a time during the protest in Abuja , it became rough and the police were shooting and many ran away, but Davido, Adeyanju and many others stood and while the pandemonium was ongoing , Davido knelt down and rose up his hand while the armed security operatives approaches him , as a sign of no violent... It was tough, Davido tried , during such protest anything can happen in the name of incidental discharge mostly when they have grudges against u. It after everything that Davido admonished the crowd to remain peaceful to achieving the goal, and thanks be to Allah, the security operatives were understandable , they didn't arm Davido nor Adeyanju and those with them at that particular time...


The main point here is not just about ENDSARS, but has shown the youths how powerful they are if they united for a course

Yea, you are very correct , but also look at it from the angle where our people can reach the leaders through their social media aides , cos the oppression with the masse is much an dthe leaders are't aware of it , so many things are happening in the streets that the masses cannot reach the leaders but with social media present , it's possible but the big issue is also using it to oppress the people .

If what played out in Edo happens in Ondo, Akaete will lose no doubt , the political trend in both states are very similar tho not the same , cos the stake in Edo was large , which makes the president to warn all parties to avoid violent and also gave a stern directive to the security agencies to be neutral in the election , even as a South south state , we saw what happened in Bayelsa 2016, it war , the federal might was defeated , same in Rivers , many soldiers were killed.


But I don't expect to see a replay of Edo2020 in Ondo2020, if that happens, Gov Akaete is a goner... The Govs will always protect their own for a second term.
