Why doesnt cbn directly allocate to end user.there is system but i guess banks or cbn doesnt want to be transparent in allocation. How would CBN achieve direct allocation to end users? If you think Commercial banks are corrupt, you haven't patronised CBN directly then. Asides the fact that they're incredibly inept, they can STEAL, and still point fingers at you as the accused.

All government vehicles in Nigeria ought to be Innoson, whether they paint them yellow or green and white doesn't really matter to me. Why would a director ride an Audi Q7 as an official vehicle? Whose funds were used to procure the vehicle? That's a high end luxury SUV.
