yea thanks. I used ucweb on my phone and I was able to get the original site unlike what opera mini id giving me. now I have the following challenges, vtunnel.com is d web vpn I used to register and my new account shows am from U S of A. but when I try to create a gif on that account the category selection drop down isn't working but on the Nigerian account it works. is there any vpn I can use that will change that so I may continue with my us ip account.
2. what image size is required? the gig creator kept rejecting the image bit I guess its around 600 by 1000px. thank you.

lakefist: use boat browser for the mobile site it will work.operamini will not open fiverr but opera mobile will also open fiverr.
theres difference btw operamini and opera mobile browser.

ejiykzazi2007: I heard they are debating on scrapping NIMC. Its objectives suppose to be added to the once of NPC, then revitalise d commision and not duplicate responsibilities by creating NIMC. Dats wot I heard but not from a reliable source.

can you show me the right procedure because I trued it on my system its just a video thrash that kept popping up and every time u click the drop down its the same thing for all the drop down they didn't work. what else can cause this?

Nimc is just too silent beyond normal but I really dont think this can confer any qualification of professionalism in them. its almost one year this recruitment started despite d board meeting that was held very recently I dont expect this level of delay anymore.

brosiye99: The way FG works is not as you are insinuating. even though NIMC is a special commission under the Presidency, it does not mean they can always have access to money just like that. Yearly allocations and budgets are made for different ministries, parastatal and commissions even if they are revenue generating ones like FIRS, Customs etc. Therefore, if their allocation is exhausted for the year, nothing much can be done about it till the next budget cycle. Mind you with the salary review that is being done and the huge numbers to be employed, the salaries and emoluments would gulp billions in one full year. right now it is the capital votes part of the NIMC budget that is being expended on building and completing and furnishing new offices nationwide.(i know a contractor that is currently supplying furnishing and security doors right now to state offices. So in summary, the money they have now is being expended in putting in place critical infrastructure, equipment to drive the project. not much can go into recurrent expenditure such as salaries apart from for current staff.

did they not plan/ have funds for payment of salary of their disengaged staffs?

adetowubo001: I want to disagree when people say paucity of funds could be slowing the recruitment process down. I have two reasons for this: (1). The federal govt knows full well the importance of this project. (2). Because the Commission is directly under the Presidency via the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, it can never suffer from the disease called "lack of funds."
Therefore my summation on what could be delaying this final phase of recruitment will tow the line that some people have suggested: someone who's suppose to sign could be absent for one reason or the other. Or, the Board all-together is yet to do final approval to the list.
Whichever may be the case, let's keep drinking that water of patience that we've drank all along. @DAFESTEVE, am drinking the water with large buckets at the moment.

Belexy 95: For ur information,d chairman of Nimc board has got notin 2 do wit signing Apl,not even d DG. Signing of Apl is solely d job of Human Capital resources dept. @all,u ll definitely be taken aback wen u c ur Apls dated far back july. I tink all these speculations surrounding Apls re nt necessary,jst exercise sm level of patience. Am nt at d hqts(abuja),odawise i wud hav help give u guys info concerning d delay.

this might be TRUE as par july stuff. I also heard an info from a source which told me dat NIMC would'v told us to resume first before d training but you knw Nigerian things with our employers they nid to mk us pay for our transportation fate to abuja.... thanks very much guys I already located where d problem. I copied some derby jar files from d jdk java derby directory n some from my lib folder which I packaged wt my app. that is y its not loading d clientdriver.

my java derby db is not starting outside d IDE when I run d program through netbeans it works fine but when I double click d executable I generated for it d db is not starting.
