Epistles Of The EndTime: A False Hope To Sinners

SIN is no peripheral issue as far as salvation is concerned; IT IS THE ISSUE. In fact, the distinctive element of the Christian message is the power of Jesus Christ to FORGIVE and CONQUER Sin. Of all the realities of the Gospel, none is more wonderful than the news that enslaving grasp of sin has been broken.

This is the crust and the lifeblood of the Christian message. Any gospel that softens the sins of the people just to make them feel good is not the gospel of Jesus Christ. The mission statement of Jesus Christ is “TO SEEK AND SAVE THE LOST”, not to pamper sinners.

In the Bible, those who met God were invariably confronted with an overwhelming sense of their own sinfulness. Peter, seeing Jesus for who He was, said, “DEPART FROM ME, FOR I AM A SINFUL MAN, O LORD (Luke 5:. Apostle Paul said “It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, AMONG WHO I AM FOREMOST OF ALL” (1 Tim. 1:15). Job, whom God himself called a righteous man, said after seeing God face-to-face, “I ABHOR MYSELF, AND REPENT IN DUST AND ASHES” (Job 42:6) and Isaiah, seeing God, gasped, “WOE IS ME, FOR I AM RUINED! BECAUSE I AM A MAN OF UNCLEAN LIPS, AND I LIVE AMONG A PEOPLE OF UNCLEAN LIPS, FOR MY EYES HAVE SEEN THE KING, THE LORD OF HOST. (Isa.6:5). The truth is anyone who have truly encountered Jesus, first acknowledges his nothingness and sinfulness because until you are delivered from sin your riches are useless.

When JESUS CHRIST began to preach, the opening statement of His message was “REPENT” (Matt 4:7). When JOHN THE BAPTIST appeared, his message was “REPENT” (Matt 3:2) and when THE APOSTLES appeared the message was “REPENT” (Act 3:19).

Today, we gather gamblers, drunkards, prostitutes, thieves, fetish priests in suits, Drug Barons and wicked people who keep rebelling against the counsel of God, and instead of telling them “ REPENT”, We pour anointing oil on their head and tell them to sow a seed for a breakthrough. These guys are on their way to hell and we are still telling them they will be millionaires. What is money to a hell-bound candidate? What is good health to a hell-bound candidate? What is an estate to a hell-bound candidate? You see the kind of Gospel we preach? As rich as Nicodemus was, when he met Jesus, Jesus never pampered him not even to acknowledge his academic accolades. The message was simple “BE BORN AGAIN”. What is a scholarship to a student going to hell?

One of the most malignant by-products of the debacle in contemporary evangelism is a gospel that fails to confront individuals with reality of their sin. Even the most conservative churches are teeming with people who, claiming to be born again, live like pagans. The contemporary Christians has the idea that salvation is only the granting of eternal life, not necessarily the liberation of a sinner from the bondage of his iniquity. We tell people God loves them and has a wonderful plan for their lives, but that is only half-truth. GOD ALSO HATES SIN AND WILL PUNISH UNREPENTANT SINNERS WITH ETERNAL TORMENTS. No Gospel delivery is complete if it conceals those facts.

Hence, no one who neglects to call sinners to repentance is preaching the gospel according to Jesus Christ. Thus, Jesus came to expose us all as sinners. That is why His message was so penetrating, so forceful. It tore our self-righteousness away and exposed our evil hearts so that we might see ourselves as sinners.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus! Forgive me my sins and deliver me from the power of sin and hell. Let your saving Grace abide with me. Come into my heart and make me your own. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

A 66-YEAR-OLD Pastor who slammed the coronavirus 'hysteria' has died from the disease, after he travelled from Virginia to preach at Mardi Gras.

Pastor Landon Spradlin died in a North Carolina hospital on Tuesday, after eight days in intensive care battling the deadly virus.

Spradlin collapsed with pneumonia as he made the 900 mile journey from Louisiana to Virginia.

He had performed with his family band in New Orleans during the Mardi Gras celebrations before he fell ill.

Jesse Spradlin, the Pastor's daughter, told the BBC: "We just never thought out father would pass because of this.

"But he wasn't the type of person to just live in fear and let it rob him of the joy of the life that he had."

She also spoke of his father's mission, saying it "was to go into pubs, clubs and bars, play the blues and connect with musicians and just tell that Jesus loved them."

In a social media post on March 14, the pastor shared a photo comparing swine flu with the coronavirus, and dubbing criticism of President Donald Trump's coronavirus management being politically motivated as "mass hysteria".

Naomi Spradlin, another of the pastor's daughters, said: "I don't even remember us talking about the virus.

Nigerian Bishop, David Oyedepo has said the root of Coronavirus disease has been cursed and that Nigeria will soon experience a liberation.

In one of his preaching, Oyedepo, Presiding Bishop, Living Faith Church Worldwide said “The root of coronavirus is cursed. It took 24 hours but when they came, they saw it dried up from the roots Mark 11:21. Every curse we have inflicted on that virus is established.

“We will see it wither now in the name of Jesus. Isaiah 62:6-7 We will keep engaging in fervent declarations of Faith and indepth thanksgiving for answered prayers as individuals, as family members. With the lock down, we have the time to be with the Lord,” he said.

Oyedepo said he expected every family to have at least a prayer hour in the course of the day and also expected every prayer partnership that “we have here and there to engage. Don’t let us give any place to the devil. You keep giving thanks, the prayer is answered.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has infected more than 204,000 people at the time of writing and has been branded a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Scores of conspiracy theorists and Christian hardliners have flooded social media in recent days with warnings of the world’s fiery demise.

Phelan: A prophet of doom who gave true believers hope
Karl Barth once famously remarked that a theologian should work with the Bible in one hand and the newspaper in the other. It’s doubtful that Barth had Jack Van Impe in mind when he said it, but that’s exactly what Van Impe did.

For decades Van Impe, who died Jan. 18, and his wife, Rexella, would begin their weekly TV program, “Jack Van Impe Presents,” by scanning the headlines of the week. Jack Van Impe would then read these headlines through the lens of his dispensationalist theology, the approach to Bible prophecy that gave us the rapture. Van Impe’s reading of current events — from the creation of the European Union to Western governments’ and various Christian leaders’ welcome to Islam — gave Christian believers hope that there was a plan amid the chaos of the headlines.
Dispensationalism originated in 19th century Britain and found its foremost proponent in a former Church of Ireland priest named John Nelson Darby, who believed a secret “rapture” of the church would take believers into heaven ahead of the coming “great tribulation.”
Darby’s views were popularized, especially in the United States, by C.I. Scofield’s Reference Edition of the Bible, which laid out how God worked with his people under different divine covenants at various specific periods of time, which he called dispensations. The current age was a great parenthesis brought about by the failure of Israel to respond to the message of Jesus and accept him as Messiah. The eschatological clock had stopped with the resurrection of Jesus; it would resume at the rapture, when the age of the church would end and the great tribulation would begin.
The characters and plot of the tribulation have by now entered mainstream culture: a political leader, called the “Beast” in Revelation 13, will team up with a religious leader (the “False Prophet”) to produce a single world government and religious order.
Van Impe predicted that this regime would promote a merged Christianity and Islam, Chrislam. His popularity, like that of other prophecy teachers, rested on his ability to tap into the anxiety of their faithful. Hard times are coming. The world is a dangerous place. But Jesus will rescue you from the worst of it. Van Impe resented being called a prophet of doom. He thought his was a message of hope — but only, of course, for those who follow Jesus!
There is a strain of apocalyptic doom in all of Christianity. Both Old and New Testaments encourage readers to pay attention to the world around them and to be alert for signs of divine activity, especially for the time of God’s coming judgment. The Apostle Paul warned that “the Lord will come like a thief in the night” and that Christians must be “alert and sober.” While expressly forbidding his disciples to wait on the end times, Jesus, in his great eschatological discourse in the Gospel of Mark, told his disciples: “Be on guard. Be alert! You do not know when that time will come.” Throughout both Jewish and Christian history, reading the signs of the times and attempting to predict the coming (or second coming) of the Messiah has been a cottage industry.
So-called prophetic texts, of course, lend themselves to a wide variety of interpretations, and generations of prophetic teachers have misread both the texts and their own times, seeing clear signs of the immediate consummation of God’s plan in their own times.
Dispensationalists not only interpret history, but attempt to make it. William Blackstone’s immensely popular “Jesus Is Coming,” first published in 1878 and millions of copies later still available on Amazon, linked dispensationalism with the effort to restore the Jews to their ancient homeland. He worked tirelessly to encourage the Western powers to provide a homeland for the Jews in Palestine. Blackstone was convinced this would not only hasten the coming of Jesus but occasion the conversion of the Jews to Christianity.
Throughout the 20th century prophecy teachers like Van Impe, Hal Lindsey and many others have seen the foundation of the state of Israel and the various conflicts associated with its continuing existence as signs that the rapture and tribulation are near. Christian Zionists have actively worked with the U.S. and Israeli governments to produce what they thought were conditions required for the second coming of Jesus.
Somewhat contradictorily, these teachers have also warned of — and worked against — liberal preachers and politicians who, they imagine, are bringing about the “new world order” — a turn they think is equally inevitable and instrumental. Van Impe was openly critical of President Barack Obama, Pope Francis and ministers like Rick Warren, Robert Schuller and Joel Osteen for this very reason.
That the figure of the Antichrist and the time of the second coming have been consistently misidentified does not appear to depress the appetite of the faithful for new predictions and identifications. The elaborate exegetical house of cards that is dispensationalism seems impervious to collapse however many times the winds of reality blow.

Anne Graham Lotz: Christians must rely on Holy Spirit's power amid 'moral and spiritual free fall'

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Anne Graham Lotz, daughter of the late Billy Graham, urged Christians to seek the power of the Holy Spirit to combat the “moral and spiritual free fall” taking place in the United States.
Speaking at the Closing Gala Dinner at NRB's 2020 Christian Media Convention on Feb. 28, Lotz, president of AnGeL Ministries in Raleigh, North Carolina, highlighted the aspects of the Holy Spirit found in John 16:5-15.
She stressed that the Holy Spirit is a “person,” not an “it.”
“He’s not a dove. He’s not a flame of fire. He’s not an ecstatic experience. The Holy Spirit is a divine, invisible person. He has a mind to think. He has a will to act. He has emotions to feel,” she said, adding that the Holy Spirit is present in all believers.
“When we come by faith to the cross, claim Jesus as our Savior and our Lord, open up our hearts and receive Him into ourselves, He comes into us in the person of the Holy Spirit. He will never leave us, and He will never forsake us. It’s a permanent relationship. Praise God,” she said.
“Today, in our politically correct culture, as we’re in this moral and spiritual free fall in our nation, it’s going to take Holy Spirit courage, boldness, and strength to stand against that tide and hold the line for the Gospel and the Word of God,” she added.
In an age where truth is relative, Lotz reminded attendees that John 16:13 refers to the Holy Spirit as “the Spirit of truth.”
“So get out the Word, read it, take it in for yourself, and then get it out as much as you can. He works through the Word that He has breathed Himself. … Read the Word with a heart that believes every word is from the Lord, and you listen for Him to whisper to you through the pages.”
The more Christians delve into Scripture, the more they will become like Christ, she added.

“In Jesus, there’s no meanness,” she said. “There’s no unkindness. There’s no selfishness. There’s no unforgiveness. There’s no pridefulness. There’s no bitterness. There’s no sinfulness at all. And when the Holy Spirit comes into you and me, He begins to make us holy as He is holy.”
The Holy Spirit prays for us when we don’t have words to pray (Romans 8:26), the evangelist said, adding: “The Holy Spirit takes my cries before the Father. He puts words to them, dresses them up, and turns them into prayers. He can take what I’m feeling and thinking — how I’m hurting on the inside — and translate it into a prayer before the Father.”
“The Holy Spirit’s priority is the written Word of God,” she concluded. “He draws us into the written Word that we might know the Living Word. His priority is Jesus, and He wants us to know Jesus, to love Jesus, to obey Jesus, to serve Jesus, to bring Him glory. So He draws us into the Word of God that we might know Him like that.”
Lotz, who finished treatment for breast cancer in October of last year, shares how the Holy Spirit comforted her throughout the painful process in her book, Jesus in Me: Experiencing the Holy Spirit as a Constant Companion.
As she traveled from appointment to appointment, Lotz said she felt the Holy Spirit give her a “sense of purpose.”
“Again and again, I was stopped by other patients or visitors who recognized me, people who said they were praying for me or who asked me to pray for them,” she said.
“I had multiple opportunities to share the Gospel and to pray with nurses, technicians, doctors, and many others who treated me. His whisper changed my attitude from that of being a cancer victim to being on a mission as His ambassador.”
After her sixth chemo treatment, the evangelist began questioning whether she should continue chemo: “The weakness and weariness were debilitating. The side effects were daunting,” she explained.
However, she felt the Holy Spirit confirm to her that she was to continue chemo. “My next and last treatment would be my seventh time! So as much as I resisted the ‘muck and mud,' in obedience to God’s leading, I co­mmitted to complete the seventh infusion,” she said.
Those two examples, the founder of AnGel Ministries said, are just a “few of the Spirit’s whispers to my heart.”
“Would I have made the same decisions without what He had said? Would I have had the same perseverance, courage, comfort, and direction if I had not read my Bible, listening for His voice? I don’t think so,” she said.
“Yes, I would have survived. But like many others, I would have been just guessing my way through life, afraid I would take a wrong turn and very probably doing so. Instead, the Spirit’s whispers have enabled me to live with energetic confidence, making very few costly mistakes.”
Based on her experiences, Lotz encouraged others to “read your Bible. Every day. Study it. Learn to love it. Live by it.”
“Listen for the whisper of the Spirit, who speaks through the pages of the Word that He Himself has inspired and through the words on the pages, which are God-breathed,” she concluded.

”One, that’s a proof that God is in our midst. It shows that God is in our midst and we are here not to assume but to celebrate his faithfulness.
”To tell this Nation as they would expect me to do, the last straw that will break the back of everybody in authority, backing these callous killers has come.
”To tell everyone behind this: your days are numbered. This prophet is saying the Kingdom is taking away from you. It’s impossible for these killers to be on the loose without some authorities backing them up.
”So many precious lives have been wasted in the last 2 weeks and in the name of Jesus, the generations of those involved is declared wasted.
”I don’t care: Boko Haram, Miyetti Allah, whatever name you are called, I decree the curse of the Lord upon you now.

David Oyedepo, presiding bishop of the Living Faith Worldwide, says over 10,000 members of his church are qualified to be president of Nigeria.
The 65-year-old clergyman disclosed this while speaking against citizens who “claim the nation” as their own during his recent church service.
According to him, there are many people in his church who have the ability and experience it takes to lead Nigeria, only that they’re not given a chance.
“We’re not strangers. We’re citizens of this country. There are more than ten thousand people in this church that qualify to be president by virtue of capacity, experience,” the clergyman said.
“…what have you? How dare you claim you own the nation. Cursed be that thought! We own this nation together. I’m not an adopted citizen. I’m born, bred, and original like many others.”

If you want to buy a new laptop , don't buy any laptop that has a hard drive space of less that 120gb or max 500gb. Now lets look at the health of the hard drive. This is the most important to check for because if your Hard drive has a bad health , it will result to it crashing and inability to hold an operating system for longer time. 2. RAM - Random Access Memory : This determines whether your laptop will be slow or fast. It has different sizes ranging from 2gb to 16gb. Although depending on the system you are using, there are some laptop that has only 2 Ram slots, some has 3 slots which can take a maximum of 2gb Ram each. There are different types of RAM which are; DDR, DDR2, and DDR3. The most recent ones that are used now is the DDR3 RAM. See picture below;

3. Processor: A lot of you would have heard of some words like this Celeron, Centrio, Dual core, Core 2 duo, Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7. All these are called Processors, although they also determine how fast your system will work. The processor is just like a chip ....see picture below:

4. Battery capacity: A good laptop battery must have the ability to stay for maximum 3hrs and minimum 2hrs. Another option is to buy a double cell laptop battery, this can stay up to 9hrs. My advise to you is that; buy laptop battery from a well know dealer not from engineers because all they do is to recharge the cells for you and make it look as if it is new. if after purchasing the battery, it wont last more than a week.

What is HTML?
HTML is a programming Language that is used mainly for building websites. The full meaning of HTML is Hypertext Markup Language. HTML is written using tags. Although there is an upgrade in the current standard of HTML. The first standard is HTML 4 the upgrade is HTML 5. Yes the computer has a brain, and that is the central processing unit ; It controls all other activity of the computer system. There are two types of C. P. U in terms of shape. FIVE WAYS YOU CAN CARE FOR A COMPUTER

1. Install an Antivirus: The first thing to do after setting up your new desktop computer, is to install a working antivirus. There are different types of Antivirus namely; Kaspersky, Norton, Avast, e.t.c . This will protect your system from virus attack.


2. Connect All Device to a UPS: It is very important to connect your computer system to a UPS in other to protect it fro power surge. A computer system is made up of different electrical component that can be damaged if there is high electricity.

3. Shutdown Properly: The computer system must be shut down properly to prevent damage of the operating system and booting errors.

4. Proper Cleaning: The computer system must be properly cleaned on a weekly basis. Although some do it on a daily basis.

5. Avoid bringing liquid close to the computer system. Liquid close to the computer system is very dangerous and can cause serious damage.

Critic, Daddy Freeze has lashed out at gospel singer, Osinachi Joseph, popularly known as Sinach, for charging N5 million for her proposed musical show at the Eko Convention Centre.
Sinach is billed to perform at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel, Victoria Island on March 22, 2020 and she has rolled out the prizes for tickets.
In the ticket prizes rolled out, Sinach will charge N5 million for guests preferring the Platinum table; N3 million for Diamond table; N1 million for Gold table, among others.
Reacting to this on his Instagram page, Daddy Freeze said “Platinum table 5M? How much did Christ charge for the last supper?”
Daddy Freeze then quoted Matthew 10:8, which said “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give,” to buttress his point.

Kanye West is continuing his faith-based crusade, telling thousands of college students at a youth conference Sunday how Jesus radically changed his life.

The "Jesus Is King" rapper and husband of Kim Kardashian shared his experience in between songs with the Sunday Service Choir at the Strength to Stand Conference in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., where 1,483 of the 12,400 students in attendance made decisions for Christ, according to organizer and evangelist, Scott Dawson.
Dawson invited the 42-year-old born-again believer last minute in November after comedian John Crist had to step down due to "moral failure."
"I believe Jesus died for my sins," West declared, the Christian Post reports. "There was a time when the devil had me."
As the 135-member gospel choir sang, "I stretch my hands to you/Father I stretch," West added: "Do you know the good news? Jesus can save a wretch like me."
The Sunday Service Choir, who just released their first album, "Jesus Is Born" on Christmas Day, performed several songs like “Ultralight Beam,” “Every Hour” and “Revelation 19:1,” along with traditional hymns including “How Great Thou Art” and “Jesus Loves Me.”
West joined in for the "Jesus Is King" tracks "Selah," "Follow God," and "Closed on Sunday."
The day before, at a 10-hour-long prayer rally in Arizona called "Awaken 2020," West discussed overcoming an addiction to alcohol as the choir hummed "Jesus Walks" in the background.
"Jesus saves," West testified. "No matter how long you think you've been away. No matter how long you've been in the dark, the light is right there ready to save. To give you the confidence where they don't want us to be brave. So you tell the devil today that we'll no longer be his slave."

Tunde Olanipekun who teaches at Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, is a gospel musician. In this interview, he explains what motivated him, theme of his new album, The Great Light (Imole Nla)” released by his own Demlad Studio
What motivated you into music?
I see music as a tool to rebuild, rejuvenate, and reconstruct our fading and decayed moral values in the society. With these thoughts in my mind, I feel I can talk to the society at large with my own brand of music. Secondly I have, since childhood, been a member of my church choir.
At that age too, we listened to various artistes like Bob Marley, King Sunny Ade, Ebenezer Obey, Peter Tosh and others. These people motivated me to love music a lot, Bob Merley in particular.
You studied English and Literary Studies, became a lecturer at Federal Police, how easy was it to combine these with music?
The exposure I had in the university (Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti then) as a student of English and Literary Studies further encouraged and helped me to see music as a veritable tool to bring change to the society. Literature is the mirror of life, be it poetry, drama, and prose.
How easy was it to combine your lecturing at Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti with music?
My official job as a lecturer of English at the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti did not disturb me to pursue a career in music since most musical works are done a times in the dead of the night when everyone is asleep. That time, everywhere is cool and quiet. In fact at times, I do turn most of the poems we study in class to songs to help the students understand and enjoy the Literature class. Some of such poems are: Denis Brutus’ A troubadour I traverse”; John Donne’s Death be Not Proud; David Diop’s Africa and My Last Duchess by Robert Browning.
You lost your father at an early age. How did you cope?
My child hood experience was not too sweet, haven lost my father to the Nigeria civil war. The poor man died serving his father land as a Second Lieutenant in the Nigeria Army. It was not easy growing up, without a father. My mum struggled hard in concert with uncle (my father’s younger brother) to see me through school. The man was a peasant farmer who had little income from the little sales from his farm. Sincerely, growing up was not easy at all.
Talk about your new album. What were the challenges you faced producing it?
This is my seventh Album so far. The, current Album, is entitled “The Great Light (Imole Nla)” released by Demlad studio, my own personal studio. The work needs marketers all over the country. I also need collaboration with any record company that might want to work with me as an artiste.
There are ten tracks namely Gbamosubu, which is the Yoruba translation of When I am down, Ayele, Gbatimbansako, Oluwadamilare, Ife, Song of Joy, Holy is the Lord, Zion Train, Across the Bridge
The other challenges I faced include , paucity of funds, combining the production with academic work was not easy and lack of encouragement because of the state of Nigeria’s economy

The Album centres on Jesus Christ as the light of the world, the need to be mindful of His second coming, the vanity of life, and the need for man to be obedient to God’s injunctions, and the inevitability of death, wherefore man needs not to be proud.

DEFINITION OF REPENTANCE:

There are many definition of Repentance but it simply means changing from your old ways. Although it is not very easy for you to kill your old self. The book of 2Corinthians 5:17 says "If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation; old things are passed away and old things become very new. Now you have giving you life to Jesus Christ, no doubt you are a new creature your old lifestyle has passed away and everything is now new as if you never did them.

Besides, the main problem is just changing your old self i.e. your old lifestyle. I will say it is very easy to say "I WONT GO BACK TO MY OLD LIFE STYLE" even as you have giving your life to Jesus, you still find it so difficult to let go of some old things you do. The reason you find it difficult is because Sin is a nature that started right from when Adam and Eve were created. The book of Psalm 51:5 says In sin did our mother conceived us. But that does not give you the license to commit sin. The book of romans 6:1 says Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid.

Yes many will say we are not under the law anymore, but grace. But Jesus told paul that my Grace is sufficient. Now that we have known the true definition of been born again. We talk about 4 stages of repentance in my next blog post.

Good day my blog readers, and we welcome you to a new year. As Christians, have you ever asked yourself why you keep facing challenges? Many Christians have this perception that challenges comes as a result of the sins your commit. But to shock you, the bible says in the book of psalm 51:5

"In Sin did our mother conceived us" This is to tell you that sin is a nature and was even inherited from our fore fathers ADAM & EVE. The bible says in the book of romans 6:23 "All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.

As Christians, don't ever trace the challenges you are facing as a result of the sin you have committed. Let me bring to your notice that the bible says that there is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. The interesting fact is that the bible said: if any man sin , there is an advocate for that person. This is to tell you that in Christ Jesus, The Judgement is passed . He was made sin for you and i. The bible also said, to anybody that received him, he gave them power to become the sons of God.

WHY DO CHRISTIANS FACE CHALLENGES?
Why do christians face challenges? So many christians despise the fact that when they are tempted , they say it is God. After Jesus finished his 40days fasting and praying, the bible made us to understand that he was tempted by the devil. now when you face challenges dont say it is God. ONE THING YOU NEED TO KNOW; Once you get born again, you are bound to face challenges whether you like it or not.

Challenges comes for you to be able to seek Gods face and stand firm in the christian faith. our fore fathers faced a lot of challenges and temptations. Let us look at JOB; the bible made us to understand that JOB loved God with everything he had. The one thing every christians should learn from Job is; despite all that happened to him, he still stood firm in his faith. Even his wife suggested to him that he should curse God and die, but job maintained his stand in the christian faith. interesting isnt it but this is called TRUE LOVE FOR CHRIST JESUS.

When you face challenges, all you have to do is PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD AND FIGHT BACK. This means that all you have to do is stand your ground as christian and confront that situation like a bold lion.

Bonnke was the son of a German soldier who became a minister after World War II. Mesmerized by tales of 19th century European missionaries like David Livingstone, young Reinhard would later say he heard the voice of the Holy Spirit say to him: “Africa shall be saved!”
In a Facebook post in 2018, Bonnke cited another role model.
“Billy Graham has inspired me personally,” he wrote after the American evangelist’s death in 2018. “When he preached in a tent in Hamburg, Germany. I always felt connected to him.”
Early in his evangelistic career, Bonnke acknowledged in a 2003 interview, he made a strategic decision that proved controversial. He based his ministry in an all-white area of Johannesburg, South Africa, and did not publicly oppose the apartheid regime. Bonnke said he did make known his opposition to apartheid, but indirectly through his ministry. His associate was a black minister who always traveled with him.
“I had a choice,” he said. “To become politically active and oppose apartheid from the pulpit. Or, to preach the gospel and make people find salvation in Jesus Christ.”
Bonnke’s healing claims have also drawn controversy.
“The most remarkable things are happening: blind eyes open, cripples walk, people jump out of their wheelchairs,” he said in a 2003 interview with the Orlando Sentinel.

Bonnke’s followers claimed that he did in fact perform a miracle. In November 2001, they say, the evangelist raised a Nigerian minister from the dead.
Pastor Daniel Ekechukwu was twice pronounced dead after a car crash, according to the story, and embalmed—although by African custom, his organs were not removed. Three days later, after hearing a prophecy, his wife brought the body to the basement of a church where Bonnke was praying in the sanctuary above.
At the same time, others later told the evangelist, Ekechukwu sat bolt upright and began to breathe again.
“That man was dead as a stone,” Bonnke said, although he did not know the man was in the church basement at the time he was preaching above. “There is no doubt about it.”
CfaN ministry officials investigated the account, Bonnke said, and found it to be “so true, so genuine, so fantastic” that they embraced it as a miracle, and produced and distributed a video on the episode.
Rick DuBose, assistant general superintendent of the Assemblies of God, lauded Bonnke for his decades of missionary work.
Bonnke “literally pushed back the darkness,” he said.
Toward the end of his career, Bonnke held his first crusades in the United States, a country he said needed to experience God’s power.
“I have seen whole countries shaken by the power of God,” he told Jeff Kunerth of the Orlando Sentinel in 2013. “That experience in Africa has turned me into an incurable believer that God will do it in other parts of the world as well. And I pray for America.”

DIVINE REVELATION OF HEAVEN AND HELL - MR. ESAU

2 Corinthians 12:2 :
I know a man in Christ who 14 years ago - whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God know- was caught up as far as the third heaven










We were in the room, when we had the first experience. The room started to fill again with a light from the presence of the Lord. It was so powerful that it lit up the entire room. The room was full of His glory, it was beautiful to be before Him.
Jesus told us, "My sons, now I will show you My Kingdom, we will go to my Glory." We took each others hands and were lifted up. I looked down and noticed that we were going out of our own bodies. As we left our bodies we were dressed with white robes and started to go up at a very high speed.
We arrived in front of a pair of doors which was the entrance to the Kingdom of Heaven. We were astonished at what was happening to us. Thankfully, Jesus the Son of God was there with us, along with two angels who each had four wings.
The angels began to talk to us, but we didn't understand what they were saying. Their language was very different from ours, neither was it like any Earthly language. These angels were welcoming us and they opened those immense doors. We saw a wonderful place, with many different things. When we came inside, a perfect peace filled our hearts. The Bible tells us that God would give us peace that surpasses all human understanding (Philippians 4:7)
The first thing I saw was a deer, so I asked one of my friends, "Sandra, are you looking at the same thing I am looking at?" She was no longer crying or shouting anymore, as when we were shown Hell. She was smiling and said: "Yes Esau, I am looking at a deer!" Then I knew that everything was real, we were really in the Kingdom of Heaven. All the horrors that we saw in Hell were soon forgotten. We were there enjoying the glory of God. We went to where the deer was, behind it stood an absolutely huge tree! It was in the center of the paradise.

The Bibles tells us in Revelation 2:7 "Whoever has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. I will grant the victor to eat from the tree of life that stands in the paradise of God"

This tree is a symbol of Jesus, because Christ is Eternal Life. Behind the tree was a river of crystalline water. It was so clear and beautiful, like we never had seen before on Earth. We just wanted to stay in that place. Many times we said to the Lord, "Lord please! Do not take us out of this place! We want to be here forever! We don't want to go back to Earth!" The Lord answered us, "It is necessary that you go back to give testimony of all the things that I have prepared for those who love Me because I am coming back very soon and my reward is with Me."
When we saw the river, we hurried there and got inside of it. We remembered the scripture that says that whoever believes in the Lord, from his belly shall run rivers of living water. (John 7:38) The water from this river seemed to have life in itself, so we immersed ourselves in it. Inside and outside of the water we could breath normally. That river was very deep and there were many different colors of fish swimming in it. The light inside and out of the river was normal; in Heaven light did not come from a specific source, everything was just brightly lit up. The Bible tells us that the Lord Jesus is the light of that city (Revelations 21:23). With our hands, we took some of the fish out of the water; they didn't die. So we ran to the Lord and asked Him why. The Lord smiled and answered that in Heaven there is no more death, no more crying, and no more pain. (Revelations 21:4)

We left the river and ran to every place we could find, we wanted to touch and experience everything. We wanted to bring everything back home with us, because we were so amazed at the things in Heaven. They simply cannot be explained sufficiently with words. When the Apostle Paul was taken to Heaven, he saw things that he could never explain with words, because of the greatness of the things in the Kingdom of Heaven. (2 Corinthians 12) There are things we saw that we have almost no way of describing.
We then came to a very immense area; a very wonderful and beautiful place. This place was full of precious stones: gold, emeralds, rubies and diamonds. The floor was made of pure gold. The Bible made us to understand that the power of life and death is the power of the tongue. This alone tells us our words are very powerful. In the beginning it was words that the Almighty God use to create the whole universe.

Are you passing through any kind of situation that you think God can not solve? The Bible says with God everything is possible, and God gave us dominion over everything from the first day he created us. So you have power, because you have the life of God in you.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE:
The bible says faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen. so what you need to do every morning and night is confess positively to your life, do same in the night. Even in your place of work, do same. You will see the manifestation of Gods word in your life. if you are sick, say i am healed because i have the life of God in you, if you need money , say he will supply all my needs in Jesus name. e.t.c .

SHOULD GOSPEL MUSICIANS BE PAID IN CHURCH

The Bible made us to understand that " a mans gift maketh way for him" and also another bilble verse said "Serve the Lord your God with all your time and substance". For me, i think there is nothing wrong for a church to pay his/her instrumentalist or musicians.

Serving God with all your substance which simply includes your talent as an individual , has a greater reward the when you are been paid. The reward that comes with serving God with your whole heart is very preferable to when you are been paid.

A recently married woman has injected her husband with a rat poison allegedly on the advice of her bad friends.

She was promised to be linked up with a wealthy rich man if she left her current man for the deal.
The story has not been completely verified however it is very sad to see the situation of this newly wedded couple, we hope they are able to find a solution to their issues very soon.

Billionaire Kidnapper, Evans Loses In Court

The Court of Appeal in Lagos has dismissed three appeals by suspected billionaire kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans, seeking to stop his trial at two high courts in Lagos State.
Evans had approached the appellate court to challenge the jurisdiction of the lower courts in the State to continue his trial.
However, a three-man panel of the Court of Appeal led by Justice Jummai Sankey held that Evans’ appeals against the Ikeja High Court were without merit.
Other Justices on the panel were: Justice Philomena Ekpe and Justice Muhammed Mustapha.
In the three appeals, the suspected kidnapper challenged the High Courts’ jurisdiction and sought to strike out and quash the kidnap, attempted murder and murder charges filed by the government against him.
In the first appeal against the ruling of Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of an Ikeja High Court, the first to fourth respondents were: the Lagos State Government and Evans’ co-defendants; Joseph Emeka, Chiemeka Arinze and Udeme Upong
Justice Taiwo, on November 10, 2017, dismissed Evans’ application seeking to quash an amended seven-count charge against him, dated October 26, 2017.
The applicant also challenged the Ikeja High Court’s jurisdiction in the second appeal, where the respondents were the sam
The appellate court consolidated both appeals as Justice Sankey held: “The appeals are hereby dismissed. The ruling of the lower court is affirmed. I hold that the lower court has jurisdiction to continue with the trial and to entertain all the counts of the charge.”
In the third appeal, the first to fifth respondents were Lagos State and Evans’ co-defendants: Uche Amadi, Ogechi Uchechukwu, Chilaka Ifeanyi and Victor Aduba.
Evans claimed that Justice Hakeem Oshodi erred in law when he held that the amended information/charge dated October 19, 2017, filed by the first respondent, was incompetent without an accompanying or attached proof of evidence as required by law.
But Justice Philomena Ekpe, who read the lead judgment, dismissed the appeal as being unmeritorious.
Justice Ekpe held: “Accordingly, this appeal is adjudged unmeritorious. It fails and is therefore dismissed in its entirety. The ruling delivered by the lower court by Justice Oshodi on November 3, 2017, in suit NO ID/5970C/2017, is upheld. I make no order as to cost, appeal dismissed.”
