this is one of Nigeria problem, most of the states do not have a good drainage system. therefore when there is a little down pour the whole place is flooded.

Since money is not a factor then it’s very possible but from a professional advice it’s best you take your time this is cos when u rush in building a house like this in three months you can run into mistakes. When a house get to a stage it’s better you sit down and watch and also correct some mistakes. With that you can correct one or two things. Why the rush anyways... ?

1. Corona virus is real.
2. Corona virus is in N :oigeria.
3. We may have inaccurate test kits.
4. We may have unqualified testing personnels.
5. A good number of the people being quarantined actually do not have corona due to 3 and 4 above.
6. There is no cure for corona.
7. Corona virus is less potent in Africa than in the West.
8. The best option is to keep everyone at home and give reasonable palliatives to go round for everybody.
9. The Government does not have the means to do number 8 above.
10. Corona virus is real and is here with us!

it's a gud town to stay land is cheap and very affordable. their market is also very good. I have stay there over 15years.. cost of living is relatively ok
