What the guy did was wrong. Guys saying that it was right. Lets look at it this way. You visit your padi and he invites you to the bar to take 0ne one. Then you get there and finish drinking and he asks you to pay. If he did not plan on paying, why did he invite you.

I did not stab her, she stabbed herself. The problem with this generation is that they dont like to take responsibility for their actions/choices. Someone has to tell them the truth. I made mistakes, but mistatgrt level. If I eat too much, it is a mistake. The consequence is that i get fat. But if i kill people, na mistake too. The consequence is death penalty. So i have to be careful the level of mistake i make.

The problem with this generation is that they believe they can get away with it. And it's because of people like you, who are willing to forgive at a moment's notice, that they feel encouraged to make these mistakes without thinking about the future. angry

Nobody is willing to have some discipline again. How can an adult, a future mother, make videos of herself having sex? Somethings are just plain unacceptable.

And i refuse to place this misdemeanor on the same pedestal as "everyone makes mistakes". Bc her children will be confronted with this video. they and their own children will be the victims of her selfishness. Did she even think of her parents? Future husband? What was she thinking?

I'm Not righteous myself. But there are certain things i protect young ones from.

God will forgive her but she doesn't deserve my sympathy and she will not get it.

I'm sorry.

Just wondering. Are you angry because she was shagging another girl or because she made a video of the shagging (which i don't think was for commercial purpose) or because the video leaked?

She should have just kept quiet and let it go. Do you know how many leaked sex tapes and videos. Those things have short lifespans. With time folks will move on and forget. I always tell my hommies that they should avoid doing silly shyte now cos they are broke. Those silly shyte could come back to hunt them in the future when they least expect it. By the time it comes back to hunt them, they might be worth a whole lot more than the money that made them commit the dumb act. Well, her life, her bidniss. I pity the girl though. The video reminds me of that pulse, Spell cucumber video. I like cucumber. grin

It might not be the foundation for love but it is also important. Things could go both ways. Even the guy needs money to survive. Dating a broke guy until he gets rich does not mean that he will be faithful when rich. Some broke guys too just want to shag and don't have good intentions. Nobody will appreciate guys that keeps giving excuses when asked for money. Say you have a room mate that keeps saying that he does not have money when its time to contribute for anything in the house, the guys living with him wont be happy. Its like bella is not married yet. If you don't have a good source of income, please don't marry a guy whose source of income cannot sustain the whole family or else your kids will drink akamu tire.

Nairaland / General / Man Catches Wife Having Sex With Boyfriend On Matrimonial Bed, Intruder Escapes by dartsidius7(m): 8:19pm On Mar 20, 2015
A Ugandan man was shocked to his bone marrow when he walked into his house and caught his wife red handed having sex with her boyfriend on their matrimonial bed.
And in a bid to escape, the boyfriend jumped through the window naked, still wearing the condom he wore while in action.
MyZimbabwe reports that the adulterous woman, Audrey Mbama Mutambayashata, had been fond of bringing men to sleep with her whenever the husband, Gabriel Mutaisi, went out and on the fateful day, the husband decided to come home early and bumped into the sex-craze pair on his bed going at themselves like two rabbits in heat.
A angry husband told the newspaper:
"The boyfriend panicked and jumped out of the window naked, still wearing the condom. He hadn't even finished his round. The boyfriend then escaped and left his shoes and clothes. The condom was still on when he escaped.
I returned home and heard someone screaming in sexual pleasure while I was still outside. When I opened the door I found them having sex.
They were so busy that they even failed to realise that the door had been opened and only reacted when I asked what they were doing.
I then put an iron bar on the door and called my uncle to witness. I was so angry and my uncle had to restrain me from assaulting them.
Audrey has since lodged a complaint with the police saying I assaulted her. She also got a chance to escape and ran to the police leading to my arrest but I narrated the issue to police and they took us to public relations office where she confessed that she had been cheating with many boyfriends."
The cheating wife also admitted her crimes to the media:
"Yes he caught me with my friend but we were not having sex. We were just seated on the bed. We have been having problems for a very long time."

IF I am going to employ you, will I not ask for your CV? Will I not ask for your past records? Why do employers ask for references and why do they sometimes call your former boss?

If your past is tainted, we cannot trust our future to you. That is the most basic issue in any election. Buhari's past is useless so any promise from him for a bright future is a farce! You can keep your lie lie change!

Going by your logic of past references when it comes to viewing a CV. You are only talking about GMB's past records, lay that record beside GEJs' and then tell us why we should not vote for GMB (Just curious). If we had 75,000 unemployed youths back then and as at 2012, 54% of Nigerian youths are unemployed (based on the NBS). Even if you compare the entire population back then to now. GMB's CV is still looking better. The folks that applied for the NIS recruitment alone was close 75k. Infact word out now is that it has risen to 80%.

This coming election has been riddled with all sorts of campaigns of calumny. Its getting ridiculous. The way i see it, GEJ would not have needed to campaign much if he had really performed well in the past 6 years. His works would have spoken for him. adanny01:

The reason i said i see no sense in all you have said is because inspite of the fact that you think you have a point, there is none to see.

Just as you see APC to be desperate for power, i see PDP as desperate to keep it.

I had to go back to your opening post, all i saw are personal opinions and questions. Thats why i have not seen a point in all you have said. If you say APC is deaperate, thats just your personal opinion. If you say APC is desperate and go ahead to cite a comment or an action of the party that supports your opinion, only then do you have a point. So far, you have made no point but have given so many personal opinions that didnt make sense, until you make a point by given reasons for your opinion.

After all, ask yourself, has PDP done their best. If yes, has Nigeria improved so much that you think PDP or the government can now relax and demand for praise. If no, in what areas do you think PDP hasnt done well, would you tell them? You will end up criticising the government yourself just like the APC does unless you choose to be sentimental and continue supporting a mediocre non performing government.

Face the truth, there is alot to be done, am not satisfied with the current government, APC needs to tell them and push them till they do it well.

Good one. I believe that if PDP had performed a little bit, it would be hard to criticize them without people raising their eyebrows. I am a bit confused as to what the writer wants. That the Opposition party (that’s controlling only a few states) should oppose the ruling party without criticizing their flawed policies. You want APC to only campaign based on their achievements in the states that they control. You want APC to extend an arm or co-operation to the PDP that keeps playing games and pointing accusing fingers in terms of the boko haram menace. And the OP has still not talked about what good policies that have been criticized by the opposition. Then he talks about desperation of APC to seize power, what about the desperation of PDP to retain it. One of the things that pisses me off the most about the ruling party are the excuses that they give for some of the actions taken in terms of corruption. I want to see how PDP will act when they become the opposition. I bet that according to the OP they will NOT criticize APC, why? Because PDP is a good party and APC is full of Crap. Do you need any other proof of the fact that the OP is sentimentally leaning towards PDP.

Politics / Re: So, General Buhari Tried To Kill Himself? by dartsidius7(m): 8:19pm On Jul 28, 2014
bushdoc9919: Before I make my comment....a disclaimer.

I am not here to argue for a Buhari Presidency, a Northern presidency,or a PDP continuation...nor am I here to insult anyone's tribe or religion.

The truth of the matter is that those who argue that Buhari is behind the bombs....including the attack on his convoy....are doing so because they do not want a Northerner in power. Some do it because of bitterness against percieved injustices by the North over the years...and yes, they have happened....see the recent 2011 violence...and so far no one has been brought to justice. But the real argument is for a continued enjoyment of Southern power.

And those who argue that the govt is culpable do so out of bitterness that the North has gotten a raw deal from the govt. That they are not feeling the govt, that they are being discriminated and losing their rights. And so on.

The truth of the matter is that both conspiracy theorists are WRONG. Yes,a lot of bombs have gone off....but despite the brutal attacks on chrurches....there have been brutal attacks on public places....and Muslims as well as Christians have died. And suffered. (Keep in mind that the CHibok girls were not the only girls kidnapped up north....hundreds of other girls have been taken by Boko...and most of em are Muslim). It must be noted that attacks on churches have been prevented....in Imo, for example.

So, Boko is making everyone suffer. Yet, because of our idea that leadership is about sharing money at the top....not about using your available resources to achieve development.....we make every disadvantage a means of tribal argument. Thus the ridiculous theories flying around.....that Buhari is responsible for the attack on himself (an attack which might have left him dead...if not from the bullets from the shock)...or that GEJ is responsible for the attack.(which he isn't....GEJ is not so foolish as to orchestrate an attack that would lead to more instability and destruction on a wide scale).

In my opinion, I am thankful that we are going through the fire...because as any goldsmith will tell you...fire is good for purging out the impurities. You see....Boko is showing Nigerians for who we are.We are a heartless, morally bankrupt people. Or tell me which kind of people would accuse....without proof....their president of orchestrating violence to keep himself in power. Or which kind of people would accuse an opposition leader....one who in a past career fought against Islamist milltants...and had to cope with them as head of State...of orchestrating violence that has killed hundreds of his core support. And the annoying thing is that both allegations are made without proof. Indeed I am scared to be a Nigerian....because someone can accuse me now of evil and millions will believe it. What kind of people are we? That we easily believe lies?

What we need to do now is unite against Boko(short term). But long term, we need to change our ideas about development. We need to stop thinking that development is all about how much oil money we get....(hey,let'sbe honest....all this argument is about who gets to share oil money at Aso Rock) and from the state level start using what we have to make products that we can market for income. One reason why I am opposed to resource control....even though it would benefit me....is because Nigerians are arguing for resource control based on the idea that more money to share amongst ourselves= development. And that money would be used not for development...but to import and import stuff we would pose with....rather than invest in science, technology and industrial innovation to produce more permanent jobs...and to make education more attractive....even for the most fanatical. Yes, we are using Boko to argue for more oil money....even threatening secession so that we can enjoy the oil money....or unity so that we never lose sight of oil money to share. Infact, Nigerians are so backward that we really do not deserve the oil money. Infact,if I was president...I would cut each and every state allowances by 50% and use the money to guarantee free education, power and health....and transport infrastructure...and leave the states to use their resources to develop.

So Nigerians....stop lying against Buhari, PDP, Chibok, etc. This crisis isn't about your right to more oilmoney....or whether you feel cheated. Let us untie toghether....and develop not only a strong security infrastructure....but a strong industrial structure...so that we can have jobs and an end to the environment that fosters Boko Haram. And lets stop lying. Yes you may not like Buhari or PDP....but that isno excuse to lie against them. We have a serious problem....and there is no time for petty tribalism-driven internet wars.

P.S....If you have been reading...and want to respond...feel free....but any insults would be reported to the mods. I am sorry....but I do not appreciate people using the languages of the fo./.wl species.

God bless you.

Acidosis: There is absolutely no relationship between poverty and love.

Love does not come with "conditions". When you love someone because ..., then it's not Love.

"For God love the world, that he gave ...

When you LOVE, all that goes through your mind should/would be what to give not what to get. Unfortunately, this concept has been bastardized.

What can you give? Time? Commitment? Faithfulness?... All these come before s. €x and gift/money.

You cant just love someone for no damn reason. Something has to attract you to the person, could be looks, personality, ambition etc. Even with God's love, worship and get rewarded or disobey and burn in hell. It always comes with a condition.

alienvirus: Shut it my friend. Digest this and come back to thank me later.
In August 2009, the Sanusi led the Central Bank to "rescue" Afribank, Intercontinental Bank, Union Bank, Oceanic Bank and Finbank by bailing them out with 400 billion naira of public money, and dismissed their chief executives. Some point to other factors including religious, ethnic and existing bank records and plans to say he in fact had a hidden agenda. He said "We had to move in to send a strong signal that such recklessness on the part of bank executives will no longer be tolerated." 16 senior bank officials faced charges that included fraud, lending to fake companies, giving loans to companies they had a personal interest in and conspiring with stockbrokers to boost share prices, and today he has been appointed as the Emir of Kano by Gov. Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso of Kano following the departure of Alh. Ado Bayero.[11] In September 2009, he said that 15 of the current 24 Nigerian banks might survive reform in the banking sector.[12]

In a wide-ranging interview with the Financial Times in December 2009, Sanusi defended the extensive reforms that he had initiated since taking office, dubbed by some as the "Sanusi tsunami". Some believe that he had a personal vendetta against some of the bank CEOs while others point to proof of mismanagement of funds by some of the CEOs, most notably Cecelia Ibru as justification for the steps he implemented. He noted that there was no choice but to attack the many powerful and interrelated vested interests who were exploiting the financial system, and expressed his appreciation of support from the Presidency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, the finance minister and others.[13]

In January 2010, Sanusi said that banks will only want to give credit to Nigeria’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs), if the government gives adequate attention to the provision of infrastructure.[14]

In January 2010, Sanusi admitted that since 2005 the Central Bank had not conducted routine examinations of the 14 banks allocated to it under the sharing arrangement with Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).[15] Abubakar Nagona, president of Integrated Development and Investment Service (IDIS), a venture capital investment company urged Sanusi to "not be cowed and succumb to undue pressure from operators of the same sector he is striving to bring sanity to."[16] At a February 2010 conference on banking in Nigeria, Sanusi described his blueprint for reforming the Nigerian financial system. He said that it was built around four pillars of enhancing the quality of banks, establishing financial stability, enabling healthy financial sector evolution and ensuring that the financial sector contributes to the real economy.[17] Talking later that month, Sanusi said that the crash in the capital market was due to high level of financial illiteracy on the part of Nigerian investors.[18]

The Banker recognized him as the Central Bank Governor of the Year 2010 citing his radical anti-corruption campaign aimed at saving 24 banks on the brink of collapse and pressing for the managers involved in the most blatant cases of corruption to be charged and, in the case of two senior bankers, imprisoned...Wikipedia

Some folks die while waiting for or trying to collect thier pension, while the thief that stole the funds rides around in a lovely G-wag. Plus, what happened to other forms of embezzlement, the kind that the president, his party, the opposition parties and all the other criminals that we have voted into office out of our own shear stupidity commit. I think we should just go wayyyyy back to the past and make burning at the stake the punishment for corruption. CRAP.
