Is that so? Hmm tell me something. When I wake up I will answer you. I have lived all my life in edo state and when I left 6 yrs ago it was a sorry sight but when I came in december I was held in awe at the transformation. How many paces have pipe borne water? I attended edo college in the 90's and there was never pipe borne water except the bore hole. I stayed at medical stores road and adolor college road the water situation was on and off that we had to use jerry cans to go look for water over long distances, till we moved to ubth quaters where there was nothing like tap water as the hospital had its bore hole supply. Does water board function well in benin? Go and take statistics a lot of houses have bore hole supply and provide for their neighbours.some sell while others give freely. The bore hole in my house at isihor supplies my neighbours who don't have the means to won one and its for free.In my street alone over 20 houses have bore holes. Go check out the road network the interlinking roads,go check out the way he is trying to fix five junction up. Did the previous administration do even a quater of what Oshiomole did in just four years and still counting. I aint holding forte for him but for God's sake when you see progress or something tangible been done, try and appreciate it. All these achievements aint a big deal cos its what the people deserve good roads, water and electricity. That said for the street lights I can't say much cos I don't go out at night and if I may ask has there ever been a time when street light worked in benin after oyegun era? The only street light I ever knew worked are the ones at ring road while the ugbowo uselu axis is always off and on . From the end of your post I can see you are a pdp apologist nuff said |

Like the accident today of kogi state governor the car tyre burst was systemically suppose to kill the governor who unfortunately is a muslim,so who burst the tyre? Bros I don't know where you get your conspiracy theories from,Suntai wanted a pilot to fly his plane and he refused telling him that it wasn't safe to fly at that time of the night and against advise he flew the plane himself(he is a certified pilot) and we know how it ended. For yakowa and azazi, don't forget that his plane was late so azazzi asked him to accomapny him to port harcourt in the ill fated chopper. There could be a conspiracy but for now with tha facts on ground there is none for now. For the surgeon that was killed is he a governor or politician? |

Slow your roll and face the issue on ground,no need for name calling a wrong decision Elueme: Leave those nitwits to continue in their wailings. The pain is that their paymasters and tribal heroes are not favoured in the appointments so they gonna cry wolves. However, why is ACN compensating their party faithfuls with all kinds of frivolous contracts and appointments. How many boards are the likes of Lai Mohammed holding. I think the man Lai Mohammed hails from Lagos but was a commissioner in Osun at a time. Why are Tinubus controlling the revenue drive of Lagos state? Edo State for instance, ACN faithfuls are chairmen and members of all the boards, no outsider. Irrespective of where on planet earth, party faithfuls control governing boards of ministries, departments and agencies. So these nitwits should stop being jealous and live up to the reality that things like these are the benefits of being in the winning party just as Fashola, Oshomohle , Ajimobi ,Aregbesola and fayemi are busy enriching his party stalwarts. |
So its only in lagos state that party faithfuls are given post abi,the scenario is different in pdp controlled states? Must you drag ACN, into this fray. Stick to the topic and stop hyperventillating over ACN,its not like they are any better but for God sake this is a wrong decision by whoever made it but its on record its under the pdp government Sincere 9gerian: Board appointments are PERIPHERAL appointments. Yes peripheral appointments can be used to compensate party faithfuls. GEJ went for competence and FIRST ELEVEN in selecting his ministers and heads of departments. These are the people that do the REAL work that affect you and I. They are the DRIVERS of the transformation agenda. Check them out: |
Depending on the nature of the job though i doubt it would be as a standard. Your blood pressure being high could be associated with a myriad of conditions from anxiety,to systemic conditions like high cholesterol level to tumours and even kidney problems, but take note a one off high blood pressure doesnt make you to be hypertensive( there is what you call essential hypertension) so relax my guy and take good care of your health. Let me share an experience i went for a job interview though its in the medical line and mt bp was 170/100 and i knew it was as a result of the stress i have been through in the last couple of months but i was made toi undergo all the necessary test from chilesterol to urinalysis,ECG,ultra sound scan and all came out well but meanwhile i was given the job, started work self before i did this additional test and am still there and my bp is normal |
Is that so,hmmm anti GEJ nothern cabal, just the same way they almost killed Suntai abi. Well let all the theories flie pro and con time will tell. My consolation is that we will all die and face judgement for our actions and inactions positive or negative Sincere 9gerian: This silly thread was just to divert attention from the real suspects, who are anti-GEJ cabal. To say GEJ will sacrifice Yakowa to get at Azazi for a mere suspicion that Azazi is fraternising with anti-GEJ elements is senseless. Yakowa is one governor in the north that could GUARANTEE 99% of the delegates from his state for GEJ come 2015 PDP primary election. Why would GEJ sacrifice that on mere suspicion? Nonsense. The death of Yakowa had completely distorted every calculation that had been done previously about the 2015 elections. However you look at it, GEJ has lost some potential votes in PDP 2015 primary. The real suspects in the death of Yakowa and Azazi are the northern anti-GEJ cabal |
Read Azazi, Yakowa Tragedy: Crashed Navy Helicopter Had ‘Engine Failure’ After 10 Trips Posted: December 16, 2012 - 20:37 http://saharareporters.com/news-page/azazi-yakowa-tragedy-crashed-navy-helicopter-had-%E2%80%98engine-failure%E2%80%99-after-10-trips By SaharaReporters, New York The Nigeria navy executive Agusta 109E helicopter, which crashed yesterday killing Kaduna State Governor Patrick Yakowa, former NSA Andrew Owoye Azazi and four others, had engine failure, naval sources have said. SaharaReporters learned that the pilot of the helicopter communicated with the control tower in Port Harcourt to report the problem before it crashed to the ground and caught fire. The chopper belonged to the Nigeria navy, but it had been placed at the exclusive service of the president in the Niger Delta region. The navy has had three Agusta 109E helicopters. In 2007, one of them crashed due to bad weather as it approached the Owerri airport in the night, accompanying INEC election materials. Four persons died in the crash. The other two, NN07 and NN08, which actively worked the Bayelsa airspace yesterday, were commissioned in 2009. Sources told SaharaReporters that the choppers had been placed almost exclusively at the service of President Goodluck Jonathan and his cronies, which is the reason why they were deployed to carry VIPs to and from the Port Harcourt International Airport for a private burial event of presidential aide Oronto Douglas that had no official value. Prior to yesterday's deadly flight, the naval choppers also carried VIPs to the funeral of President Jonathan's brother, Meni, less than two weeks ago. At the time of the crash, the helicopter had reportedly done 10 shuttle trips between Port Harcourt and the burial place of Mr. Douglas's father in Okoroba. Landing and taking off from the soccer field of a decrepit local school in the town. The flight was reportedly the last one, but the engine failed some ten minutes after takeoff, leading to the fatal crash. President Jonathan, who had earlier attended an overnight “Holy Ghost Congress” at the Redeemed Church of God on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway then issued a terse statement which revealed the names of crash victims and the usual promise that a probe of the crash will be conducted. Meanwhile, Mr. Jonathan has ordered two new luxury helicopters from the same manufacturer, AgustaWestland, the Anglo-Italian helicopter company based in Italy. The two AW 101 VIP helicopters will cost Nigeria $40 million. In 2010, Mr. Jonathan ordered three presidential jets as soon as he took office. |
iamtheprincipal: I knew it all that the Northern Oligachy, the main sponsors of BOKO HARAM is at work. They planted a device in the helicopter before it left Bayelsa & they have succeeded in uprooting Yakowa & Azizi but GOD will avenge their deaths. And you couldnt even warn them or tell the security operatives in other words you are an accessory cos you said you knew its the nothern oligraphs and went ahead to say a device was planted in the chopper. |
Yahaya85: All thanks to Almighty Allah for bringing back the throne of power in Kaduna and Taraba states to muslims,Ya Allah pls do To Badluck jonathan and other elections riggers As you do to Yakowa and Dan baba suntaiA day awaits you that you will account for every alphabet you typed in this post, this is supposed to be a time of sober reflection and commiserate with the bereaved. God some peeps just act as if they dont have a conscience but infact it pricks them all day |
nne3870: Hmmm.. Like they knew he was going to die yesterday! Btw this makes it d 2nd northern christian governor to have a plane crash.... Hope is not what am thinking... Rip yakowaGo read the crash reports well Suntai flew the plane himself against the pilot's advise, infact the pilot refused to fly the plane saying its not safe to fly that plane after six pm and we all know how it ended. Yakowa's plane was late on arrival so Azzazi asked him to accompany him in the ill fated chopper( go read the press release of the navy and abati) but if anybody has a hand in all these God will sure judge. I pray God comforts the bereaved |

For her unconditional love, care and she was always there for the four of us. She went the extra mile to make us happy, denied herself of so much so we could be happy. I remember those nights she would sew school uniforms to make extra income to support dad. She was an epitome of humility, she touched so many lives to the glory of God. Its so unfortunate cancer snatched you from us 8 months ago. |
Former undisputed heavyweight boxing champion of the world Mike Tyson is said to be ‘feeling fine’ after undergoing successful gender reassignment surgery at a clinic near Beverley Hills. Once known as ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’, the Brooklyn-born boxer told reporters that having his first menstrual cycle ‘would be a dream come true’, and that from now on he would be known as Michelle. ‘Some people might think it strange that I’m now a woman,’ said former rapist Tyson, who underwent complete facial feminization, orbital bone contouring and nasal surgery in an operation lasting over 16 hours. ‘But even at the height of my career, when pound for pound I was regarded as the best fighter in the world, I never lost touch with my feminine side and knew that one day I would grow breasts and have a vagina.’ Iron Mike – or Iron Maiden as he now likes to be called – was given the all-clear for gender reassignment surgery following a successful course in hormone replacement therapy which, in his autobiography, the boxer blamed for his 1996 defeat at the hands of Evander Holyfield. Although at the time Tyson insisted he was fit enough to carry on with the fight, referee Mitch Halpern stopped the bout in the 11th round saying Tyson looked flushed, was sweating profusely and appeared to be lactating heavily from his left breast. Tyson, wearing a blonde wig and looking relaxed in blue jeans and a Vanessa Bruno T-shirt, today said he hoped having a clitoris would finally convince the American people that his ‘bad-boy’ days were over and he had turned over a new leaf. ‘I’m even keeping my surgically removed penis in a jar by my bedside to remind me what those sick perverts did to us pretty boys in prison.’ Although boxing commentators were initially stunned by Tyson’s revelation, many have admitted the signs were there. ‘In hindsight, he had shown a fondness for dressing up in gloves, long leather boots and silk gowns, and he always had a really close interest in earrings. www.faceofmalawi.com/2012/12/mike-t... |
