Is there not a process that can enable prosecution of the FG or it's agencies for stupid acts of negligence such as these? How is it possible that a professional fighter pilot doesn't know not to bomb non-belligerent targets? Wasn't he briefed before the mission? Wasn't he debriefed afterward for them to see how utterly daft he is? Is he aware of the casualties he caused and will he sleep well at night with this knowledge? I am convinced that if Nigeria had external aggressors, they would just march straight to Abuja and occupy; The shoddiness of our armed forces reinforces this thought time and time again. Soldiers deployed to Numan told the youths to 'go front' first, whilst they follow! Youths armed only with cudgels and machetes against well armed and experienced mercenary herdsmen!! If it is to shunt ATM queue, the Nigerian army is at your service, the airforce will see clearly and those bastard Naval ratings can kill for space in front. If it is to chase babes and knacks, they can wear starched camo. Tell them to face BH, all man will lose his rifle and fatigues before you can say Shekau. ![]() |
We really need to stop voting poor leaders who use every opportunity they get to better their lot at the expense of the electorate. This idiot is an example of the useless youth waiting in the wings to take over from the current dolts. ![]() |
ClitoPen:It's a Hedgehog. |
mpowa:No, that adage is no longer applicable to Nigeria. If it was, Ebele would still be president ![]() Bubu has NOT tried, doesn't know how to try and is not willing to even try. |
mpowa:I've not suggested that, but what are the options available? And if you tell me bubu is doing a good job, then I can understand where you're coming from. |
godfatherx:Justifiable fears, but can you afford another 4 years of Buhari? The thought makes me shudder abeg. |
Eh seh ki na bama Bello Yahaya ![]() |
Whilst I agree that we can support a non-northern candidacy, politics is a game of numbers in the end. The south is more heterogeneous than the north- ethnically, culturally and religiously- and tend to have disparate ambitions politically. Your average northerner on the other hand will easily vote a candidate if he speaks Hausa, practises Islam and wears the proper caftan. |
SillyMods:So once anyone criticizes the govt or insists on improved performance, he is wailing and rooting for PDP? That's why I'm so sure PMB will lose in 2019, he embodies everything he once stood against and is entering the same sense of false security as GEJ did. |
Thieves everywhere...Bubu's boys are not here to joke oh! ![]() |
That useless sultan already WARNED that the earlier killings wouldn't go unpunished, tacitly encouraging the Fulani herdsmen to their thing, not that they even need to be prodded. Bloodthirsty gutless murderers. This country is tiring jare. Very soon, one day, there will be a counter militia since the government is really not interested in safeguarding citizens or ensuring justice is served. |
In reality, there are few of our elected officials that are qualified for ANYTHING, which is why they loot and plunder at any given opportunity. This one went to ghost med school and managed to commit fraud in SGB in his spare time. ![]() |
Useless government instituted a policy and cannot fulfill their own part, in the very first instance. How can any set of people be this stupid, and still expect others to "Blow the Whistle"? Very Useless government, just WTH! ![]() |
Rubbish news. EFCC reported that the sentences run concurrently so they are only going to jail for 7 years!! ![]() |
duality:This is where many miss the point. There is NOTHING wrong in seeking a better alternative. There is nothing wrong in holding the said alternative accountable and criticizing rubbish policies. Lastly, there is nothing wrong with being disappointed in this alternative and seeking a replacement. People wrongly assume that once you vote for a person, you have to blindly stand by him and support every single action since you "Rooted for him". |
aolawale025:You're aware that he progressively looted Jigawa state and has a pending case with the EFCC? If PDP is daft or desperate enough to let him become their flag bearer, that's the peak he'll ever reach, FLAG BEARER! PDP's best Northern candidate is Dankwambo. But then, PDP isn't known to ever put their best foot forward. |
The time it takes for those idiots in the Legislature to refer to themselves as distinguished and honorable just makes me want to scream... ![]() I heard of a LOCAL government chairman in Plateau state whose wife insisted EVERYONE call him CHAIR!! Even his childhood friends that came visiting and family members, I mean just WTH!! ![]() |
olu4life:How about workplace injury or disability? Say I contracted a disease at work that cost me use of an organ? Can I make a case? |
Who the hell votes for a vice president....? |
coluka:Don't be an idiot! Do you know for a fact that they celebrated someone else's death? Were you there? Must you justify everything, or make everything about you and yours? |
signz:Spot on! People didn't bother to read between the lines of that article to see that he'll corner the refined petroleum products market with the same tactics and transfer the burden to us. Instead 'He employs thousands, how many do you employ' rant. |
chloride6: ![]() |
obua:All the points you raised were actually addressed in the article. The margin on his cement in Nigeria is almost 30% higher than GLOBAL margins. Let that sink in. He enjoys tax holidays and waivers but found a way to renew his pioneer status soon as it's expiring. He doesn't offer Nigerians any subsidy on his cement, doesn't support our housing policy in any way, cannot sell his cement internationally at the price he offers us and has effectively created a monopoly using the FGN as proxy. Meanwhile, Nigeria is his biggest market! Given these advantages, even you can sell cement and become a billionaire. Dangote shouldn't be castigated because he's an African champion? What happened to corporate governance, and fairness, and forthrightness? Should we celebrate and empower him to the detriment of 180M citizens? The article is factual, and he will admit to enjoying these benefits and more from governments past and present. The man should pay tax at least, since he's fleecing Nigeria per cement bag sold. |
Cacawa2:Hate to burst your bubble but these companies listed are Tech companies, not just websites. It beggars belief that you'd even list Facebook as just a website; have you seen the third party applications and services running on facebook, or the sheer power of their back-end processes. Technology is broad and once you leverage the power it offers to run your business, you may be classified as a tech company. P.S- Is google also just a website?
|
ceekay247:This is not correct. How can you change your picture biko? Can you also change your fingerprints? BVN can only be enrolled in the presence of the customer as the pic is taken on the spot. Is it possible that the OP has multiple faces and wore the wrong one for BVN He confirmed that he went there physically to enrol, how can it not be his picture? |

abumeinben:You said you're here to learn, yet you're being antagonistic. If he has used terms you don't understand, simply ask him to break it down instead of claiming he has said nothing. |
This your heading is not grammatically correct. You may wish to make it more suitable. |
I wonder how 'construction and release of dams' fits into this narrative. I think when you collect enough public funds, your brain turns to mush. ![]() |
This is how I did it....I never saved anything for the swim back.. |
ShyCypher:Insult Buhari, but the body bags of our troops are very real....unless you wish to counter this as well? I bet you're NOWHERE near the theatre of this war neither will you be in the near future. 1. We used to have obsolete jets, we have some new ones now. 2. Of course you're not meant to be able to decipher the coordinates just by zooming, doesn't mean it's fake, maybe just classified. 3. Other countries have satellites, and you pay them for access such as this, you were right, no camera on the jets. War is an expensive and awful business, it's easy to occasionally get cynical when you're far from it. |
