Sports › Re: Nigeria Vs Mali: FIFA U-17 World Cup Final (2 - 0) On 8th November, 2015 by daveP(m): 12:37pm On Nov 06, 2015
My friend says Mali should be respected. I disagree that it should rather be vice versa.

Dunno if i'm the only one that believes we would outplay them and shock their goalie like Sokari did last year with that stunning goal.

Mali are the best attacking team from fifa stats cos of most shots(off and on-target). Yet Nigeria's conversion rate is higher and they should dread Osimhem. Even Messi didnt score 9goals from just 9shots!!!! 9 from 9 100% shocked

Mali will defend and will love penalties. Nigeria are good at that too. Bamgnoye is back so Mali should expect less shots on target.

I love the all-african final.

We should 1st watch the match they played with belgium, then further exploit that loophole. Yes Mali have. Lazarus will do expose it too

The comedy side of Nollywood are producing long-lasting marriages than the movie and music side. Are the music and movie side to serious with life?

To even imagine that these two sides are the vvip and vip's during any comedy show wouldave made one to conclude that they should tap and add to their marriage.

The comedians dont even go for big fish. They make the one they love the big fish (basketmouth, ay's wife)

Hmm

okay

The best way to be remembered is by hearts, not the materials. They would fade and memory would still go a long way.

Reminds me of a story my mum said happened when she was a kid.

The mother of 6 died and the family were very rich back then. They placed all kinds of jewellries (name them; from diamonds to cowries) in her coffin. Three of the deceased's sons were abroad studying. Based on the oyinbo man's mentality of paying homage months, years after burial, they decided they would come to do so.

41days later, they came. They were directed to her stone. Lo, the saw a rotten corpse....... Robbers has come to do what they are best know for and left her corpse in the open. Shocked to the marrow and weeping uncontrollably, they ordered to redress her, and cover her in the ground and put the memorial stone back.

Such is life.

Nnamani's name will be remembered for one thing

Gowon has one thing we will remember him for when he departs. So also many others. Some know they cant be remembered so its best they brag and drag while alive.

I'l remember HID for standing firm beside her husband, the late Obafemi (despite some of my reservations on some deeds, etc)

The flamboyance isnt neccesary though.

One of the gruesome, hellish acts that make babymama feel like they are doing the world a favour.

The best method to avoid this has the lances, tomahawks, cannons, arrows, trojan horses, battering rams, etc all in its direction cos of self-will, ignorance. Smh

Interesting.

I like the way they play
They play with passion and purpose.

They attack and want to score more goals.
And the defence is very tight too.
their rush to tackling accuracy is second to none in this comp.

What i'm afte1 is breaking this spell of Golden Eaglets winning it only in Asia.

grin grin

How?
imagine an u25 world cup held maybe every 3years. That way, it will be easier for followup in a much more faster pace for any talent straight into the senior national team cos these lower age-grades have a 19-35% of talents from age-grade competitions, being in the senior national team, talkless of even a call up(argentina, germany and brazil are best know for ensuring young talents eventually see a snr team career)

so with u25, all over the world, twill be a prospect to enjoy grin and even age-cheating would be reduced to minimal, eliminated.

Na imagination o grin

I agree with his analysis. In addition I would say lack of experienced agents and psychologists contribute to their unfortunate development.
seems the olympic grade isnt enough. Dont say im greedy, but another age grade U25 would totally balance this equation.

The question many would ask about the Nigerian players in 5-10 years time: Where are these players?

While many of these Brazilian players would be seen playing for big clubs around the world...
that one has some factors working against us generally. Age-Cheat is one of them and again we cant outrule racism behind curtains. Lets be factual which African u17 star generally had a good deal that made him grow to at least the level Pato and Kaka reached? We can answer age-cheating, but its no always the true answer.

Lets say its a streak soon to be ended
