Pooja dey distract Kelechi with his tantrums its his pic na. Shuu. Kc just being petty plus excuse of focus on tourney on his side. Not be pooja go distract him. Just a retweet alone and pooja go mellow. |

safarigirl: KC has not said anything this entire time, if someone is making anything a big deal, it is definitely Pooja who brought his rant to social media.
Anybody that has to bring a rant to social media, rather than use other avenues, is seeking sympathy first of all. Na he and Kelechi dey Cameroon, has he tried talking to him in camp or finding some other player that can reach out to him?
Who get better case no go come social media first. kc silence doesn't mean he's right na. They'll settle amicably. Pooja have friends in the mix that are very close padi of KC and geng. No big deal to me again. its not yet that big a matter yet. |

safarigirl: That watermark is ugly and does not deserve to be on anybody's page.
Pooja should work on his watermarks if he wants to see it on someone's page, and even more, we don't know how Kelechi's image rights work and if he is even allowed to promote Pooja's work on his personal page.
No, I haven't seen the Sadiq posts. There are far worse and ugly looking watermarks in this current afcon in Cameroun. Check out most of them. Too flamboyant doesn't cut it. Just simple watermark is okay. Pooja just need reduce his size, he's got good shots so far. If it was a stolen pic, then KC has the upper hand, but as its a recognized, certified photojournalist on it, its the more reason KC should not have cropped it out. The cropped out version kc posted is even blurry. Why go all that stress. That act of crop has given kc away, that's why i will say pooja is upper hand. Salah, Saka, Henderson have been in positions where they got such pics from photojournalists after games and posted on their SM handles. It wasnt such a big deal. Why is KC making it seem so. Its even a common thing at the Emirates, that cameramen now love Emirates more than before. The hype, repost is good for business, seeing watermark on superstar sm. Its still pooja on the sadiq post too |

safarigirl: Anyway, Pooja has come to report Kelechi to us with his picture
I'm kind of in the middle on things here, but can I have some input from you guys?
Cc Mujtahida, Komekn, Kog45 and some other members of the thread Actually, KC was wrong to cut it off. For that, Pooja is upper hand. If he even posted it with the watermark, it would help both parties. Removing it shows that KC wants to avoid those regularities. Then he ignores him again. Not like pooja is even going all fire and brimstone on him. Talking of pooja pics, did you see the shots of Saqiq passionately explaining himself away to Coachito? The facial look of coach is causing conclusion o. |

I hate it, no matter the intention. Can't something wisely be done so these kind of announcements stop altogether. We aren't playing for glory with money motivation. The late MKO did this too and it caught on as far as i remember. Does more harm than good for senior team compared to the cadet teams. These men can channel their cash to help football generally than these announcements. |

PurpleHouse: This would have been a very good news about Pinnick. I would have really be happy about it as a Nigerian. But, Pinnick is too loyal to whites. He'll turn CAF to FIFA branch. And this won't be good for our football development. No sentiments. I quite agree with you. Cos it will be good for his career but i can't say same about Nff. He can drag juicy deals backdoor better than many. Hopefully he doesn't become another Hayatou. |

He mentioned agents being responsible for this state of affairs but that now everyone has to hustle for a shirt Imagine Thing is that Eguavoen too fall prey to such wiles. But for now he's doing well So there's some truth to my suspicion about selection from invitation down to xi. I hope more dust rises. E go funny if rohr is exonerated las las. Cos this is Nigeria!! |

I'm happy to see Aribo being so playful.
Nice team spirit.
Musa is also doing well in organising the boys.
One of the thing that can win us this trophy is unity and cohesion. Top post Even staff knows Onyekuru is the clown of the team. Nice bonding. Iwobi though. Doesn't seem eager, from the cliques formed. Might be wrong. Aribo looking like music artiste. Omeruo no wan comot Ndidi side. E no easy. Its like Pinnick wants Presido o. Good for him if he's onto that.

Everybody feared Egypt more, but the boys showed us we are fearing for nothing. With the way they snuffed life outta Salah especially. You want to tell me Tunisia are better than Egypt? And that out boys would relax with the kind of no nonsense coach at the helm? Tunisia should be afraid and uncomfortable than even their fans. We are yet to get a Pk in this tournament. I expect the first to come when that silly Tunisian CB hacks down our player in the box. |

We judge by name but omit Nigeria from such venn diagram. Funny lots. Do you think these same teams don't quake far worse than we do for them? Why do we love to underrate our own despite the 100% record? So na Tunisia no dey fear? Smh
Meanwhile, what are we doing regarding both our Setpieces conversion, and the crosses? Mali vs Mauritania..... O boi. Sweet crosses with better goal threat from them.
Noticed that barely any Defence have been able to deal accurately with crosses since this Afcon began. We might just want to rake up the numbers cos we have the flair to me. |

We have history with Tunisia but this very set are an embarrassment to the previous set we've faced.
They can't even control a game. Bissau played better than them to me. If Simon catch them, he'll pull a hegazy on their defenders.
Eguavoen met Morocco and Bouazizi missed his pk and then we lost to CIV that year. Now we meet Tunisia and have Burk/Gabon in our path.
They'll be very wary of us. I jope Eguavoen is ready for them tryna park the bus to go to PK? |

safarigirl: I was on that Colin Udoh's Space, I even spoke on it , na why I no sleep till like 6 AM
Yes, Nigeria has really given this AFCON some publicity, in terms of good football. Perhaps, one of the more serious teams, because the tournament has been associated with clownery more than good, decent flowing ball.
Nigeria has really stood out, and you can see that even with the engagements CAF gets especially on Twitter, if not that they want to die by Mo Salah hype, Nigeria is literally there for all the marketing. Use the population, use the online presence, use the diaspora presence, use the beautiful kits, the beautiful football, the beautiful players.
If I were in the Publicity committee of AFCON, na Nigeria I go just dey use for engagements and publicity, because nobody has quite as much clout 6am Be like the kit thing don dey spread. See Arsenal's

safarigirl: The way pages on Twitter are using Maduka Okoye tax to gather likes, it would be disgusting if I wasn't just a proud Nigerian that wants to see Nigeria get praise on every front
Goal posted this picture of him in this kit and used it to praise Nigeria's kit, as at today, it has over 52k likes. No post on their page has as much engagements, because fine boy Maduka dey pull in likes.
When others dey do am, I just knew it was for engagements, but for a page as big as Goal to be riding on Maduka tax, is something else.
Someone said he wan use AFCON launch modelling career....anyway, right now, if you want your tweet to blow, post Maduka Okoye Colin Udoh open Twitter spaces by 2am, see European journalists and popular pundits hoping on cos the topic was Super Eagles. I won't lie, the team, thr supporters club, the Nigerian journalists at Cameroun, all are attractive and unable to ignore right now. That Eguavoen's handle growth alone..... Mehn... Goal Africa get sense. Many tweeps had to actually call out the Super Eagles handle before they woke up and realised dem dey dull. Their engagements now from just the ladies alone is massive. The Super Eagles is truly the biggest football brand in Africa. E remain that NFF post. When ex footballer finally get there, one can't imagine the force it would generate from Sports Investors around the world. Eto'o alone is clear for all to see. We'll get there soon. Caf are excellently grateful and happy, alongside the Camerounians for the publicity Nigeria brings. |

Papi85: But to be honest rohr clipped the wings of this team ooo
See as bois Dey fly with freedom and swagger. Simon Moses is too good to be in Nantes, he deserves to be playing for any Lyon,Marseilles, lille or any decent team in the epl
Ndidi so far hv been my most valuable player. Dude hv been a rock in midfield with good ball distribution and energy.
Awoniyi have shown that he is a worthy cover for osimehn
Resurgent ekong and omeruo in our first 2 games were unplayable but seeing Ajayi against guinea got me confused on who is better among the trio
Oliseh nda was too smooth and calm on the ball. He needs to leave the SA league ASAP for Europe
Eguavoen is on the right path and shouldn’t allow sentiment or egunje taking to disrupt this good work he has on ground at the moment. Even if the team fails to win the competition I am satisfied with what I hv seen so far
The nff should shelve the idea of brining in another coach for now and back Austin to continue with the team atleast after the World Cup his appointment can be reviewed for renewal if the team performs decently at the world stage if Raphinha dey comot, it won't be sweet for him. The two are players that compliment each other. Everton too aint bad. He'll become a cult hero if he performs in Merseyside Derby. But Aston Villa is my preferred destination. |
