I just wanted who among this two is actually a christian who studies d Bible and knows where he's heading:

DoubleDeex: Everything he's said, he'd defended using the Bible quotations. Shows he's doing what needed to be done as an individual who wants to make heaven.

btoks: Obviously a Catholic, but never quoted even 1 verse of the Bible to defend his claim. Every thing he's said is based on what he's learnt over time from the church.

I've followed comments and counter comment from this two guys, and my advice to anyone is to understand that making heaven has nothing to do with ur church, ur family, ur pastor, ur bishop, ur career, and so on. It's about u. It's personal 2Tim 4:7, Phil3:14, meaning u must seek the truth from the word of truth(The Bible). Not everything ur pastor tells u has to b right, read ur Bible, ask God for spiritual guidance.

btoks, can u give me any Bible reference that talks about purgatory?

Even the devil quoted Bible passages to Jesus, Jesus never said he was lying, but Jesus also quoted Bible passages suggesting thr are better options.

This is simply a case of charity begins at home.

If Jesus came to reconcile man wt God, it wud b wise to first begin wt d chosen nation which is Israel.

If d word was to go round, it must begin wt a strong foundation, n in doing dat, He has to begin by selecting n grooming 12 ppl, frm dat 12, it grew till we got the word.

I must say, Jesus is very smart, highly organized, patient, energetic, possess excellent human resource mgt, foresight, etc.

I work in a bank, hv lots of Muslims customers who brought Salah ram for me, I accepted it but then gave it to ppl who needs it.

Point is, it's their religion, it's what dey believe in.
If u want to change dat belief, u must take sentiment out of it.

The bible says you shall know the TRUTH and it shall set you free. Knowledge of the truth and having belief in it is what sets free and not what you believe.

If d Muslims believe in offering ram for sacrifice, it's their business, who dey offer it to, is also their business. They see d ram as a sacrifice, I see it like fried meat. They give me, I eat, I drink water I move on.

As a Christian, I believe before Jesus paid d utmost sacrifice, the atonement of sin was d sacrifice of lamb.
Usually when sacrifices are made, u can tell if it is accepted by d movement of the flame/smoke.
If the smoke moves straight up to heaven, dat way u knw God accepted it, but if the smoke is scattered about, then it is not accepted. The presence of God is usually felt thru the wind.

The sacrifice was not usually eaten, but rather left to burn to ash.

But I don't think we are in a position to question what d Muslims do. We shud even b happy d so called sacrifice is bn eaten, since such sacrifice is no longer relevant to us Christians.

So rather than question them, chop meat and clean ur mouth.

The wife is currently in psychological trauma cos of what Emeka ike made her pass through.
That lady cannot even mention 1/10th of what she passed through in the hands of that man.

He beats her even at the sight of the children. Emeka ike sleeps with anything on skirt no matter the age or class. There was a neighbour that was always sending the maids home cos of pregnancy. Little did they know Emeka like was responsible for the fate of their neighbours. Emeka Ike smokes had drugs even in the compound. There was an occasion that he was smoking DT at the back of their house, one of the kids saw him suddenly and he offed it and bit the child mercilessly. What is the child's offence?

She is currently putting up with friends. I heard Emeka ike has so brain washed the kids that on one occasion the came to court, the woman wanted to touch the kids and the kid shrugged off her hand. It is only God that can heal her of the emotional and psychological trauma that man has put her in. It is even more painful when it is the man that is supposed to be your first love that is wrecking your life. Sometimes, I just tell myself- life isn't fair.
