FamilyRe: Husband Smokes Weed by dartsidius7(m): 5:09pm On Nov 12, 2012
Michky: Some people even go mad from smoking this shiit. Everyone saying its good on this thread must be trying to justify their helpless addiction. There's a school built by lagos state for such substance addicts. Many of its inmates are kids from well to do homes. Their families took them there as a last resort. Mehn, you need to see what this weed is doing to good homes. Yall should look for that school and get treated now abeg!
The kids in that school you mentioned are high off something else. I have been smoking for a long time and it has not stopped me from achieving. Butt, we are all entitled to our opinion, i believe that you should do what works for you. where is this school that you so speak of in lagos?

FamilyRe: Husband Smokes Weed by dartsidius7(m): 3:48pm On Nov 12, 2012
tpia1: Almost everybody smokes weed these days ( including about 96% of nairalanders).

If she's worried about it then she should pray for God to touch the guy and she will need extra amounts of grace to be able to cope.

Its just another of those things people have to come to terms with these days when it comes to relationships.

There's always the option of smoking it with him but if she's a christian, she wouldnt be advised to do that.
cheesy cheesy cheesy very true.

SELFWORTH: There are a lot of things the bible does not mention or call a sin but we all know that as children of God we should not do it. If you fear God, you will avoid anything that can contaminate your soul, mind and spirit including weed smoking. But I understand from a lot of postings here that its ok for a man to be smoking weed for all sorts of manmade reasons . Thank God , my friends and family don't fall into this ignorant category who believes such nonsense.
I bet someone you know smokes weed but you dont know.

daryoor: why did God create weed? so we can smoke dat sh*t. smiley
If u want to end yr marriage give the real reason dont blame it on the weed. There lots of upright, productive and creative people take marijuana.
cheesy cheesy cheesy tell them.

mrrock: I' am terrified by comments on this thread. Really, there's no hope for this country.
i dont undersit your comment, are you saying that because of the high population of people that smoke weed in this country, we cant move forward. Obama confessed to smoking weed as a youth. FYI.

baddiguy: SINGING..."so what we get hiiiiiigh?

we don't care how dey feeeeel.
so wat we puff mooooore? dats how its supposed to beeeeeeeee!

shymexx: The same dirty looking Nigerian army?

The same Army that created more than 1million kids in Liberia and Sierra Leone?

You must be having a laugh, mate..
dirty you say. do you know how bad the US army left vietnam. turned almost all their women to hos. they are soldiers, what do you expect. and nope, i am not having a laugh. i appreciate what i have.

typical. cheesy. Thank you very much sir. assignment, go to wikipedia, type nigerian army, read up, then type zimbabwean army. you will be surprised.
PoliticsRe: Stop Visiting War-Torn And Hungry Nigeria – Zimbabwe First Lady Warns Citizens by dartsidius7(m): 2:03pm On Nov 12, 2012
pato405: okey docky then. suffice it to say hence that Nigeria is at blissful 'peace' even when ppl live in precarious insecurity not knowing when or where the next explosion will ravage. don't miss the context of the 'war-torn' she used out of lingual naivete. you don't have to take tenses literally always. use your noggin. To feign ignorance of what she meant by that statement is the hight of self-delusion. Africans in general (not just Mrs. Mugabe) are not oblivious of the current state of disarray in Nigeria. lets stop pretending and trying to put up appearance as if all is well at home front.
There is no f.ucking country at blissful peace. even america had it world trade center blown up. did you hear about the dark night rises massacre, in the states? you people hate your country so much that you find it easy to forget about the negative issues in other countries and magnify the ones for nigeria. are you even in nigeria. i am not saying that the country is all good but you make it sound like, i would step on a mine as soon as i leave my house. using the word war-torn is grossly out of context. That my friend does not describe this country in any way.

shymexx: Where did I say the Zimbabwean army is stronger than the British army? The British army right now can only defend the UK against external threats - it can't win on the offensive against a well trained army like the Zimbabwean army... That was my point!

The UK is just living in past glory and hiding behind the big brother(USA) - our army isn't what everyone thinks it's... Punching above your height don't make you strong, it just hides your deficiencies...
1st grade bullcrap.

shymexx: The countries I listed have well experienced armed forces - and they're all well equipped than the Nigerian armed forces... As country as big as Nigeria don't even have a normal SUBMARINE for crying out - when a 3rd world countries like Iran builds its own submarine... ALgeria has more than three submarines, SA builds its own fighter jets and attack helicopters(one of the best in the world) etc...

The Zimbabwean army also has a parachute regiment - they'll smash Nigeria in a conventional war... grin
2nd grade bullcrap. where did you put naija's amphibian forces. you should see the way most of these countries shake when nigeria coughs. you seem to find it easy to state their positive achievements and our negative issues. most of the statistics taken is based on total population, forget about them having 90 percent literacy rate. our literate populace is more than their whole population (sorry, lemme rephrase that, 2 times their whole population). i have zimbabwean friends, no offense to them, but i think even you rate their country higher than them. i heard that its better to wipe your a.ss with money than to buy toilet paper with it, cos you will use more currency notes to buy the toilet paper.. just joking. grin
ok, maybe the algerian army, maybe egypt, but zimbabwe, this is not an issue of pride o, but that is an insult to just one battalion of our amphibious troops. para-troopers my a.ss. cheesy grin grin
but i agree with you on the whole russian issue, they may have gone from 30 subs to just 1 after of the wars they fought. but they are still highly rated and ranked. but if you can believe the russian army, why not the british army. smiley smiley
i am not saying that naija is all that butttttt....... no mehn, not zimbabwe. these countries have the advantage of small size and population. i would even rank botswana higher than zimbabwe. grin
PoliticsRe: Stop Visiting War-Torn And Hungry Nigeria – Zimbabwe First Lady Warns Citizens by dartsidius7(m): 8:43pm On Nov 11, 2012
shymexx: Zimbabwe is actually a more organised and better country than Nigeria, to be honest...

The hyper-inflation was due to sanctions and Western conspiracy against Mugabe, aside that, Zimbabwe and Nigeria don't belong in the same sentence in terms of developments..
sorry chief, i was just wondering? are you talking about the country's organisation or its development. Nigeria might not be too good, but organisation does not put zimbabwe ahead of us. smiley

pato405: that's the only scope that captures your definition of war. see how limited your thinking capacity is! what war could be worse than the recent wave of unemployment, suffering amidst plenty, crime, kidnapping, boko bombings e.t.c? she's obviously wiser than you are.
cheesy cheesy what are you saying..... then we can as well say that america is at war. SMH

some of the peeps that were interviewed in the article sounded like they were trying to defend being called truck drivers. What is wrong with being called a truck driver? I think they should appreciate the fact that they are working and earning. If i did not have a job when the vacancy came out, i sure as hell would have applied. Infact, i will even call myself patito, first class truck driver grin grin

Mad Cow: I recieved an Ipad for Christmas from a Nigerian Shop, 3 days later, a line appeared on the screen.. I asked the person who bought me the gift to please give me the reciept so I can return it for a new one..

The Shop simply refused to replace or even repair it.. I simply left the Ipad on the counter and walked away!!

Since then, I dont buy any electronic in Nigeria.. Straight from the UK, Shipped to me and comes with extended warranty..
cheesy cheesy cheesy.... you left the Ipad on the counter. nasty.

This is a new one for me, i have seen policemen get dead drunk, i have seen them shoot innocent people, i have seen them lie like rugs, heard stories of them stealing, heard stories of them assaulting and carrying out brutal beatings, i have heard them do so many things, but i have never heard them strip a man butt n.aked in public, even thieves. I think that will be risky for them and thier job. SMH.

PoliticsRe: Okada Accidents Killed 107 In Two Years – LASG by dartsidius7(m): 2:13am On Oct 27, 2012
pro01: You people should stop deceiving yourselves and insulting the masses' intelligence in your desperate attempts to justify the ban on Okadas. What do you mean by "highway"? Have you seen the list of roads Okadas were restricted from plying? If you have not, then please browse through page 3 of this thread; someone was kind enough to post it there. How many of these roads are highways?

I happen to be familiar with a number of these routes - including "the entire road network in Ikeja GRA", the Opebi/Allen stretch, and "the entire road network in Festac Town". How in God's name are these highways? Majority of the roads in that list are NOT highways or expressways by any definition.
Justification. smiley. ok then, PRO of the masses, we are sorry for any inconvenience the ban may have caused you. We have no genuine reason for banning the okadas, we just dont phucking like em. smiley

damn. you make it seem like thats the ONLY thing that they are capable of doing. There are choices chief, they should ply the roads that are not on the list of banned routes. If the money they make from those roads are not enough, Nigeria has 36 states. only a few of them have placed a TOTAL ban on okadas. the masses, the masses, who are the masses chief, i have sat down to chat with about 3 of those bike men from the north (which i must say makes up a large percentage of okada men) that are currently living in agege, 2 of the 3 had 2 wives and a phucking farm. I lived in the north for more than a year, i have seen what these people can do with dry land, they are phucking good, i blame the governors of thier states for not investing in them.

lekkie073: hmmmm.flunitrazepam......#flashback to 2001 in unimaid# i was introduced to rohypnol by a friend of mine. after taking d tab with a bottle of chilled water, i waited for its effect. to be candid, the highness is lovely. (give a shy guy a tab of rohypnol and he will toast the prettiest girl in d universe). after some hours i got to my room and removed my wristwatch to sleep. on waking up, i searched and searched for d watch but couldnt see it. i turned d whole room upside down, no show. i became anxious, saw d guy dat introduced it to me and complained about my observation. d guy said i must be in such state before i can see d watch again. i became sober. some days passed and i met some of my other friends who are veterans in d game. i took one tab from them, licked it, took chilled water to fastforward d timing of th effect. some hous later i decided to retire back to my room. guess what? i opened my door and the first thing dat caught my eyes was the wristwatch which i had lost hope of ever seeing again! to rohypnol be the glory.
Niceeee..... it has been banned in the US but people will still find a way to get it, just like blunt or crystal meth. They should step up thier game and make the punishment for ra>pe a little harder. The ban is good though. Ladies, please dont go to a guy's house if you are not absolutely sure of why you wanna visit him.

PoliticsRe: Okada Riders Damaged 42 Buses – LAGBUS, LAMATA by dartsidius7(m): 1:37pm On Oct 24, 2012
omodapson: Why are Nigerians resistant to change? We want our environment to be better but we are not ready to make sacrifices. How contradictory can we be? It is simply a case of not wanting to die but happy to go to heaven.

The ban, I believe, will bring out the ingenuity in some of these riders and the effect should place the state in the right path for continuous growth. If you know the effects Okada riding has had on our psyche as a nation, every sensible nigerian will pray for its outright ban. The venture has stopped our youth from using their 'medulla oblaganta'; the future of this country who should be more productive see the business as a quick way to make money thereby relegating their creative prowess to the barest minimum level. How pathetic for a developing nation!

I support the ban, though the effect will be felt initially but I believe we'll come out of it stronger.
Exactly, most of them are reckless and have no regard for traffic laws. I support the ban.
